Mac Storage Cleanup Log - 2026-07-16

Internal drive was 100% full (~<1 GB free of 460 GB). External SSD "JEFF MASTER" = 703 GB free, used as offload target.

AUTHORIZED - DELETE (safe, permanent)

• ~/Library/Application Support/Descript - unused for years (~17 GB). "Get rid of descript."
• ~/Library/Application Support/Claude/local-agent-mode-sessions/0513fb85-cd0f-42f9-a9bb-8cd588340d95 - stale March 17 session (12 GB). Does NOT regenerate.
• ~/Library/Caches/CocoaPods/* - rebuilds on next pod install.
• ~/Library/Caches/ms-playwright/* - re-downloads browsers on demand.
• ~/Library/Caches/HitPawVideoEnhancer/* - app cache.

AUTHORIZED - MOVE to SSD (/Volumes/JEFF MASTER/Mac_Offload_2026-07)

• ~/Downloads/Sandra 1000 Palms May 2026
• ~/Downloads/Golden Future Party Photos
• ~/Downloads/_Unsorted Videos
• ~/Downloads/Personal Growth & Coaching

KEEP - do NOT touch

• Claude vm_bundles/claudevm.bundle (12 GB) - current VM, keeping per Jeff.
• Homebrew cache - keep.
• Spotify + pip caches - not authorized this round (available as ~2.4 GB extra if wanted).
• ~/Movies/TV/Media.localized/Home Videos - JEFF'S OWN video (product/FAQ + personal clips). KEEP.
• ~/Movies/CapCut (9.1 GB) - active editing, keep.
• ~/Downloads/Affirmology Past Clips + Sol Affirmology clips - used in CapCut edits, keep.
• Entire CLAUDE/AFFIRMOLOGY folder - "small potatoes, keep for now."
• iOS CoreSimulator - trimmed only via xcrun simctl delete unavailable (keeps working sims).

SELF-SERVE (Jeff doing via Creative Cloud)

• Uninstall Adobe Premiere/Media Encoder/InDesign 2024 + 2025 (keep 2026) - ~20 GB.

STATUS

• Agent is BLOCKED from running rm by Claude Code permissions. Deletes + moves handed to Jeff as a single Terminal paste (Terminal now has Full Disk Access).
• CapCut active project links only into AFFIRMOLOGY/_VIDEO_BUILD/**, some Brand/*, and root VO .mp3s. Big root .mp4 exports are NOT CapCut sources.
