PART 1: THE STORY SPINE

1.1 The one-sentence version

Affirmology turns your cosmic blueprint into a personalized subconscious audio that rewires your identity beneath the thinking mind, and it is the first product to bridge the astrology, Gene Keys, and Human Design worlds with the neuroscience-backed transformational-audio world.

1.2 The bridge that is the whole company

This is the sharpest idea in the entire corpus, and it should anchor both films. State it as a contrast between two things the world already has, sitting side by side, never joined.

Cosmic blueprints are custom to you. Astrology, Gene Keys, and Human Design give every person a deeply personal map. The whole industry is built on "this is uniquely you." Apps like CHANI, Co-Star, and The Pattern personalize the reading, the words on your screen tied to your chart and the day's transits.

Transformational audios are generic to everyone. Meditation and affirmation tracks are one-size-fits-all. The same Calm sleep story, the same Abraham Hicks remix, the same affirmation loop plays for millions of people who share nothing. Even CHANI, which personalizes your horoscope text, hands you a fixed meditation library where the same new-moon track plays for every user.

Nobody has bridged the two, until Affirmology. We take the blueprint that is uniquely yours and turn it into the audio itself: a practice scripted to your specific chart and your specific transit, in a voice and music bed tuned to you, delivered to the subconscious where it actually sticks. The personalization is not the words on a screen. It is the thing in your ears.

And we went further than a single track. We solved the technical problems to tune our corpus for many neuroscience-based use cases, so the same engine produces a whole suite of usable tools for self-growth: a crisis companion for a hard week, a transit audio for the month ahead, a synastry reading for a relationship, a career path, a pre-sleep track for retention, a walking track for momentum. Not one personalized meditation. A personalized practice for every part of a life.

The science makes the how universal and trustworthy. The blueprint makes the what unmistakably, eerily yours. That bridge, plus the breadth of tools on top of it, is the moat. The trailer sells the chill of being truly seen. The investor film sells the moat of being first and only to build the bridge and then the toolkit.

And here is the part that ties it together: it bypasses the linear brain. Truly understanding your blueprint with the conscious mind is a real bottleneck. It is heavy, heady, computational work, reading and reading and cross-referencing and forgetting, four books and a roadmap, and most people never get through it. Affirmology takes all of that complicated information and delivers the relevant parts straight to the subconscious as audio you simply focus on, instead of something you have to think your way through. The complexity goes in without the struggle. That is the magic in one line: all that complicated information, in a format that bypasses having to think about it.

1.3 The two truths the videos carry

The first truth: you were encoded at birth. The chart is a real, dense, fixed set of data about who you are, and it is overwhelming. A natal chart is hundreds of relationships at once. Gene Keys is 64 keys across multiple spheres with six lines each. Human Design layers a body graph of defined and open centers on top. People spend years and hundreds of dollars a year trying to decode it with the left brain, and most never finish.

The second truth: understanding was never the point. Transcending is. Affirmology takes the decoded blueprint and delivers it past the linear mind, into the subconscious, through audio engineered with the levers neuroscience has actually validated. You do not study your chart. You become it.

The trailer sells the first truth as mystery and the second as relief. The investor film proves both are large, defensible, unconnected markets.

1.4 The movement, not just the app

Affirmology is a movement of people discovering the soul song they are uniquely meant to play, and being encouraged to play it. The app is the on-ramp. The community, the in-person ceremonies, the affiliates who become Affirmologists, the breathwork and sound-healing and sacred-medicine integrations, the workshops that go deeper after the app has built trust, that is the actual organism. The app bypasses the linear mind and earns trust fast, and once trust exists, everything else opens.

The videos should feel like the opening of a movement, not the demo of a utility. (Note on language: "soul song" and "Affirmologist" are your and Sol's newer movement terms and do not appear in the older docs, which use "cosmic blueprint" and "personalized subconscious audio." Both films can use the new terms; just know they are the fresh layer.)

1.5 The avatar and the cultural moment (now with real numbers)

The avatar skews strongly female, roughly 16 to 50, spiritually fluent, already speaking the language ("what's your rising sign, are you a manifesting generator"). The skew is real and quantified: about 43% of women ages 18 to 49 say they believe in astrology, far more than men or older adults, and roughly 25% of US women ages 18 to 25 have already downloaded an astrology app (Pew, Time). Co-Star reached 20-plus million downloads with adoption concentrated among young women, and The Pattern carries around 15 million users. So when we say female-skewing, we can put a number to it. For men, the same product is framed as self-actualization: lock in why you are here, embed it in the subconscious, unblock yourself, live your most fruitful life. Sol is close to the core avatar and has lived the consumption journey (tapping, audios, deconditioning) for two decades, which is a real marketing asset.

The deeper driver is the search for meaning. People left the old structures and are assembling decentralized, pick-and-choose spiritualities in a chaotic world, and they want a guide. The demand is loud in the data: roughly 80% of Gen Z and younger millennials say they believe in astrology, 58% check a horoscope at least weekly, 72% of Gen Z consult their chart for major life choices, and around 41 to 43% of young people research a prospective boss's or colleague's sign before taking a job (2024 to 2025 surveys, see Part 8).

The timing is perfect for a second reason: people have just learned to consult AI for everything. A generation now turns to a chat box for their health, their career, their relationships, their decisions. Affirmology arrives as the customized version of that habit. Generic AI answers the way a search engine would. Affirmology answers from your specific blueprint, and it delivers the result as audio that actually rewires you, which no general chat box can do. That alone would not make a durable app, because a chat feature can be bolted onto anything. The durable thing is that once we have built trust as the place that delivers these custom audios (something Claude or ChatGPT cannot just turn on), we become the hub people come to when they want to work on their abundance, their family healing, their relationships, their path. We hold the blueprint, the memory, and the trust, and from there we create endless solutions out of the synchronicity of each person's chart.

1.6 The rollout and timeline (the "why now" engine)

Summer 2026, build and start running ads. Hire a senior developer to build the PWA while Jeff hardens the engine he already built end to end. Crucially, this is not held to the vest until the in-person events. In July, August, and early September we are already running ads: installing and warming the pixel, testing creative, and getting real users into the system, building momentum online in parallel with the build. Test the audios on friends and the close Miami community too, and flow that feedback back into the affirmation bank. File one or two provisional patents (cheaply, because Jeff is a former patent attorney).

September 11 (Jeff's birthday), the community debut and dress rehearsal. Announce to the Miami community that we are the ones guiding and delivering this. Facilitators, influencers, spaceholders. Silent-disco headsets so a room hears one shared voice and music bed while each person's chart-derived affirmations play in their own ears, synced by a facilitator. Everyone types in birth data first, a marketable, consented lead list. This event pre-hypes and lets us practice the group experience before going big at Faena.

Late September, the Faena Forum, Miami (the flagship). Sol and Jeff co-MC a three-day wellness conference, meaning more stage time than anyone, between every speaker for three days. Even the conference founder is shy and not on stage much, so the two of them become the most recognizable personalities at the entire event. Plus a booth, QR cards for audios and affiliate signup, a side experience room (lounge chairs, projection-mapped cosmic visuals, headsets, light and sound, possibly vibroacoustic chairs, where the embodiment sessions happen, roughly 200 people per session), and leading the group meditation for speakers and VIPs at the first-night dinner. Treat Faena as a strong plan, not a signed guarantee, in any on-camera factual claim.

November 11 (11/11), the grand official launch party. Faena delivers a vault of real footage and hype. We build that into a grand 11/11 launch: a big lineup of experiences in a striking venue, friends with large communities going live with the product, a full public push, going out with a bang.

This sequence is the answer to "why now" and "how do you get distribution," and it runs online ads and in-person activation together. It belongs in the investor film and stays out of the consumer trailer.

1.7 The differentiators, ranked

  1. The bridge: a custom blueprint becomes custom audio, then a whole toolkit (1.2). Blueprints are custom to you, transformational audios are generic to everyone, and nobody joined them until us, then we tuned the corpus into many usable self-growth tools. The single most defensible idea.
  2. Subconscious delivery, not study. Everyone else hands you more to read and contemplate. You hand them an audio that works while they sleep, walk, or sit.
  3. The bridge nobody built. Astrology buyers, Gene Keys practitioners, the Human Design community, and the Abraham Hicks, afformations, and Tapping Solution audio audiences have never been merged into one personalized product.
  4. The convergence frame. When four or five traditions independently point at the same theme, that is signal, not coincidence, and it produces a hit of validation no single tradition can (Affirmology_MultiTradition_UseCases_v1.md). Proprietary, and the basis for a premium tier.
  5. Neuroscience, not woo. Porges prosody (slow, warm, low voice read by the nervous system as safety), circadian and adherence research, resonance-frequency breathing, sleep-dependent consolidation. Real, citable, and used deliberately rather than claimed loudly.
  6. Gene Keys streamlined. Not low-interest, high-barrier. Four books, a roadmap, overwhelm. Affirmology removes the barrier and takes the user from stuck to empowered. These buyers are likely your most rabid early adopters.
  7. The movement, which is genuinely unreplicable. This may be the single biggest moat. Even if Claude or ChatGPT or a funded startup built a version of the tech tomorrow, because they will see how big this is, they still cannot copy the human layer: the community, the in-person events, the multisensory experiences, the feeling of healing together. We engage every sense, sight and sound and touch and presence, not just audio, and that cannot happen through a chat box. We will demonstrate it in Miami, take it to festivals and consciousness conferences, train others to run it, and carry the message onto podcasts. Software is copyable. A movement that gathers in a room is not.
  8. The founders. Founder-market fit so tight that Jeff is the builder and the customer, and Sol is the customer archetype (Part 1.8). And Sol is far more than the archetype: she is a genius at consolidating a big, complex message into a sharp brand story and aesthetic, both behind and in front of the camera. Jeff is wordy, the former attorney and engineer. Sol takes the sprawl and lands the right message, on point, with strong delivery, and keeps the brand human even where the ads use heavy AI.
  9. You cannot just do this in ChatGPT. Chart math correctness (Swiss Ephemeris, not an LLM guessing), defensible sourced interpretation, a consistent voice persona, music matching, mixing, and reliable delivery across accounts is a real, self-improving pipeline with IP and a compounding data moat.

1.8 Why these founders (corrected: Jeff and Sol)

Lead with the right thing. Anyone looking at the founder story should first feel that Jeff has built multiple transformational communities in Miami that caused a real wave. His company AUREA ran two three-day events, at the Faena and at Sacred Space, attended by 400 people, all conscious and spiritual entrepreneurs and changemakers here to make the world better, and Jeff led all of it. He has built men's circle communities, masculine and feminine healing events, and many collaborations, including spiritual and political activism events such as the Golden Future Party and Gratitude and Giving. Jeff is a known commodity in the Miami spiritual and transformational scene, which is exactly the launch community.

Behind that community credibility sits a rare technical and legal one: an electrical engineering degree and a law degree, with 13 years as a patent attorney. That dual credential means he can build the AI engine himself and draft the company's own provisional patents at near-zero cost. He has raised capital before. He also does deep guided-healing work: guided meditations, energy healing with eyes closed and breath, grounded in Jungian psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and heart coherence. His signature Jeff Parker Heart Coherence Technique, run in 200-plus-person rooms, opens the heart, circulates coherence through the body, then directs love outward to the planet and cosmos, and it becomes the signature opening sequence on every premium track, so the founder's own gift is literally embedded in the product. He built the working demo end to end from his own birth data, and he is a practicing Gene Keys practitioner: the builder and the customer.

Sol Ballard is the customer archetype and the brand engine. She holds a degree in business and sociology, so she understands how people think, move, act, and why they buy, and storytelling for brands is second nature to her. Twenty years in personal development. She was an inspirational speaker in her twenties, a weather reporter and journalist (audiences loved her on camera), and she went to acting school for four years, had an agent, and appeared in commercials and on magazine covers. She is a spokesperson for wellness brands, makes brand-story videos and event walkthroughs, and even ran a docuseries helping people carve their transformational path. She is incredible in front of the camera and a genius at consolidating a big message into a clean brand story and aesthetic. Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer, owning brand, content, and community.

Two more framings worth carrying into the film. First, they both know this market cold because they are the market: their friends are the avatar, and the early affiliates are their friends. Second, between the two of them they use a deep toolkit of healing modalities (guided meditation, IFS, heart coherence, and hypnotherapy techniques, even though neither is formally a hypnotherapist), which means Affirmology is a gateway to a much larger body of transformational work that can happen once people know themselves through the app. And it works in the other direction too: Affirmology is the lowest-barrier on-ramp into astrology, Gene Keys, and Human Design, so it can bring a wave of new people into these worlds who were curious but found them too complex, the way John Mayer brought a generation of new fans into the Grateful Dead. The framing: founder-market fit is the moat. Jeff is the customer. Sol is the customer archetype.

PART 2: THE VIDEO LINEUP

You said two or three, as discussed. Recommendation stands, with the investor film now longer.

Recommendation: build now, plus a real ads and website layer, with one piece that can wait.

Build now (wave one): the Trailer and the Investor Film. These are what the demo flow and investor conversations need, and they share the most raw material.

Also needed soon, not held for later: a main-website video and a set of ad and landing-page videos. Because ads start in July to September (Part 1.6), we need short, punchy ad cuts and a landing-page flow well before Faena. These reuse the trailer's visual kit and concepts but take the viewer through a different, conversion-oriented path (a landing page that may mix words on the page, a short video, and a path to listen and then to buy). So "wave one" is really the trailer, the investor film, and a family of ad and website cuts built from the same kit, not just two films.

The one piece that can wait (wave two): the full Upsell Film. Correction to v2: it does not need testimonial footage to exist. It can launch on text-on-screen and a few quotes from people we know in the beta, and its real job is to hammer the features and the "you cannot miss this, it is too good a deal" message. We can enrich it with Faena and 11/11 footage later, but we do not gate it on that. The reason to sequence it second is simply that the membership ladder and the live offer firm up after the launch, not that we lack testimonials.

The three assets at a glance

A. The Trailer B. The Upsell Film C. The Investor Film
Plays where On the demo page, the moment they submit birth data, while audio renders After they finish their demo audio Sent privately (unlisted link) after an investor has experienced the demo
Length 90 to 120 seconds 60 to 90 seconds 5 to 7 minutes
Job Turn the render wait into the best part of the experience: awe, mystery, "this is about me" Convert a moved listener into a member or affiliate Tell the story: why these founders, real market need, viability, rollout and timeline, the tech that makes it possible, the community testing loop
Knows astrology? Mixed, must land for insiders and newcomers They just felt it, belief is high Often not, must teach fast, then sell the story
Emotional target Awe, mystery, recognition Desire, belonging, momentum Conviction, inevitability, "I want in"
Investment terms? No No No. Terms live in a separate written doc handed over with the film
Voice ElevenLabs Charlotte (continuity with the demo) Charlotte, warmer and more direct Charlotte, or test a slightly more grounded second voice

The scope split

Content beat Trailer Upsell Investor
You were encoded at birth (mystery hook) core n/a brief cold open
The chart is beautiful and overwhelming core n/a yes
The recognition / "this is about me" chill core yes brief
Gene Keys and Human Design complexity and barrier light touch n/a full
The bridge: blueprint becomes custom audio and a toolkit implied yes core moat
Neuroscience levers one felt line yes full proof
"You can't do this in ChatGPT" technical moat n/a n/a core
Use-case breadth (synastry, transits, crisis, family, career) montage glimpse core yes
In-app guidance chatbot (member feature) n/a tease yes (retention + data moat)
Market size and current demand stats n/a n/a core
Business model and pricing ladder n/a price only core (no terms)
Rollout: Sept 11, Faena, 11/11 launch n/a n/a core crescendo
Founders Jeff and Sol n/a n/a core
The movement and community closing line core yes
Investment terms and valuation n/a n/a never on screen, separate doc

The trailer's discipline is restraint. The investor film's discipline is momentum: the full argument, made fast, story-first, with numbers on cards and zero term-sheet talk.

PART 3: THE TREATMENTS

Each treatment is an arc plus a beat sheet plus visual direction. Beats are timed ranges. Two quick definitions, since they recur: VO means voiceover, the spoken narration. Cards means the text and graphics that pop up on screen (a stat, a phrase, a chart), the things a viewer reads rather than hears. On-screen text and VO are described here, not finalized. The finished, spoken trailer script now lives in the companion file Affirmology_TrailerProductionKit_v1.md. When you approve the arcs, the same is done for the investor film.

3.1 VIDEO A: THE TRAILER ("The Loading Film")

Arc: mystery, to recognition, to relief, to anticipation. In 100 seconds it mirrors the emotional arc the real audio will walk them through, so by the time the audio is ready they are already half-opened by the wait.

The reframe: the wait is not dead time to disguise. It is the trailer for a film about them, rendering in real time. The feeling to aim for is the one you get after a reading from a truly great astrologer: finally being understood in all of life's complexity, your whole journey seen. Now imagine that, but it is astrology and Gene Keys and Human Design all in one, telling the story of your life, your unique custom soul song. That is the promise.

Important correction from v2: the trailer is the same for every viewer. It is NOT pulling anything from the individual's chart. So nothing in it should imply it is reading this specific person's data. It works by evoking the universal feeling of being seen and by showing the beauty and complexity of the systems, then handing off to the audio that actually is personal.

Music direction: this should feel like a real movie-trailer score, a symphony that builds anticipation and hype, because the viewer is literally waiting for their own custom audio. Build, build, build to a crescendo at the handoff, the one moment they have been waiting for. The music is doing half the emotional work.

Beat sheet (target 100s):

The trailer must not: explain a single astrological term, show a price, claim to read the viewer's own chart, or feel like an ad. If a stranger who has never heard the word "transit" does not get a small chill, it failed.

3.2 VIDEO B: THE UPSELL FILM ("What's In Store"), sketch only, build wave two

Arc: you just felt one thing, now imagine this for every part of your life.

Why hold it: its power depends on Faena and 11/11 testimonial footage and a finalized membership ladder you will not have until October.

Beat sketch (target 75s):

3.3 VIDEO C: THE INVESTOR FILM

Arc: a felt mystery becomes an obvious, large, defensible, inevitable business built by the only two people who could build it. It opens in the heart and closes in conviction, and it never shows a term sheet.

Structure note: because many investors do not speak astrology, the film teaches the category in about 40 seconds with the same awe device as the trailer, then pivots into story: need, why now, the bridge and the moat, science, market and retention, breadth (consumer and business), product, rollout, founders, mission and upside. It is not the deck in slide order. It is the argument sequenced for momentum. No valuation, equity, or terms appear anywhere on screen, those are in the written doc handed over with the film. Target 6 to 8 minutes, because attention is earned and there is a real story to tell.

Open question for you: decide whether the founder section cuts to Jeff and Sol speaking to camera, or stays fully produced with footage and VO throughout. My lean: keep the film produced and use real AUREA and event footage of them on stage rather than a sit-down piece to camera, so the energy never drops. We can test a short, warm to-camera moment at the very end if you want their faces on the mission line.

Beat sheet (target 6 to 8 minutes):

PART 4: THE LIGHT NDA GATE

You asked for a low-friction confidentiality step that reveals as little as possible without killing momentum. Recommended design plus two alternates.

The principle: a gate that feels like part of the ritual, not a legal speed bump. It should add mystery ("you are being let into something not yet public"), not subtract from it. Friction is the enemy of the trailer's momentum, so the gate goes before birth-data entry, not between submission and the trailer.

Recommended: the "Inner Circle" click-to-agree, placed at entry. One tasteful overlay on arrival, in the locked visual language. A short plain-English paragraph: this is an early, confidential preview shared with a small circle, please do not record, screenshot, or share what you see and hear. A single checkbox: "I will keep this between us." One button: "Enter." Capture name and email here, which both seeds the lead list and creates a lightweight record of agreement (timestamp, email, agreed-text version). This is a clickwrap agreement, enforceable when terms are visible and the user takes an affirmative action. It is not as strong as a signed mutual NDA, but it is right for a consumer demo and far better for conversion. You already have a real signed mutual NDA on file (Affirmology_MutualNDA_v1.pdf) for the situations that warrant it.

Reveal-less design does most of the protective work. The demo audio is a real personalized track, but the trailer and the report can show the experience without exposing the proprietary corpus, the prompt architecture, or the full method. What people can screenshot should be the feeling and the surface, never the engine.

Alternate 1, lighter: a one-line honor request, no checkbox. "You are previewing something not yet public. We trust you to keep it close." Button: "I understand." Highest momentum, lowest enforceability. Good for pure consumer trailer flow.

Alternate 2, heavier: a real e-signature gate (DocuSign or PandaDoc embed of the existing mutual NDA) for named investors only, on the private investor link. Never apply this to consumer demo traffic, it will tank conversion.

Recommendation (confirmed by Jeff): ship the consumer demo with the "Inner Circle" clickwrap. It is a fast thing we can add right now, one extra layer that keeps it a little mysterious and cool. For the truly important investors, Jeff sends the full bloom.io (Bloomerang) document to sign separately, so the heavy legal step lives off the demo path and never touches consumer conversion. Reveal-less design remains the real protection, not the checkbox.

Make the gate feel spacey and cinematic. It should read like the opening of a Star Wars trailer: stars in space, the deep-emerald story swoosh, gold and white text, a little witchy, with golden constellation linework that feels classy and evokes a Greek, Hellenistic idealism. The gate is the first frame of the whole experience, so it sets the cosmic tone before a single word of birth data is entered.

PART 5: ART DIRECTION

Locked visual language (sampled from the deck, already used on the live demo, use everywhere for continuity):

Motion grammar (so three videos feel like one world):

The "consistent slides, then animate" idea is the right one. Build a master kit of branded frames (chart visual, Gene Keys wheel, Human Design graph, pipeline diagram, market and model cards, founder frame) in the locked palette, then animate them. Consistent look fast, both films unified, and a clean layered project to hand a human editor for polish. Generate the chart visuals as real, accurate charts from your own Swiss Ephemeris engine, then beautify, which is more authentic than decorative fakes and reinforces the "verified, not guessed" investor point.

PART 6: THE AI TOOL STACK AND PRODUCTION PIPELINE

The goal you stated: string AI tools together to make something beautiful fast, with consistent visuals, that a more technical editor can improve later. Recommended stack, current as of June 2026.

Timing note: OpenAI is discontinuing Sora's app and API in 2026 (app late April, API late September). Do not build the pipeline on Sora. The durable choices are Veo, Kling, and Runway.

Pipeline, end to end: approve arcs, write VO and card copy, render VO and pick beds and rough-mix so timing locks (picture cuts to audio), build the master frame kit and the real chart SVGs, generate motion shots (Veo hero, Kling volume, Runway controlled), assemble in CapCut or Descript against the locked audio, then hand a layered project to an editor for finishing. It already works without the editor, which is the point.

Budget posture: the generative tools are subscription-cheap (tens of dollars a month each). The real cost is time and the optional editor. Building A and C this way is a days-to-low-weeks effort, because the frame-kit approach front-loads the look.

PART 7: MEMBERSHIP IRRESISTIBILITY AND THE IN-APP GUIDE

7.1 Why the transit hook is the strongest subscription lever

The static Starter Kit proves the magic but does not recur. The thing that recurs forever is the sky. Astrology's entire content economy runs on the cosmos issuing a new episode every few days, a new moon, a full moon, an eclipse, a retrograde, and that is the natural subscription clock already beating in your customer's chest. And it is not only astrology: Gene Keys and Human Design and Vedic astrology also update over time, and we are able to handle all of it, attuned to that specific person. The demand is not hypothetical: the biggest accounts pull millions of views on a single "what this moon means for you" post, and 58% of young people check a horoscope at least weekly. The gap is the whole pitch: every mass account can only speak to your sun or rising sign, twelve buckets for everyone, while Affirmology renders the same transit against your entire chart and delivers it as an audio you absorb instead of one more article you study. You stop refreshing twelve-sign horoscopes. Your sky comes to you. This is super gold, and it needs to land clearly in both films.

7.2 The in-app guidance chatbot (Jeff's new addition)

Members get a chat box that is a guide to their own blueprint. It already has their full cosmic blueprint (chart, Gene Keys, Human Design, numerology) plus memory of their prior questions and generated audios, so it answers far better than a blank ChatGPT the user has to paste everything into and prompt well. They ask it anything (my week, my relationship, my career move, why do I keep doing this) and it answers from their chart, prompts them, suggests audios, and surfaces things to explore.

It can also ask questions back, to deepen personalization and to gather the inputs new use cases need. If a member wants to understand family dynamics, the guide asks for the mother's and father's birth details, then runs the synastry and family-pattern readings. This is the "now do my mother" request the research says comes second, not seventh (Affirmology_DeepInquiry_ChartExplorations_v1.md), built in.

Two strategic payoffs. For the member: more self-knowledge, lower barrier, and a reason to return daily. For the company: a direct, compounding signal of what users actually care about, which shapes killer features and the next audios to build. That is a data flywheel competitors cannot copy without the same blueprint depth.

The chatbot also fits the product arc: it hits the visual layer after the audio has already built trust, helping the member probe deeper and even help customize some of their own audios for the membership experience and the upgraded tiers. The engagement upside is real (AI guidance products see heavy daily use, often clustered in the evening, which aligns with bedtime audio), and the framing should be deliberate: this is a guide to yourself, grounded in your chart and cited sources, not a parasocial synthetic friend, and it is not aimed at minors. Through this, we become the premier app for personalization and self-actualization (Part 8.5 on the safety framing).

7.3 The upsell ladder, simplified per Jeff's feedback

The v2 ladder had too many confusing middle rungs (Lunar Companion versus Seasonal Initiate read as the same thing, and the monthly price was too low). Simplified working model:

The thing to keep front and center in the videos: this is not just about understanding yourself, it is about transcending, embodying, and becoming your soul song. Advanced features worth teasing as "what membership unlocks": transit-responsive audios on the lunar clock, the custom living-audio remix, the in-app guide, synastry and business-partnership and family and crisis-companion audios, astrocartography for major moves, the format library (sit-and-tap, pre-sleep, walk-and-jog), a yearly "Affirmology Wrapped," and the path from understanding to transcending. Tease breadth, do not enumerate exhaustively.

7.4 Why the membership math is investable (for the model beat)

The ladder monetizes four climbing axes: depth, frequency, transit-responsiveness, and human contact, plus the chatbot as a fifth retention surface. Blended ARPU lands around $25 to $40 a month across a healthy mix, with a 1-9-90 distribution where the top 10% pay $99 to $200-equivalent monthly. Floor LTV is roughly $660, ceiling LTV is $3,000-plus. Retention is engineered from day one: a moon-phase streak counter, annual-default checkout to halve churn, cohort drops timed to lunar phases, a first-72-hours personal voice note, and a Waking-Up-style "free if you ask" access policy that converts paying customers at higher rates and earns a public integrity story. The recurring transit cadence is what makes it all compound, because the sky never stops shipping reasons to come back.

PART 8: THE EVIDENCE VAULT

A sourced fact sheet for whoever writes the on-screen cards. Split into "good to show on screen" and "founder-only." Numbers move, so re-verify the headline figures the week you finalize the film.

Plain-English definition (you asked): CAGR means Compound Annual Growth Rate. It is just the steady yearly percentage a market grows by, averaged out. "$12.8B growing to $22.8B by 2031 at 5.7% CAGR" means the astrology market is getting about 5.7% bigger every year and will nearly double by 2031. On screen you can skip the acronym and say "growing about 6% a year toward $22.8B by 2031."

8.1 Market and demand (show on screen)

8.1b Business and entrepreneurship angle (show on screen, newer beat)

8.2 The product numbers (mostly founder docs, sanity-check before showing)

8.3 The science (show on screen, these are real and citable)

8.4 Use cases for the montage (from the catalogs)

Consumer: synastry, parent-child and adult family-of-origin patterns, personalized transit forecasting, the Saturn-return curriculum, mid-life "what chapter am I in," the crisis companion (grief, dark night, reparenting), vocational and career-path, astrocartography for major moves, the 28-day lunar program, plant-medicine prep and integration, group and retreat experiences. Business and entrepreneur: business synastry (co-founder fit), the founder-chart-and-business relationship, team and hiring harmony (the Human Design Penta analog), and the career-transition companion for people moving out of corporate. Format library (cross-cutting): sit-and-tap, pre-sleep for retention, walk-and-jog, manifesting and visualizing, EFT tapping for abundance, heart coherence, deep meditation journeys before bed, Gene Key sequences for your path.

8.5 Founder-only context (do not put on screen)

PART 9: WHAT I CORRECTED, WHO DOES WHAT, AND NEXT DECISIONS

9.1 Corrections folded into this version

9.2 Division of labor

Claude (me): the Trailer Production Kit is done (Affirmology_TrailerProductionKit_v1.md). Next: the Investor Production Kit (full VO script, card-by-card data sheet, shot list), the separate written investor doc with the numbers and terms, and the master-frame visual spec and generation prompts.

Sol: the voice and emotional truth of the scripts (closest to the avatar), the brand consolidation and on-camera delivery, the use-case selection, and the community and movement language. She can start hands-on with the Trailer Production Kit tools.

Jeff: the technical and IP framing, the rollout detail, the founder footage (AUREA and events), the final voice and music picks, the chatbot scope, the bloom.io doc for key investors, and back-end build.

9.3 The decisions I need from you

  1. Confirm the lineup: build the Trailer and Investor Film plus the ad and website cuts now, hold the full Upsell Film for after launch.
  2. Confirm the investor film runs term-free and 6 to 8 minutes, with numbers and terms in the separate bloom.io doc. Want me to draft that doc next.
  3. Confirm the "Inner Circle" clickwrap for consumer, bloom.io for key investors.
  4. Confirm the market framing (about 6% a year toward $22.8B by 2031), and whether I should align the deck.
  5. Green-light the Investor Production Kit (full script plus card-by-card data sheet plus shot list) as the next deliverable, the way the Trailer Kit is done now.

9.4 Open question I flagged

In the investor film, do you want a short to-camera moment of you and Sol on the mission line at the end, or keep it fully produced with stage footage throughout? My lean is stage footage, with an optional warm to-camera close.
