✦ Free-stills workflow (I prompt, you paste)

Why: Nano Banana 2 (not "Pro") is free/unlimited in the Higgsfield browser on your Plus plan. The credit meter only bites on the automated path (me) and on the "Pro" model. So we generate stills here for $0, then spend video credits only on animating the keepers.

How to run each prompt

1. higgsfield.ai → Image tab → set model to Nano Banana 2 (confirm Generate shows free / no credit cost, not "✦ 2/6").
2. Attach the anchor named in the prompt (use the reference image picker - you can grab the locked character shot from your History).
3. Aspect ratio 16:9. Paste the prompt. Generate (make 2-4 so we have options).
4. Save the keepers into the AFFIRMOLOGY folder. Tell me, and I'll review + tweak any that miss, then animate.

Anchors (what to attach)

• Joe + Monika = the locked yoga-meet two-shot (your original character reference).
• Joe + blond friend = any rooftop or couch frame of the two of them.
• Monika solo / Joe solo = the same locked character reference (it carries the face).
