Jeff Parker, the unknown technical dimension
- Between undergrad and law school, one year as a Unix programmer in Washington DC, at a financial-services retirement-accounts company (managed retirement accounts for police, firefighters, and public entities). On the page, say "a financial services retirement accounts company." Why it matters: it made him fluent with the terminal and shell, and he knew many computer languages then.
- Electrical engineering degree. Patent attorney for 13 years.
- The point: a systems mind plus the ability to communicate about technology at a high level, now amplified by AI, produces enormous output. He has applied that engineering brain to the healing world. This is a side most people do not know, from before his spiritual journey and his rise as a transformational community builder and leader.
The AI mastery story (how to frame "this year")
- Over a year ago (confirmed in his ChatGPT records) Jeff received the vision for Affirmology, "downloaded from ology," and has studied and thought about it ever since.
- He went on a quest to learn AI, hard. He published his book "Together, My Workbook," which would not have been possible without AI and his computer skills.
- In 2026, AI quantum-leapt with Claude. He has been diving in deep, pouring night and day into this project for weeks, moving fast and charting new territory: learning to use AI as agents and a team to get far more done across marketing, graphics, backend systems, reports, and building the technology itself.
Community leadership and the Miami network (the movement engine)
- Built Aurea: two three-day conferences, 300-plus attendees each, 50 to 60 speakers and facilitators. He knows how to command a stage, initiate a movement, bring a team together around a mission, inspire people, and build powerful transformational human-connection containers, orchestrating many healing modalities, personalities, and activists into one experience.
- Aurea 2 (the second Aurea): Jeff taught a 90-minute Human Design workshop to a room of 100, well-regarded. That led to an invitation to speak at Rey Perez's business and personal-branding mastermind (a multi-day workshop), where he taught the Human Design workshop, and later to Rey's paid mastermind over Zoom. Proof he has had mastery of Human Design long enough to teach it.
- Ran a men's circle for three years. Led "Sacred Union," beloved masculine and feminine healing and communication workshops. Hosted the Golden Future Party (panels on regenerative placemaking and conscious capitalism, opening with the Yawanawa Tribe, closing with a DJ).
- His book launch for "Win Together" (a couples-conflict book) drew 80-plus people. Known in Miami as a human connection specialist; the past two to three years focused on deep personal transformation with couples and with men executives (Entrepreneurs Organization), honing his tools at that depth. Recently restarted running groups in Miami.
- Track record building movements, and the financial lessons: Aurea was a great, motivating mission but had a weak financial model; he eventually sold it to his partner. They did raise money (roughly 200k to 250k, with maybe a 50k loan component), and he sold about 180k from stage in a mastermind, learning to sell at events. He coached a man in Nashville to build a one-day event, "The Decision Experience" (a rebrand of "the eight decisions"), still running today. A golden touch on events and experiences.
- Came out of a few-year hiatus and booked a 16-man men's retreat, Camp Brotherhood, June 2026. Ready to put his community magic back into action and pour it into Affirmology.
- Relationships with Miami venues, creators, and many modalities, useful for creating events that spread the mission and activate affiliates and creators who bring it to their communities, plus potential contractors, employees, and vendors. PRIVATE CONTEXT, do not write as "mini celebrity": he has earned notoriety and a strong name in the Miami wellness and spirituality scene. Convey it as standing and goodwill, tastefully.
- Community reach now: runs a chat with 800 members; has run closed chats of 200 to 300; an alliance to market through. The beta team helps validate and test, honing what actually lands so the product becomes viral and addictive.
- Has created many guided meditations and has signature methods. One signature, his heart-coherence method, goes into the audios (comparable in spirit to Marisa Peer, the Joe Dispenza wave, and Theta Healing, but unique). A strong cord-cutting practice. Extensive guided visualization journeys using IFS, energy healing, regressions, and Theta Healing, among many techniques. A serious student of Carl Jung and depth psychotherapy. An expert journeyer into the subconscious.
Sol Ballard (the brand and the ideal client)
- A branding expert, long in front of and behind the camera, with an aesthetic eye for storytelling, branding, and social media. Built a highly successful social account. Was a very successful mindset coach. Over 20 years in personal transformation. A motivational speaker, model, actress, and weather reporter. She knows the lens.
- She condenses Jeff's long, excited, everything-at-once messages into concise, tight, on-brand client messaging. And she is the ideal client, so her social media is made for exactly that person.
- The golden combination: Sol plus the technology plus Claude, marketing with heat-map knowledge and the ability to test variations cheaply and find what works before pouring money into ads, plus the uniqueness of the product and its market fit.
The content and retention angle (for Product and Market)
- The sky changes constantly: every new moon, full moon, equinox, solstice, and eclipse drives enormous internet talk, engagement, and selling about how to navigate it. Those changes plus the deeper depth-psychology, IFS, and wisdom work, plus the transformational tools to work through things, plus the synergy you build with a chatbot that is tuned, probing, and helps you find deeper questions about yourself, all add up to a superior Subconscious Operating System exploration and upgrade experience.
- The reframing is intentional and accurate: not a flat "I am wealthy" that the mind rejects, but language that references the chapter this has been in your life, where you are moving, and the kind of person you are becoming. Many subtle, intentional design choices, A/B tested with the beta group to learn what lands and how to sequence and motivate the journey.
The rollout, reconciled (the events vision)
- SEPT 11, the Birthday Debut (pre-launch party): the first time Affirmology is shared and demoed live with the community in a group setting, everyone on the same music bed at once with personalized audio for each person, a massive wow moment. Carried by Jeff's name, goodwill, and birthday. A lineup of facilitators, interesting demoed uses, hype and buzz, and the team gets practice. Framed as the "birthday pre-launch" to hype the Faena event.
- SEPT 24 to 26, the Faena Ultimate Wellness conference (the big opportunity): a demo lounge in the experiences room (already part of the deal) plus a booth in the main talks room, because Sol and Jeff are emceeing the entire three days. A demo meditation and connection exercise for the VIP and speaker party on night one. 20 free team tickets to work the crowd and send people to the demo station (headphones and the device) and pass out cards to enroll demos as affiliates. The demo area sits in the room used for all the non-talk experiences, and Affirmology is essentially the only vendor in that room (all others are elsewhere). About 200 people attend each experience (yoga, sound healing), the ideal already-bought-in audience, and roughly 600-plus pass through across three days, all into biohacking, human optimization, and spirituality and transformation. Needs branding, build-up, and a unique presence.
- NOV 11, the official launch party (brand building and buzz): a multi-facilitator event in Miami with unique product experiences per facilitator, using accumulated footage, with ads already running and earning online. Called a "launch" for buzz, not for astrological reasons. The real launch is the Sept 11 birthday debut.
Terms (Jeff's direction, to firm up)
- He believes the Josh offer gave terms more favorable than the standard 1.5M post (where 15k buys 1%). Direction: on a roughly 1M valuation, 30k buys about 3%, 50k buys about 5%.
- He is unclear and not excited by the mechanics; he wants me to check the math and help pick where a bonus could kick in, or whether the bonus is only for Josh (extra equity for also being an advisor). Make it clear. Initiate investor conversations.
- THE IMPORTANT PART: paint the picture of what a given number of monthly subscribers means in owner distributions and profit. Frame Affirmology as a high-profitability company built to become a cash cow that drives money to the owners. Model what 5k to 50k investments could yield across different user-base scenarios (as honest guesses, with stated reasoning), then reinforce with the astrology market data, Calm user metrics, and other benchmarks to show that hundreds of thousands to 1 to 3 million monthly users is achievable, plus the many upsell paths.
Risks and the moat (a required section, woven not boxed)
- Real risks to name honestly: not having the money to fuel it; not being able to execute on the Sept Ultimate Wellness opportunity; not being able to fund ads; not being able to offload the technology and scalability work off Jeff so he can steer community and network in the fall.
- The "couldn't someone else just build this quickly" question: address head on with the difficult problems we solved, the time poured in, the specific decisions and research, and the unique experience that let Jeff navigate it.
Colin (advisor)
- Bring up Colin as an advisor. Jeff has a full bio from Colin to add. Get a draft of this document to Colin for review, likely before it is fully stocked with images.
Document direction notes
- No section literally named "investor psychology." Weave the research-driven persuasion and the objection pre-answers throughout the document and the video.
- The white paper also serves as the source to spin off the video script (we have had earlier outline attempts).
- Length is not capped at 80 pages; that was just a scope gauge. It can contain a lot.
- Images: export the animated scenes as stills, Jeff can create or find more (Aurea event photos, etc.). Also include character sheets and images of the oracle characters. Overall the document must convey the depth of how well thought out this is.
The real reason to invest (mission first, money second)
The headline is not the return, it is the mission, and the return is the proof it is built to last. Frame it this way: you get to be part of a movement and a family. Affirmology is a vehicle geared to make money AND transform lives AND roll out through community. It is about helping people understand why they came to this planet, why things do not work the same way for them as for others, and how to align to who they were always meant to be, getting out of the mental baggage and limiting beliefs that keep them from their most vibrant life. The world is better off when people attune to that, get out of their own way and out from under their trauma and their past, find the gift in their struggles, and come out with a healthier mind that the whole body and subconscious can believe and live in. This is the start of massive transformational impact, and we get to have fun doing it. Even a small holder (a $5K to $15K check at a fraction of a percent) gets real membership units in something that can be extremely profitable, and gets to support and belong to the mission.
The vibe and the mission to carry through everything
We make the hard-to-understand easy. Technology lets us do this now. The app is a fun, gamifiable experience that gets people identifying with the highest version of themselves and with new possibilities. Others get to participate, spread it to their communities, take ownership, and help shape it. All along we gather enormous data: some people's success becomes audios for other people's success, and the system keeps getting smarter. We can re-engage lapsed subscribers in the future around new astrological transits and what we have learned about them. Many compounding ways to make the system smarter and the list more valuable over time.
State of the project (a required section)
- We have a beta and have built TWO apps. (1) The Atlas Studio app: the internal tool for designing, making, and testing audios. (2) The user app, codename Maya, the Affirmology app, now in version one. At the debut Maya will show the slick features (the constellation that begins and forms through the first week, new unlocks, and more). Right now it is geared to the primary driver: getting the different audios into use with people who understand this and are engaged, gathering feedback, testing versions, rolling out a lot, then using that data to map the customer journey for real instead of by guessing.
- The readings and audios are already proving useful to Jeff and Sol; some audios are built around what a person is working through. The app will also sprinkle in journaling, inspiration, gratitude, and practice tips throughout.
The astrology of Jeff and Sol (a few short, felt sections)
- Why this is theirs to carry and why the moment is right (Jeff and Sol charts).
- What Jeff has personally learned about himself from this work, woven as honest reflection: that he is not wired to trade time for money, but to be a gatherer of resources for a community, a brand, and a mission, a steward of other people's money, and to be in the transformation business and go deep to help take others to the light. His Life Path 22 master-builder path, and how a life of learning to build things now applies here. The rebirth of his public image in Miami.
- His Miami astrocartography: transformation (Pluto) and luck and bigness (Jupiter) lines, and the timing.
- A parallel short note for Sol.
- The throughline: AI now lets Jeff be more effective and efficient than ever, cementing his identity, belief, and trust in his particular way of building.
What the money buys right now (use of funds, concrete)
- Premium music and sound beds: today there is roughly one bed per use case; we need high-quality beds bought or created to grow.
- A backend engineer who can scale the app (not just an AI generalist), to take the technology and scalability off Jeff.
- Graphic and video designers; we can automate a large volume of YouTube journey content and ad-creative testing.
- Sol on the social accounts (TikTok, Instagram) and the brand message; Jeff on community and activating Miami.
- Many premium headsets and headphones for group events (we have a spec), plus the booth and demo-area build and other tech costs.
- The moment: Jeff disengaging from his retreats to pour into this for the next few months so he can steer the build now and steer the community and network in the fall.
Tone guardrails (do NOT say)
Do NOT write anything like "I cannot quit work," "I have no savings," or "I cannot take loans." Keep it entirely about the opportunity and the invitation: join the mission and the family, become a steward who helps put this into action, accelerate the building of community, retreats, transformational events, and programs, in Miami and across the country. Aspirational and confident, never needy.
Terms, locked (per Jeff)
- Standard for the broad audience (40 to 50 readers): $1.5M post, $15K = 1 percent. Small checks ($5K to $25K) welcome and accessible.
- Bigger-check bonus, LOCKED: checks of $30K and up get the better $1M-effective deal, so $30K = about 3 percent and $50K = about 5 percent. Especially incentivize a $50K check (Jeff: "that might be all I need right now"). A $100K check is welcome but not expected.
- Better and lead and advisor deals (including Josh's first-investor entry) stay private one-to-one conversations.
