Cross-doc reconciliation notes (resolve before publishing)

  1. Corpus record count: AgentRegistry and the film docs say roughly 12,900; CLAUDE.md/PROJECT_STATE and InvestorCopy_ResearchMoat say roughly 25,500. Use 25,500 as current (the 12,900 figure predates the overnight upgrade). Six-tradition breakdown is consistent.
  2. Ultimate Wellness date: use Sept 24 to 26 at Faena (LaunchTimeline, VideoStrategy_v3, MC Agreement all agree). Sept 11 is Jeff's birthday community debut, not the Faena event. The Master Doc and WhyAndHow film skeleton are imprecise on this.
  3. Founding date: June 20, 2026 is the electional founding and intent date; June 26, 2026 is the actual Wyoming LLC filing. Distinguish the two.
  4. Market figures: prefer VideoStrategy_v3 (12.8B in 2021 to 22.8B by 2031, 5.7 percent CAGR, Allied Market Research) over the Master Doc's looser 15B to 20B by 2030.
  5. Oracle council naming: AgenticCouncil_Design is authoritative. Hermes is the Western astrologer and the chatbot router; Sophia is the synthesist. The "twelve oracles" count in the State-of memo includes the relationship and storyteller agents.
  6. Use of funds: two competing frames exist. The newer tiered 50k to 150k frame (FundingStrategy memo plus RaiseTiers) supersedes the older 195k/60k-runway/40k-ads frame (MoneyList, ExecSummary).
