Affirmology Investor White Paper, Master Outline (v1)

The architecture for the comprehensive document (target ~80 pages): part executive summary, part white-paper, part vision and mission. Updated and far beyond the Josh Parini exec summary. For Jeff and Colin to react to before we write the full copy. Format plan: a designed WHITE document (HTML rendered to PDF) with deep-green and gold accents, Cormorant headings, the new logo and an Atlas astrolabe motif, image plates throughout. No em dashes anywhere.

Source material: Affirmology_WhitePaper_SourceIndex_v1.md (every doc mapped to a section) and Affirmology_WhitePaper_FactsPack_v1.md (the cited facts, with VERIFIED / NEEDS-CHECK flags). Both just built.

Image plan (you add some, here are suggestions)

The animated scenes we built can be exported as still plates: the four-systems-to-blueprint, the cloud pipeline, the market data, the product ladder, the six spheres, the bypass. Plus: the new logo and the astrolabe, founder portraits and the office studio, the oracle council, a Loft concept render, an electional chart plate, a Miami map plate. Cinematic stills (Atlas, the cosmos) come from Higgsfield once credits are topped up.
