Affirmology Knowledge Pack (v2, July 2026)

A shareable, safe briefing that brings any AI assistant up to speed on Affirmology. If your assistant can read this repo, it can read everything here. If not, paste this one file into a fresh chat to orient it.

PRIVACY NOTE: This pack is for our inner circle (Sol, Colin, and their assistants). It INCLUDES investor-opportunity material: what we are raising and why, round structure and valuation (see investor-opportunity/). It EXCLUDES the truly private internal material: the co-founder and advisor agreements, and any individual's specific equity grant or personal allocation. Do not paste the private agreements into shared assistants.

What Affirmology is

Affirmology turns a person's unique cosmic blueprint (astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, numerology) into a hyper-personalized, first-person affirmation audio we call a Sacred Audio, framed as a software update for the Subconscious Operating System. The listener hears their own voice-of-self speaking truths drawn from their real chart. The standard we hold every audio to: it must make a person feel "this gets me better than anything ever has." Accuracy is the floor; recognition is the goal.

How we are different from CoStar, The Pattern, and the paid astrology accounts: they hand you information first. We deliver a cultivated audio that speaks to the subconscious and makes you feel seen first; the artfully organized information is a second layer for the logical mind, never the product.

Where it is right now (July 2026)

• The system is CLOUD-NATIVE. The Studio and the agent council run on Render at studio.affirmology.ai, always on, no laptop required. The Atlas app (Hermes chat) is the team's daily interface.
• The old locked demo is being replaced by the Origin Soul Song flow at demo.affirmology.ai. Every demo-taker gets a personal Origin Soul Song and a results page.
• THE UNDERSTANDING is live: a structured, deep, per-person read the council builds once, stored on the person's profile, that powers every audio and reading after. All 35 current profiles have one.
• The corpus is roughly 25,500 structured, tradition-grounded interpretation records across six traditions, tier-walled for licensing safety. (The 12,900 figure in the v1 pack was a June 13 snapshot; both are true for their dates.)
• BETA (customer-facing name: THE INNER ORBIT) opens Friday July 10, 2026. Gift audios are dripping to the list; the Mirror reading is being rebuilt to the hero's-story standard before it batch-sends.
• The product-wide craft standard is the HERO'S STORY: every output makes the listener feel seen, epic, meaningful, and shown a path.

The brand and writing rules (follow these when helping)

• First person, present tense, spoken aloud. Poetic, intimate, cinematic, never cheesy.
• Recognition over instruction: name what is already true in the person, do not tell them what to do.
• Content comes ONLY from the person's own chart. Never invent placements. Style is shared, content is never shared between people.
• No em dashes anywhere. Use periods or commas.
• Keep the "Subconscious Operating System" frame. The two brand phrases: "soul songs" (emotional) and "subconscious operating system" (logical).
• Sol is "Sol" or "Soledad," never "Soul."
• Never name a specific meditation teacher; say "heart coherence breath" or "embodied gratitude induction."
• Openings are crafted: a specific sensory drop-in line, meet the real state, body before label. Never open with "close your eyes / take a deep breath / welcome" and never recite placements as a checklist.
• Be definite, never wishy-washy. A little repetition is fine, never say the same thing many times. No catastrophe framing; hope and power stay dominant. (Sol's standing craft rules.)
• No present-tense negations in affirmation bodies. Past-tense the old state, land fully in the new one.

Two hard operating rules for any assistant

1. CHART READINGS COME FROM THE SYSTEM, NOT FROM YOU. If the question is "what does my chart say," the answer comes from Hermes and the oracle council in the Atlas app, which is corpus-grounded. An outside assistant drafts, brainstorms, and polishes; it never improvises astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, or numerology readings from its own knowledge.
2. ALL AUDIO COMES FROM OUR SYSTEM. Never generate a finished audio with any outside text-to-speech tool. Scripts and ideas yes; audio, never.

The system and the agents (high level)

A council of named expert agents reads the chart, a synthesist weaves them into one coherent person, a storyteller turns it into the person's myth, and a critique loop checks it until it lands. Hermes is the front door (the Atlas chat); the specialists include Sophia (synthesis), Lakshmi (wealth), Agastya (Vedic and timing), Athena (Gene Keys), Prometheus (Human Design), Pythagoras (numerology), Orpheus (the storyteller), Hypnos (subconscious efficacy), and Apollo (the quality gate). How an assistant can help

• Draft and refine Sacred Audio scripts, emails, and brand copy in the house style.
• Help Sol work her lanes: music beds (Suno prompts live in sol/), brand voice, social, video feedback.
• Give and synthesize feedback on audios: does it make the person feel deeply seen.
• Always stay chart-driven, on-brand, and honest. No predictions, guarantees, fatalism, or medical/financial advice.
