Prepared for Jeff Parker Purpose Single decision-record document. Every use case identified across all research docs, tagged by tier. The tiers are gates for energy, not eternal classifications: items move from Future → Untested → Now as the foundation ships. Locking principle Nothing in Untested or Future gets built until the Now stack is shipped, validated, and selling.
These are the only items getting active build energy until they're done.
The single audio format we already ship. Polish the production with the v3.1 audio mastering chain (Bricasti M7 reverb, sidechain ducking, -16 LUFS loudnorm). Make it sound as good as Calm.
Inputs we have: Charlotte voice, Heavenly Circuit music bed, v5 script, full PDF report generator. What's missing: the audio mastering upgrade. ~1 day of work. Success criterion: Sol and Jeff A/B test against Calm's "Loving Kindness" and feel it holds its own.
The always-on production box for everything backend. Tailscale for remote access, SSH from laptops, the corpus orchestrator running nightly. The architecture I've been writing has Mac mini as the assumed home for all heavy lifting.
What's needed: the Mac mini setup guide PDF you have, plus the Phase 0 first-boot section. ~90 minutes once HDMI splitter arrives. Success criterion: you can SSH from your laptop, the corpus build runs on its own, the audio pipeline produces a Sacred Audio when triggered.
Cloudflare-hosted page where a visitor enters birth data, hits submit, gets a Sacred Audio + PDF report delivered. The minimum-lovable-product.
What's needed: a clean Cloudflare Pages site with a form, a Cloudflare Worker that calls the Mac mini's HTTP API via Tailscale, an email delivery layer (Resend or Postmark, ~$0 for first 1k emails/month). Success criterion: a stranger submits the form, the audio + PDF arrive in their inbox within 15 minutes.
The "teach what this is" content that anchors the demo page. Short videos (60-180 seconds each) explaining: - What a Sacred Audio is and why it works (neuroscience hook: self-affirmation + DMN + theta) - How the chart math works (Swiss Ephemeris, every claim traces to a tool call) - Why personalization matters (Falk et al. 2015 vmPFC activation cite) - Who Jeff and Sol are (founder story, the awakening that birthed Affirmology) - A demo of the Sacred Audio playing over visuals
What's needed: Sol's brand direction first, then Descript or CapCut for editing, B-roll from Pexels, voice from Jeff and Sol. Success criterion: the demo page has 4-6 videos that, watched in sequence, make a first-time visitor want to try the product.
Visual identity per Sol's branding direction. Typography, color palette, hero image, photography, animation moments.
What's needed: Sol's branding work to land, then Webflow or Framer for implementation (or static HTML if we want full control). Success criterion: the site feels premium, the demo page converts.
The Now stack ships together as the v1 product. Estimated end-to-end: 2-3 weeks of focused work after Mac mini is up.
These are pieces we have working code or detailed plans for, but they don't go live until the Now stack proves the model works. Listed by readiness.
Already designed in the Subconscious OS Agentic Architecture v1. The full fleet: WalkingMeditationSpecialist (current Charlotte natal), SankalpaSpecialist, GeneKeysJourneySpecialist, AstrologyWalkthroughSpecialist, HumanDesignWalkthroughSpecialist, BreathworkSpecialist, EFTTappingSpecialist, HeartCoherenceJourneySpecialist (Joe-Dispenza-style without the trademark), CrisisCompanionSpecialist.
Status: architecture documented, not built. Ships when: Now stack is live and a paying customer wants more than the natal Sacred Audio.
Sol's Gemini conversation surfaced this as a high-emotional-value product. User submits their chart + the Sun signs of mom, dad, siblings. System produces a deep family-dynamics text report. No new audio needed in v1.
Status: prompt design and corpus retrieval logic understood, not coded. Ships when: Now stack is live.
Two charts in, the relationship/business compatibility narrative out. Text first; audio variant later.
Status: chart math (composite midpoints, cross-aspects, house overlays) understood, not coded. Ships when: Now stack is live and Sol or Jeff want to test a two-chart product.
The chart math is shipped - affirmology-agent/src/affirmology/chart/astrocartography.py works. Jeff's Miami lines (Jupiter MC + Pluto MC) and Sol's Miami lines (Sun MC + Venus MC + Mercury MC) verified correct. What's missing is the consumer-facing report generation and any visual map rendering.
Status: core math validated, no consumer wrapper. Ships when: Now stack is live and we add a "where on Earth" product to the lineup.
Read user's chart, compute today's transits, send a 2-paragraph reading by email. Pure text, no audio. Habit-forming.
Status: Swiss Ephemeris already computes transits; needs scheduler + email integration. Ships when: Now stack is live and we want a recurring touchpoint product.
For each Sacred Audio, generate a companion written piece with reflection prompts, exercises, the chart claims spelled out for re-reference. Already partially built (the Sacred Audio Report PDF).
Status: template exists, content depth could be expanded for "workbook" vs "report" framing. Ships when: Now stack is live and we want an upsell from base Sacred Audio.
User answers 5 questions, system picks 3 audios from the suite. No new audio production needed; just selection logic.
Status: designed, not built; depends on having more than one Sacred Audio in the suite (so depends on U1). Ships when: the suite has 3+ shippable formats.
The Audio Orchestrator, Product Orchestrator, Quality Orchestrator layers that sit on top of the existing Corpus Orchestrator (v3 shipped).
Status: v3 corpus orchestrator running. v4-v6 architecture documented, not coded. Ships when: Now stack proves the model, then we automate the production line that serves it.
The conversational surface where Sol types a vision and gets back an audio + PDF + transcript. Three implementation patterns staged.
Status: Pattern 1 (SSHFS + Cowork) ships in 2 days once Mac mini is up; Pattern 2 (Anthropic Team + Project) needs HTTP API wrapper (~3 days); Pattern 3 (demo.affirmology.ai customer form) becomes part of the Now stack. Ships when: Mac mini is up. Pattern 1 first.
Roadmap items that need their own dedicated build energy. Listed in rough priority order based on the cross-research synthesis.
The high-ticket automated deep-dive. 5-minute assessment, 90-minute hyper-personalized audio across two listening sessions, companion PDF workbook, 30-day daily check-in audios. Margin ~97%.
Why future: depends on multiple specialists in U1 being shipped.
Recurring revenue tier with light human touch. Monthly 60-min group call with Sol or hired facilitator.
Why future: requires Pilgrim to land first so Inner Circle has a graduate-tier value proposition.
Coach / breathwork facilitator / men's-work leader certification program. They get a tool to deliver chart-personalized audios to their own clients. Affirmology gets the back-end and licensing revenue.
Why future: requires Sol's branding work + Pilgrim consumer-tier validation + the Subconscious OS API exposed.
The whole conversational depth that Sol experienced - productionized so any user can have it. Multi-turn dialog, family Sun-sign overlay, "what happens to mom when I change" predictions, cross-tradition synthesis.

The 18-layer simultaneous schema from the Esoteric Cross-System research. Adds depth and "this is psychic" differentiation.
Why future: added once the basic five traditions are structurally solid and we want depth differentiation against competitors.
A use case moves from Future → Untested when: - The dependencies have shipped - Someone (you, Sol, an advisor) has time-budgeted real energy for it - The Now stack is live and the use case fits the customer journey we're seeing
A use case moves from Untested → Now when: - A specific customer or business goal demands it - We're ready to commit the production polish and quality discipline - It will be shipped, not just prototyped
This document gets revised every two weeks. Items that have shipped get removed (they're products now, not use cases). Items that have failed validation move to a separate "tried, didn't land" section with notes on why.

The free tools list I gave you today (Youlean Loudness Meter 2, TDR Limiter 6 GE, TDR Nova GE, Bricasti M7 IRs, Audacity, pyloudnorm + pedalboard) needs to install on both machines:
The plugins (Youlean, TDR) are macOS apps you can copy via the SSHFS-mounted shared folder once Mac mini is online. Python packages (pyloudnorm, pedalboard) get installed via pip on each machine independently. Bricasti M7 IRs are small files (~1 MB total), live in the shared folder, loaded by FFmpeg's afir filter at runtime.
When the Mac mini becomes the production server, the laptop only needs the tools for local testing; the production pipeline runs on the Mac mini.
End of Now / Untested / Future. Move on with the Now stack and don't get distracted by anything else until it ships.
