DONE in this pass
- The Method, its own section: Identify, Align, Transcend, with a stepper and the "two problems, one move" frame.
- The main message named and painted: "we simplify the complex blueprint into something you press play on," easy to access, listen to, absorb, understand, and act on.
- "We do not write affirmations from your chart, we write the audio as your chart," plus the shadow-honoring craft line.
- The Research Moat numbers surfaced: 25,570 records, 259 techniques, 150+ teachers, nightly research engine, and "competitors ship a screen, we ship a methodology that improves on its own."

STILL TO DO (ranked, from the audit)
- The Market, finish the data build: TAM and why-now numbers (use the verified set: astrology market about $14 to 15B in 2025, app slice growing fast, 62 to 83 percent of younger adults relate to astrology per Harris 2024), and a clean chart, not just the table.
- Valuation and Exit page in The Ask: the multiple logic (pure-play apps 2 to 4x ARR, AI-personalized wellness with proprietary computation 8 to 15x, Whoop and Oura far higher for personalization), named strategic acquirers (Calm, Headspace Health, MindValley, Whoop or Oura, Lululemon, Hims and Hers), and a "$200 to 400M strategic exit" working assumption. KEEP the current round at the locked $1.5M post terms; this is the upside thesis, not a re-price.
- Gamification and Retention as its own section: the seven triggers applied authentically and the meta-line "every retention mechanic other apps fake, Affirmology means," plus "the sky is the cadence" (new moons, transits, eclipses) as the answer to "will they pay and stay."
- The 4-step documented mechanism diagram in The Science: reactivate the old belief (Ecker, memory reconsolidation), affirm an unrelated core value (Steele, self-affirmation), deliver the contradicting new truth as a felt experience, anchor it to one small action plus nightly repetition (Baumeister, sleep consolidation). Proves the science is operationalized, not just cited.
- Front-load the two sharpest objection spines early: "why every affirmation app fails, and why ours does not" and "why another astrology app" (we are not, the category is self-realization).
- Early-window objection ("am I early enough"): state that the early-entry window closes once strong revenue begins.
- Visuals to add (hand to image chat): the explainer/text-on-screen set (mind rejecting, two-worlds bridge with named lists, blueprint overload, data and facts) and the first-week use-case constellation (static plus animated sequence).
- Recontextualize the Loft as a future plan, weave the paid-growth engine, speed-to-revenue (months not years), key hires, and music beds into Go to Market, State of Project, and The Ask.
Objection pre-answers, status (woven, never a boxed section)
- Is the tech real / GPT wrapper: STRONG now (Research Moat numbers + State of Project).
- Can it be copied: covered in The Moat (taste, community, velocity, nightly compounding).
- Will they pay and stay: still WEAK until the Retention section (item 3) lands.
- Is the market big enough: improving (comp table in); finish with TAM + chart (item 1).
- Am I early enough: TO ADD (item 6).
- Is it woo: covered by The Science honesty guardrail + The Astrology of the Moment.
- Why another astrology app: covered by The Marriage + The Problem; sharpen the spine up front (item 5).
Verify before external use (research flags)
- CHANI ~$600K per month and "no paid acquisition," and Co-Star valuation: from our research docs, not independently re-verified. Soften or confirm before sending.
- The 18 to 254 day figure is habit automaticity (Lally 2010), not identity rewiring. Already handled in the doc; keep it accurate.
- Corpus numbers move upward nightly; re-pull 25,570 / 259 / 150 before a final external cut.
UPDATE 2026-06-28 (b), more of the checklist landed
- Astrology of the Moment EXPANDED and painted (Virgo Sun/Venus 8th, Jupiter on the MC, Part of Fortune, Vertex lit by Jupiter now, progressed Venus into Scorpio, Miami Pluto/Jupiter lines, the synastry). No longer a started-and-unfinished conversation.
- NEW "Retention, why they stay" section: the sky as an infinite content calendar, the seven triggers we mean not fake, the viability/low-churn case.
- NEW "The Opportunity: Faena" page: 600+ ideal clients, Jeff and Sol as MCs (mic between every speaker, VIP party night one), demo room steps from the stage, 20-person crew, $0 value-for-value, the why-now made unmissable, "what funded looks like."
- Valuation and Exit added to The Ask (2-4x vs 8-15x multiples, named acquirers, $200-400M working assumption; round terms unchanged at $1.5M).
- Market TAM stat band (~$15B 2025, 62-83% Harris, zero personalized blueprint audio before us).
- 4-step science mechanism (Reactivate, Affirm, Deliver, Anchor) added to The Science.
STILL OPEN
- Front-load the two objection spines early ("why every affirmation app fails," "why another astrology app").
