Investor Document v2, integration plan (the full change map)

Current live doc: 52 pages, image-composited. This plan folds in Mio's feedback + the new assets without opening new whitespace. Exact page numbers are confirmed at build time (they shift as pages are inserted); the section anchors below are what matters.

A. New full pages to INSERT (each is designed to fill its page, no whitespace)

1. Table of Contents - inserted right after the cover. Cream-and-gold, lists the main Parts with page numbers, every entry a clickable jump-link. Built LAST so numbers are final. (+1 page)

2. Meet Sol - inserted right after the current Team page (Colin's). Full page: Sol's solo portrait, the full bio, a gold media-credentials strip (Broadcaster / Model / Actress / Documentary Creator / Emcee, Ultimate Wellness Conference / 20+ years on camera), and the Jeff-and-Sol book-launch photo at the bottom (relocated here, see C). Confirmed full. (+1 page)

3. "We do not read it to you. We sing it." - inserted in the how-it-works stretch, right after "The Science, honestly." Full page: the passage on why sound/melody reach past the analytical mind, the heart-coherence-listening graphic, and the hero-quest / epic-poem vision. Confirmed full. (+1 page)

B. Elements OVERLAID onto existing pages (no page added, no whitespace, they replace a fill-quote or land in existing dead space)

4. The Affirmology equation (graphic + clarifying caption) - overlaid onto the Product/Science area (the "how it works" pages). It replaces an existing figure or fills the dead space there, so it does NOT become a half-empty page. Caption now clarifies "context and learning" per Sol (a chosen context + what the chatbot learns about you) and names the storytelling and poetry layer. If no clean host page has room, it becomes its own page and I pad the copy so it fills, but overlay is the default.

5. Privacy callout - overlaid onto the "Data, Intelligence, the living profile" page, replacing the bell hooks pull-quote there (privacy fits the data page, and a substantive box beats a fill-quote). Same footprint, no whitespace.

6. Gene Keys / clean-corpus callout - overlaid onto the defensibility page ("hard to copy" / the Moat), replacing a fill-quote or filling existing dead space. Explicit that we never use Rudd's books, audios, YouTube, or online writing.

C. Relocations and removals (with the whitespace fix noted)

7. Book-launch photo → Sol page. You confirmed it. NOTE: in the current shipped doc this photo was already swapped out during the bookend pass (the AUREA crowd replaced it and moved to the finale), so relocating it to the Sol page simply gives it a proper home and does NOT leave a hole on the Rollout page. I will verify at build; if any host page loses content, I refill it.

8. Sol's first (brief) mention stays as a one-line teaser wherever it currently is, and the new Meet Sol page pays it off. They stop feeling redundant.

9. Quotes traded: bell hooks (for Privacy) and one quote near the Moat (for Gene Keys). If you would rather keep all quotes, I place the two callouts in existing dead space instead and we accept a slightly longer doc.

D. Structural layer

10. Page numbers stamped on every page (discreet, gold/gray, bottom outer corner), cover excluded.
11. Clickable Table of Contents (item 1) wired with real PDF jump-links to each section's page.

E. Whitespace safeguards (your main concern)

• Every inserted page is built to fill (Sol, Sing confirmed; Equation only becomes a page if padded to fill, otherwise it overlays).
• Callouts REPLACE fill-quotes, so footprint stays the same, no gaps.
• After every insert/overlay I re-scan the affected pages for new dead space and fix before finalizing.
• The book-launch move creates no hole (see C7).

F. Net effect

52 → about 55 pages (TOC + Sol + Sing). Equation and both callouts cost zero pages by overlaying. Two fill-quotes become two substantive callouts, which reads better to an investor.

G. Build order

1. You approve this map + the four previews.
2. Insert the three new pages (TOC placeholder for now).
3. Overlay the equation + two callouts onto their host pages; renumber content.
4. Stamp page numbers.
5. Build the real clickable TOC with final page numbers, drop it in after the cover.
6. Full whitespace + bleed re-scan, then sync to the live file for Code to upload.

Open decisions for you

• Equation: overlay onto an existing how-it-works page (my rec), or give it its own page?
• OK to trade the bell hooks quote (Privacy) and one Moat-area quote (Gene Keys)? Or keep all quotes and use dead space?
• Where should the "We sing it" page sit, right after "The Science, honestly" (my rec), or earlier, right after "Identify, Align, Transcend"?
