Archived version Updated Jun 11, 2026 · Affirmology_VideoStrategy_v2.md
For: Jeff Parker and Sol Ballard Date: June 11, 2026 Status: Strategy and treatments pass, rebuilt to go far beyond the pitch deck. Scripts come next, after you react. Depth chosen: Storytelling arcs, beat outlines, visual direction, a sourced evidence vault, and the tool stack. Not finished VO scripts yet.
v1 leaned too heavily on the deck. This version is built from the whole project: the June 11 research set (crisis-journey, deep-inquiry chart explorations, esoteric cross-system, group audio, transit-aware teaching audio, multi-tradition use cases, plant-medicine journey, neuroscience, membership and community), the executive summaries, the Josh Parini pitch prep, the brand map, and the ChatGPT-import strategy notes, plus fresh June 2026 web data. Specific upgrades:
A note on the supersedes: where this conflicts with v1, this wins. v1 stays in the folder for reference.
Affirmology turns your cosmic blueprint into a personalized subconscious audio that rewires your identity beneath the thinking mind, and it is the first product to bridge the astrology, Gene Keys, and Human Design worlds with the neuroscience-backed transformational-audio world.
This is the sharpest idea in the entire corpus, and it should anchor both films. State it as a contrast between two things the world already has, sitting side by side, never joined.
Cosmic blueprints are custom to you. Astrology, Gene Keys, and Human Design give every person a deeply personal map. The whole industry is built on "this is uniquely you." Apps like CHANI, Co-Star, and The Pattern personalize the reading, the words on your screen tied to your chart and the day's transits.
Transformational audios are generic to everyone. Meditation and affirmation tracks are one-size-fits-all. The same Calm sleep story, the same Abraham Hicks remix, the same affirmation loop plays for millions of people who share nothing. Even CHANI, which personalizes your horoscope text, hands you a fixed meditation library where the same new-moon track plays for every user.
Nobody has bridged the two, until Affirmology. We take the blueprint that is uniquely yours and turn it into the audio itself: a practice scripted to your specific chart and your specific transit, in a voice and music bed tuned to you, delivered to the subconscious where it actually sticks. The personalization is not the words on a screen. It is the thing in your ears.
And we went further than a single track. We solved the technical problems to tune our corpus for many neuroscience-based use cases, so the same engine produces a whole suite of usable tools for self-growth: a crisis companion for a hard week, a transit audio for the month ahead, a synastry reading for a relationship, a career path, a pre-sleep track for retention, a walking track for momentum. Not one personalized meditation. A personalized practice for every part of a life.
The science makes the how universal and trustworthy. The blueprint makes the what unmistakably, eerily yours. That bridge, plus the breadth of tools on top of it, is the moat. The trailer sells the chill of being truly seen. The investor film sells the moat of being first and only to build the bridge and then the toolkit.
The first truth: you were encoded at birth. The chart is a real, dense, fixed set of data about who you are, and it is overwhelming. A natal chart is hundreds of relationships at once. Gene Keys is 64 keys across multiple spheres with six lines each. Human Design layers a body graph of defined and open centers on top. People spend years and hundreds of dollars a year trying to decode it with the left brain, and most never finish.
The second truth: understanding was never the point. Transcending is. Affirmology takes the decoded blueprint and delivers it past the linear mind, into the subconscious, through audio engineered with the levers neuroscience has actually validated. You do not study your chart. You become it.
The trailer sells the first truth as mystery and the second as relief. The investor film proves both are large, defensible, unconnected markets.
Affirmology is a movement of people discovering the soul song they are uniquely meant to play, and being encouraged to play it. The app is the on-ramp. The community, the in-person ceremonies, the affiliates who become Affirmologists, the breathwork and sound-healing and sacred-medicine integrations, the workshops that go deeper after the app has built trust, that is the actual organism. The app bypasses the linear mind and earns trust fast, and once trust exists, everything else opens.
The videos should feel like the opening of a movement, not the demo of a utility. (Note on language: "soul song" and "Affirmologist" are your and Sol's newer movement terms and do not appear in the older docs, which use "cosmic blueprint" and "personalized subconscious audio." Both films can use the new terms; just know they are the fresh layer.)
The avatar skews female, roughly 16 to 50, spiritually fluent, already speaking the language ("what's your rising sign, are you a manifesting generator"). For men, the same product is framed as self-actualization: lock in why you are here, embed it in the subconscious, unblock yourself, live your most fruitful life. Sol is close to the core avatar and has lived the consumption journey (tapping, audios, deconditioning) for two decades, which is a real marketing asset.
The deeper driver is the search for meaning, and the 2026 data backs it hard. The religiously unaffiliated ("nones") now sit around 30% of US adults, nearly double the 2007 share, and most are not atheists, they are "nothing in particular" and explicitly say they do not need religion to be spiritual (Pew, Dec 2025). At the same time, roughly 80% of Gen Z and younger millennials say they believe in astrology, 58% check a horoscope at least weekly, 72% of Gen Z consult their chart for major life choices, and 41% of young workers research a prospective boss's or colleague's sign before taking a job (multiple 2024 to 2025 surveys, see Part 8). People left the old structures and are assembling decentralized, pick-and-choose spiritualities in a chaotic world. They want a guide. Affirmology is the guide.
Summer 2026, build and validate. Hire a senior developer to build the PWA while Jeff hardens the engine he already built end to end. Test the audios on friends and the close Miami community, run a warm-network feedback loop that flows ratings back into the affirmation bank before a dollar of cold ad spend, gather footage, and get ads testing. File one or two provisional patents (cheaply, because Jeff is a former patent attorney).
September 11 (Jeff's birthday), the pre-launch debut. Facilitators, influencers, spaceholders. Silent-disco headsets so a room hears one shared voice and music bed while each person's chart-derived affirmations play in their own ears, synced by a facilitator. Everyone types in birth data first, which becomes a marketable, consented lead list. Attendees get paths to membership and affiliate status.
Late September, the Faena Forum, Miami. Sol and Jeff MC a three-day wellness conference with stage time between speakers, a booth, QR cards for audios and affiliate signup, and a side experience room with lounge chairs, projection-mapped cosmic visuals, headsets, light and sound, possibly vibroacoustic chairs, positioned where the embodiment sessions happen (roughly 200 people per session). Plus leading the group meditation for speakers and VIPs at the first-night dinner. Sol's relationships secured the stage. Treat Faena as a strong plan, not a signed guarantee, in any on-camera factual claim.
November 11 (11/11), the official launch party. After Faena delivers a vault of real footage and testimonials, dominate 11/11 with a big lineup of experiences in a striking venue, friends with large communities and followings participating and interacting with the product live, and a full public push. This is the go-out-with-a-bang public launch. It belongs in the investor film as the crescendo of the rollout timeline.
This sequence is the answer to "why now" and "how do you get distribution." Distribution is a calendar, not a hope. It belongs in the investor film and stays out of the consumer trailer.
Affirmology_MultiTradition_UseCases_v1.md). Proprietary, and the basis for a premium tier.Jeff Parker is the spine of the "why us." Electrical engineering degree and 13 years as a USPTO patent attorney, a rare dual credential that means he can build the AI engine himself and draft the company's own provisional patents at near-zero cost. He has raised capital before, ran sold-out three-day conferences, and is a recognized leader in Miami's spiritual community. His signature embodied asset is the Jeff Parker Heart Coherence Technique, developed over years of live facilitation and run in 200-plus-person rooms, distinct from HeartMath and Joe Dispenza variants because it opens the heart, circulates coherence through the body, then directs love outward to the planet and cosmos. It becomes the signature opening sequence on every premium track, so the founder's own gift is literally embedded in the product. He built the working demo end to end from his own birth data. He is also a practicing Gene Keys practitioner: the builder and the customer (Affirmology_ExecSummary_v3.html).
Sol Ballard is the audience archetype, not just a co-founder. Twenty years in personal development, brand, messaging, and mindset coaching, with current branding and content fluency. Spiritual, magnetic, plugged into the exact community the product serves, with the relationship capital that secured the Faena stage. Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer, owning brand, content, and community (Affirmology_Brief_v7.html, Affirmology_ExecSummary_v3.html).
The framing: founder-market fit is the moat. Jeff is the customer. Sol is the customer archetype.
You said two or three, as discussed. Recommendation stands, with the investor film now longer.
Wave one, build now: the Trailer and the Investor Film. These are what the website-plus-demo flow and investor conversations actually need, and they share the most raw material.
Wave two, after the Faena footage exists (October): the Upsell Film, because its whole job is converting someone who just listened, and it will be far better built from real reactions, real testimonials, the 11/11 launch energy, and a locked membership ladder.

The trailer's discipline is restraint. The investor film's discipline is momentum: the full argument, made fast, story-first, with numbers on cards and zero term-sheet talk.
Each treatment is an arc plus a beat sheet plus visual direction. Beats are timed ranges. On-screen text is indicated, not finalized. VO is described, not written. When you approve the arcs, the next pass turns each beat into spoken lines and exact card copy, the way Affirmology_VideoOverlays_v2.md did for the methodology video.
Arc: mystery, to recognition, to relief, to anticipation. In 100 seconds it mirrors the emotional arc the real audio will walk them through, so by the time the audio is ready they are already half-opened by the wait.
The reframe: the wait is not dead time to disguise. It is the trailer for a film about them, rendering in real time. The deep-inquiry research is blunt about the payload to aim for: people describe a great chart reading as feeling like "the writers have been spying on them their entire lives" (Affirmology_DeepInquiry_ChartExplorations_v1.md). That chill is the product promise.
Beat sheet (target 100s):
Affirmology_DeepInquiry_ChartExplorations_v1.md).Affirmology_EsotericCrossSystem_Research_v1.md).The trailer must not: explain a single astrological term, show a price, name a market number, or feel like an ad. If a stranger who has never heard the word "transit" does not get a small chill, it failed.
Arc: you just felt one thing, now imagine this for every part of your life.
Why hold it: its power depends on Faena and 11/11 testimonial footage and a finalized membership ladder you will not have until October.
Beat sketch (target 75s):
Arc: a felt mystery becomes an obvious, large, defensible, inevitable business built by the only two people who could build it. It opens in the heart and closes in conviction, and it never shows a term sheet.
Structure note: because many investors do not speak astrology, the film teaches the category in about 40 seconds with the same awe device as the trailer, then pivots into story: need, why now, the bridge and the moat, science, market, breadth, product, rollout, founders. It is not the deck in slide order. It is the argument sequenced for momentum. No valuation, equity, or terms appear anywhere on screen, those are in the written doc handed over with the film.
Beat sheet (target 6 minutes):
You asked for a low-friction confidentiality step that reveals as little as possible without killing momentum. Recommended design plus two alternates.
The principle: a gate that feels like part of the ritual, not a legal speed bump. It should add mystery ("you are being let into something not yet public"), not subtract from it. Friction is the enemy of the trailer's momentum, so the gate goes before birth-data entry, not between submission and the trailer.
Recommended: the "Inner Circle" click-to-agree, placed at entry. One tasteful overlay on arrival, in the locked visual language. A short plain-English paragraph: this is an early, confidential preview shared with a small circle, please do not record, screenshot, or share what you see and hear. A single checkbox: "I will keep this between us." One button: "Enter." Capture name and email here, which both seeds the lead list and creates a lightweight record of agreement (timestamp, email, agreed-text version). This is a clickwrap agreement, enforceable when terms are visible and the user takes an affirmative action. It is not as strong as a signed mutual NDA, but it is right for a consumer demo and far better for conversion. You already have a real signed mutual NDA on file (Affirmology_MutualNDA_v1.pdf) for the situations that warrant it.
Reveal-less design does most of the protective work. The demo audio is a real personalized track, but the trailer and the report can show the experience without exposing the proprietary corpus, the prompt architecture, or the full method. What people can screenshot should be the feeling and the surface, never the engine.
Alternate 1, lighter: a one-line honor request, no checkbox. "You are previewing something not yet public. We trust you to keep it close." Button: "I understand." Highest momentum, lowest enforceability. Good for pure consumer trailer flow.
Alternate 2, heavier: a real e-signature gate (DocuSign or PandaDoc embed of the existing mutual NDA) for named investors only, on the private investor link. Never apply this to consumer demo traffic, it will tank conversion.
Recommendation: ship the consumer demo with the "Inner Circle" clickwrap (or Alternate 1 if you want it featherlight), and gate only the private investor link with the real NDA. Reveal-less design is your real protection, not the checkbox.
Locked visual language (sampled from the deck, already used on the live demo, use everywhere for continuity):
#0a2014, card emerald #112e26, gold #c89b3c, soft gold #d9b15a, cream #faf6ee, muted cream #cdbfa3, line #1f4536.Motion grammar (so three videos feel like one world):
The "consistent slides, then animate" idea is the right one. Build a master kit of branded frames (chart visual, Gene Keys wheel, Human Design graph, pipeline diagram, market and model cards, founder frame) in the locked palette, then animate them. Consistent look fast, both films unified, and a clean layered project to hand a human editor for polish. Generate the chart visuals as real, accurate charts from your own Swiss Ephemeris engine, then beautify, which is more authentic than decorative fakes and reinforces the "verified, not guessed" investor point.
The goal you stated: string AI tools together to make something beautiful fast, with consistent visuals, that a more technical editor can improve later. Recommended stack, current as of June 2026.
Timing note: OpenAI is discontinuing Sora's app and API in 2026 (app late April, API late September). Do not build the pipeline on Sora. The durable choices are Veo, Kling, and Runway.
.env. Test a slightly more grounded second ElevenLabs voice for the investor film only.Heavenly Circuit motif as a sonic signature. DJ Taz Rashid is the named target aesthetic if you license or commission later..srt bulk-overlay workflow you already use, or Descript to edit by transcript and get easy captions. Hand off to DaVinci Resolve or Premiere when the human editor takes over for color and final mix..srt-into-CapCut method styles the card template once and reuses it for the trailer's poetic text and the investor film's data cards.Pipeline, end to end: approve arcs, write VO and card copy, render VO and pick beds and rough-mix so timing locks (picture cuts to audio), build the master frame kit and the real chart SVGs, generate motion shots (Veo hero, Kling volume, Runway controlled), assemble in CapCut or Descript against the locked audio, then hand a layered project to an editor for finishing. It already works without the editor, which is the point.
Budget posture: the generative tools are subscription-cheap (tens of dollars a month each). The real cost is time and the optional editor. Building A and C this way is a days-to-low-weeks effort, because the frame-kit approach front-loads the look.
The static Starter Kit proves the magic but does not recur. The thing that recurs forever is the sky. Astrology's entire content economy runs on the cosmos issuing a new episode every few days, a new moon, a full moon, an eclipse, a retrograde, and that is the natural subscription clock already beating in your customer's chest. The demand is not hypothetical: the biggest accounts pull millions of views on a single "what this moon means for you" post, and 58% of young people check a horoscope at least weekly. The gap is the whole pitch: every mass account can only speak to your sun or rising sign, twelve buckets for everyone, while Affirmology renders the same transit against your entire chart and delivers it as an audio you absorb instead of one more article you study. You stop refreshing twelve-sign horoscopes. Your sky comes to you.
Members get a chat box that is a guide to their own blueprint. It already has their full cosmic blueprint (chart, Gene Keys, Human Design, numerology) plus memory of their prior questions and generated audios, so it answers far better than a blank ChatGPT the user has to paste everything into and prompt well. They ask it anything (my week, my relationship, my career move, why do I keep doing this) and it answers from their chart, prompts them, suggests audios, and surfaces things to explore.
It can also ask questions back, to deepen personalization and to gather the inputs new use cases need. If a member wants to understand family dynamics, the guide asks for the mother's and father's birth details, then runs the synastry and family-pattern readings. This is the "now do my mother" request the research says comes second, not seventh (Affirmology_DeepInquiry_ChartExplorations_v1.md), built in.
Two strategic payoffs. For the member: more self-knowledge, lower barrier, and a reason to return daily. For the company: a direct, compounding signal of what users actually care about, which shapes killer features and the next audios to build. That is a data flywheel competitors cannot copy without the same blueprint depth.
The engagement upside is real (AI guidance products see heavy daily use, often clustered in the evening, which aligns with bedtime audio), and the framing should be deliberate: this is a guide to yourself, grounded in your chart and cited sources, not a parasocial synthetic friend, and it is not aimed at minors. That keeps the retention benefit while sidestepping the AI-companion safety baggage now under scrutiny (Part 8.5).
From your membership research, the consumer ladder in climbing order:
Advanced and wink-wink features worth teasing as "what membership unlocks": transit-responsive audios on the lunar clock, the Living Audio custom remix, the in-app guide, synastry and business-partnership and family and crisis-companion audios, astrocartography for major moves, the format library (sit-and-tap, pre-sleep, walk-and-jog), a yearly "Affirmology Wrapped," and the deconditioning depth that moves the user from understanding to transcending. Tease breadth, do not enumerate exhaustively.
The ladder monetizes four climbing axes: depth, frequency, transit-responsiveness, and human contact, plus the chatbot as a fifth retention surface. Blended ARPU lands around $25 to $40 a month across a healthy mix, with a 1-9-90 distribution where the top 10% pay $99 to $200-equivalent monthly. Floor LTV is roughly $660, ceiling LTV is $3,000-plus. Retention is engineered from day one: a moon-phase streak counter, annual-default checkout to halve churn, cohort drops timed to lunar phases, a first-72-hours personal voice note, and a Waking-Up-style "free if you ask" access policy that converts paying customers at higher rates and earns a public integrity story. The recurring transit cadence is what makes it all compound, because the sky never stops shipping reasons to come back.
A sourced fact sheet for whoever writes the on-screen cards. Split into "good to show on screen" and "founder-only." Numbers move, so re-verify the headline figures the week you finalize the film.
Affirmology_ExecSummary_v3.html). These are model assumptions, fine for an investor story as projections, not facts.Affirmology_Neuroscience_AudioEfficacy_Research_v1.md.Synastry and business synastry, parent-child and adult family-of-origin patterns, personalized transit forecasting, the Saturn-return curriculum, mid-life "what chapter am I in," the crisis companion (grief, dark night, reparenting), vocational and career-path, astrocartography for major moves, the 28-day lunar program, plant-medicine prep and integration, and group and retreat experiences.
Claude (me): turn approved arcs into finished VO scripts and exact card copy for A and C, draft the NDA overlay copy, build the branded master-frame spec and a shot list per beat, assemble the generation prompts (Midjourney, Veo, Kling, Runway) shot by shot, and reconcile every on-screen number against Part 8. I can also draft the separate written investor terms doc when you are ready.
Sol: the voice and emotional truth of the scripts (closest to the avatar), the use-case selection for the upsell montage, the community and movement language, and the meaning-crisis angle she researched. Her Gemini conversation (Affirmology_Sol_GeminiConversation_UseCases_v1.md) is the reference for the attuned tone.
Jeff: the technical and IP framing for the moat beat, the rollout and timeline detail (Sept 11, Faena, 11/11), the founder beat, the final voice and music picks, the chatbot scope, and the call on which NDA approach ships.
Once you answer, the next deliverable is finished scripts plus a shot-by-shot build sheet, ready to hand to the tools.
