Beta launch

Operating agreement with Sol
- Agreement is under review. Open questions raised this session:
- Vesting proportionality if Sol exits mid-year (how much is earned at that point).
- Equity grant mechanics vs securities law (how the grant is legally structured).
- Bonus structure tied to user/membership milestones rather than fixed reserve funding.
- Unit count preference: 100,000 membership units instead of 10,000 (easier to think in percentages).
- A plain-language explainer doc for Sol is wanted alongside the revised agreement (pattern exists:
