Subject: Our MC role + activation for The Ultimate Wellness Event - confirming the terms

Hi Julia,

We're excited to host The Ultimate Wellness Event with you. Before we put a clean version in front of everyone to sign, we wanted to lay out our shared understanding in one place so we're all aligned and nothing shifts at the last minute. Here's what we believe we agreed to:

What Sol and I will do for you across the three days: - Serve as your Masters of Ceremonies for the full event, with at least one of us on the main stage at all times, holding the room in the roughly 10 to 15 minutes between each speaker, sometimes both of us, sometimes one while the other works the room. - Introduce and elevate each speaker, keep the audience engaged and in their seats between sessions, make all needed announcements, and lead brief breath, meditation, or connection moments to keep the energy high. - Host the VIP party on the evening of day one: make the needed announcements and open it with a short guided meditation and a connection activity. - Show up before each day begins, stay through to the close, dressed sharp and professional, fully supporting your vision for the event.

What we'd receive in exchange (in place of a fee): - One table in the main stage room (one of the three side tables in view of the stage), staffed by our team. - A demo/experience room on the experiences side of the upstairs, where we set up our headphone demo and our team can give attendees a quick experience between sessions (kept tidy, not a general hangout). - 20 complimentary tickets for our supporting team (rotating crew to film, mingle, and staff the two booths). - A discount ticket code we can promote in September to bring our audience to the event. - Parking for our car for the three days. - Your daughter assisting us with food runs and small needs so we can hold the stage. - Comped meals for Sol and me during event hours [confirm]. - Permission to occasionally mention what we do from the stage and point people to our table and demo room (we'll keep it light and professional, never a hard sell from the mic).

If that matches your understanding, we'll send the clean signing version for the three of us. If anything's off or you'd tweak something, just reply and we'll fold it in.

Thank you for trusting us with your stage. We're going to make it shine.

Warmly, Jeff Parker Love & Sol Ballard Affirmology

PART B - The Agreement (clean version to sign)

Master of Ceremonies & Brand Activation Agreement

This Agreement is entered into by and between Julia [Last Name] / [legal entity], producer of The Ultimate Wellness Event (the "Organizer"), and Jeff Parker Love and Sol Ballard, on behalf of Affirmology (together, the "Hosts"). The Organizer and the Hosts are each a "Party."

Event: The Ultimate Wellness Event (the "Event"), held at Faena, Miami Beach, on [Month] [24-26], 2026 (the "Event Dates"), a three-day program (day one a half day with an evening VIP party).

No monetary fee. This is a value-for-value exchange. The Hosts' services and the Organizer's considerations below are the mutual consideration; no cash changes hands.

1. The Hosts' Services

Across all three Event Dates, the Hosts will: 1. Serve as Master(s) of Ceremonies for the Event, with at least one Host present in the main stage area at all times during programming, and at least one Host on stage holding the room during the approximately 10 to 15 minute transitions between speakers. At times both Hosts will present together; at other times one presents while the other circulates. 2. Introduce each speaker professionally and favorably, drawing on the speakers' provided bios and materials, and keep the audience engaged and seated between sessions. 3. Make all announcements requested by the Organizer. 4. Lead brief breath, meditation, or connection moments between sessions to maintain energy and presence, as time and the Organizer's flow allow. 5. Host the VIP party on the evening of day one: make the needed announcements and open the party with a short guided meditation and a connection activity. 6. Arrive before each day's start, remain through each day's conclusion, present a polished and professional appearance, and conduct themselves in support of the Organizer's vision and the Event's success.

2. The Organizer's Considerations to the Hosts

In exchange for the Hosts' services, the Organizer will provide: 1. Main-room table: one (1) exhibitor table in the main stage room (one of the three side tables positioned in view of the stage), table [#__], which the Hosts may staff and use to display and offer their materials per Section 3. 2. Demo room: use of a dedicated demo/experience space on the experiences side of the upstairs floor (separate external entrance), where the Hosts may set up a headphone-based demo experience and station their team to give attendees brief demos between sessions. The space will be kept orderly and is not intended to become a general hangout area. 3. Team tickets: twenty (20) complimentary admission tickets for the Hosts' supporting team, used on a rotating basis to film, assist, mingle, and staff the Hosts' two booths. (Team parking is not included.) 4. Discount code: a discount ticket code the Hosts may promote beginning in September to drive ticket sales to the Event. 5. Parking: parking for one (1) Host vehicle for the three Event Dates. 6. On-site assistance: the Organizer's designated assistant ([daughter's name]) to help the Hosts with food runs and small needs so the Hosts can remain on station. 7. Meals: comped meals for the two Hosts during Event hours [confirm]. 8. Audio/visual: working microphones and the AV support the Hosts need to perform their MC role. 9. Permission to mention: the right for the Hosts to occasionally reference what they do from the stage and to direct interested attendees to the Hosts' table and demo room, exercised tastefully and without hard selling from the microphone.

3. Brand Activation and Sales by the Hosts

The Hosts may, at the main-room table and the demo room only: 1. Present and demo Affirmology (Affirmology AI), a Subconscious Operating System personalized audio experience, via headphones with seating, representatives, and an optional touchscreen. 2. Distribute cards and flyers for the demo and the Hosts' offerings. 3. Offer for sale: Sol Ballard's course; Jeff Parker Love's "Win Together" books (couples conflict); and information for the Hosts' "Camp Brotherhood" men's retreat (Florida dates in October, December, and January). 4. The Hosts will not set up in the bottom-floor vendor and sponsor area; their footprint is the main-room table and the upstairs demo room only.

4. Promotion

Beginning in September, the Hosts will promote the Event to their audience using the Organizer's discount code. The Hosts may also market their own presence and activation at the Event. All Host promotion will represent the Event accurately and positively.

5. No Last-Minute Changes

Once signed, the terms of this Agreement are fixed. No material change to either Party's responsibilities or considerations will take effect unless agreed in writing (email is sufficient) by both Parties in advance.

6. General

  1. The Parties are independent; this Agreement creates no employment, partnership, or joint venture between them.
  2. Except as stated above, each Party bears its own costs.
  3. Each Party will conduct itself professionally and in good faith toward the success of the Event.
  4. This Agreement is the complete understanding between the Parties on its subject and supersedes prior discussions.
