Affirmology - Educational Video Production Plan (the "Two Worlds + The Opportunity" visual essay)

Prepared: 2026-06-25 What this is: the plan for a graphically driven, screen-text-forward educational video that teaches the Affirmology thesis and the size of the economic opportunity faster than a deck or a report could. Space and animated text carry the load; the voice is sparse and emotional. The goal is that whoever watches finishes crazy motivated for the mission and clearly sees the gigantic opportunity.

How it fits what already exists (read this first so we build ON the prior work, not beside it): - The locked cosmos-film direction (Three.js flythrough, brand greens and golds, camera always pushing forward) from Affirmology_SessionHandoff_VideoBuild_v1.md is the visual language. This video uses it. - The tooling split is already decided there: Higgsfield generates cinematic cosmic footage; Remotion or GSAP render the transparent text and data overlays that sit on top; CapCut or Resolve assembles. This plan follows that split exactly. - The narrative spine is already written in Affirmology_CoreThesis_BrandMission_v2.md, Affirmology_DeeperMission_ProblemStatement_v1.md, and Affirmology_InvestorBrief_v1.html. We are not inventing a story, we are sequencing existing lines into motion. - The data section is already built: Strategy/Affirmology_InvestorFacts_StatPack_v1.md and the animated Video/Affirmology_InvestorStatCards_v1.html. This video drops those in as Act 4.

Scope assumption (adjust if you want): this is a focused educational explainer, roughly 2.5 to 3.5 minutes, that also works as the "why and how and opportunity" core of the longer participation film. It is the segment you described where the video is all space and text and animated slides. The founder clips, the Loft, and the launch-chart beats stay in the longer film, not here.

1. The core design principle: screen text leads, voice follows

Most explainer videos read the slide out loud. That is the same speed as reading a deck. We invert it.

The split, said simply: the screen teaches, the voice moves you, the space holds you.

2. The spine for this video (verbatim brand lines to use)

Pulled from the existing docs so the voice stays locked. These are the load-bearing lines.

3. The storyboard (scene by scene)

Five acts. Each beat lists ON-SCREEN TEXT (the hero), VOICE (sparse, or none), VISUAL (Higgsfield footage or an animated data slide), and a MOTION note. Shot IDs (H1, H2...) map to the Higgsfield prompt pack in section 4. Times are targets at a ~3 minute cut.

ACT 1 - The destination and the two roads (0:00 to 0:40)

Beat 1.1 (0:00 to 0:10) - ON-SCREEN: "Everyone wants the same thing." then it transforms to "To become who they actually are." - VOICE: none yet. Just space and a low drone. - VISUAL: H1 deep-space flythrough igniting from a single gold point. - MOTION: word-by-word blur-in, white brightening to gold.

Beat 1.2 (0:10 to 0:25) - ON-SCREEN: "Two roads lead there." Then two labels resolve left and right: "THE INNER TOOLS" and "THE COSMIC BLUEPRINT." - VOICE: "There are two roads. And each one fails without the other." - VISUAL: H2 the space splits into two slow-drifting fields, one warm/neural on the left, one chart-and-constellation on the right. - MOTION: the screen literally divides; the two labels arrive staggered, a beat apart.

Beat 1.3 (0:25 to 0:40) - ON-SCREEN, left side builds: "Affirmations. Meditation. Tapping. Neuroscience." then under it, dimming: "They do not stick." - ON-SCREEN, right side builds: "Astrology. Human Design. Gene Keys. Numerology." then under it, dimming: "Too dense to live." - VOICE: "One has the delivery. The other has the truth. Apart, both stall." - VISUAL: H2 continues; each side's text sits in its own field. - MOTION: the lists type in fast; the verdict line fades up slow and slightly desaturated.

ACT 2 - Why each fails, and the bridge (0:40 to 1:30)

Beat 2.1, the predictive brain (0:40 to 1:05) - ON-SCREEN: "Your brain is a prediction machine." then "Its strongest prediction is the model of who you are." then a single line snaps in: "Say I am wealthy, and it answers: no you are not." - VOICE: "The fix is not to say it louder." - VISUAL: H3 a genuinely beautiful glowing neural brain in gold and green, a firing thought-pulse that hits a wall and scatters. - MOTION: the rejection line arrives hard, with a small recoil shake, then the particles scatter.

Beat 2.2, the blueprint overwhelms (1:05 to 1:15) - ON-SCREEN: "The blueprint is the most accurate map of you ever made." then "And the thinking mind drowns in it." - VOICE: none. Let the visual overwhelm say it. - VISUAL: H4 a natal chart over-densifies, lines multiplying into an unreadable web. - MOTION: lines accelerate to near-chaos, then freeze.

Beat 2.3, the bridge (1:15 to 1:30) - ON-SCREEN: the two fields rush together and fuse. Text: "What if they are each other's solution?" then the resolve line: "Speak the blueprint, in your own voice, in a state the brain will accept." - VOICE: "We are not saying affirmations louder. We are delivering them the only way the brain will accept them." - VISUAL: H5 the warp / star-streak collision moment, the two fields merging into one bright channel. - MOTION: a punchy warp at the word "solution," then calm.

ACT 3 - How it works and why now (1:30 to 2:05)

Beat 3.1, the engine (1:30 to 1:50) - ON-SCREEN: a clean animated pipeline, one node at a time: "Your birth data" then "A verified chart engine" then "AI agents read every system" then "Written as your script" then "Voiced and set to music" then "Audio that reaches the subconscious." - VOICE: "We do not write affirmations from your chart. We write the audio as your chart." - VISUAL: H6 abstract Human Design centers and Gene Keys sequences lighting in order behind the pipeline, plus the audio-into-body figure at the end (H7). - MOTION: this is a Remotion or GSAP overlay on cosmic footage. Each node connects to the next with a drawn gold line. The last node blooms.

Beat 3.2, why now (1:50 to 2:05) - ON-SCREEN: four chips arrive fast: "Production voice AI. RAG at scale. AI music. Multi-agent orchestration." then one line lands: "Six months ago, this was inconceivable." - VOICE: "The tools to build this only just arrived." - VISUAL: H1-style flythrough accelerates, a sense of arriving at the present moment. - MOTION: chips snap in like a checklist; the final line is the only slow one.

ACT 4 - The gigantic economic opportunity (2:05 to 2:45)

This is where the built stat cards drop in. Use Video/Affirmology_InvestorStatCards_v1.html rendered as the data slides, or rebuild these beats in Remotion to match. Keep the count-up animation; numbers that climb feel bigger than numbers that appear.

ACT 5 - The motivation close (2:45 to 3:10)

4. The Higgsfield production plan (the footage layer)

Higgsfield generates the cinematic cosmic footage. The dense text and data ride on top as transparent Remotion or GSAP overlays, so we keep every word crisp and editable and let Higgsfield do what it is best at: motion and atmosphere.

Settings and workflow

The prompt pack (one recipe per shot)

Each is written to drop into Higgsfield. Tune to taste.

What does NOT come from Higgsfield

5. The demo website video upgrade (same engine, applied to the product)

The same cosmic-footage-plus-overlay approach upgrades the demo site, and most of it is already scoped in the handoff: - Intake opening (index.html): a very short cosmos pre-animation before the birth-info form, in this same look. Higgsfield H1 as a background loop behind the first prompt, with the form fading in. - Result and whatsinstore pages: the loading and reveal moments use H1, H4 (chart draw), and H7 (audio into body) as background beds under the existing GSAP choreography, so the product feels like the film. - Continuity rule: the demo stays locked and reliable. Treat these as background-bed and opening enhancements layered on the existing pages, tested in the Studio first, never altering the locked render path.

A simple win: export 3 or 4 of the Higgsfield clips as seamless looping background beds (10 to 15s, gentle motion) and they can sit behind multiple site moments and video beats without re-generating.

6. Production workflow (who builds what)

7. Next actions

  1. Approve or adjust the scope assumption in the header (focused 3-minute educational explainer that also slots into the longer film).
  2. Tell me whether to start generating the Higgsfield footage now. If yes, I will begin with H1 (Genesis flythrough), H2 (the two fields), and H5 (the bridge warp) as the three signature shots, in 16:9, and bring back variants for you to pick.
  3. Confirm the voice for this cut: reuse the existing Lily VO style, or a new sparse VO, or text-and-music only with no voice.
  4. Confirm whether the data act should play the existing stat-card reel as-is, or be rebuilt in Remotion to match the footage exactly.
  5. On approval, I will turn Section 3 into a frame-accurate shot list with exact text strings and timings for the overlay build.
