Affirmology - Title System (canonical AFFIRMOLOGY + intros/outros + name-morph)

Updated Jun 24, 2026 · Affirmology_TitleSystem_v1.md

Summary. The reusable, alignment-locked text system for the gold AFFIRMOLOGY title. Everything is anchored to ONE canonical frame so intros, outros, the name-morph, and any future title animation all line up pixel-for-pixel on screen.

✦ Affirmology Title System

The reusable, alignment-locked text system for the gold AFFIRMOLOGY title. Everything is anchored to ONE canonical frame so intros, outros, the name-morph, and any future title animation all line up pixel-for-pixel on screen.

How it was built (the winning pipeline)

  1. The gold beveled title was generated as a STILL by the model (Nano Banana), so the text is always crisp and never garbles.
  2. Motion comes from Higgsfield's two-keyframe video model (Kling 3.0), which animates from a start frame to an end frame. This is why the morph is fluid molten gold rather than a hard cut.
  3. Backgrounds are pure black, then the black is keyed out (lumakey) to make a transparent .mov you drop over any nebula/space footage. NOTE: hand-coded/remotion text was abandoned; it looked cheap. This pipeline is the standard going forward.

THE CANONICAL FRAME (the lock)

ASSETS (all 1280x720)

Intros (lead INTO the title - they END on the canonical frame): - INTRO_black_to_AFFIRMOLOGY.mp4 / ..._ALPHA.mov - from black, molten gold gathers and forms AFFIRMOLOGY.

Outros (lead OUT of the title - they START on the canonical frame): - OUTRO_AFFIRMOLOGY_to_black.mp4 / ..._ALPHA.mov - AFFIRMOLOGY dissolves back into gold and away to black.

The name-morph (the etymology money-shot) - APPROVED, two keepers (Jeff 2026-06-24): Built via Kling 3.0 two-keyframe morphs between the black-bg state stills (AFFIRMOLOGY → AFFIRMATIONS + ASTROLOGY + AI → AFFIRM + OLOGY + AI → AFFIRMOLOGY.AI → AFFIRMOLOGY), ~6-7s, at the locked pace. - affirmology_NAMEMORPH_CHROME_v4_gold.mp4 / ..._ALPHA.mov - KEEPER. Molten reflective liquid GOLD, contained low horizontal ripple on every transition (the look Jeff loved on the Affirmations→Affirm beat). Transition 2 slowed + Affirm+ology+AI held a beat longer. (v3_gold = before that timing tweak.) - affirmology_NAMEMORPH_INK.mp4 / ..._ALPHA.mov - KEEPER. Golden ink-in-water bloom. - Other styles explored (in grand_bridge, not chosen): SHARDS, molten streaks, particle, flash. Style test samples in STYLE_*.mp4. - Earlier/quick versions: affirmology_NAMEMORPH_v4_snappy, _v3, _v6_quick, _NAMEPARTICLE_*. All anchored to the canonical AFFIRMOLOGY frame, so they cut cleanly with the intros/outros.

How to use in CapCut

  1. Drop the _ALPHA.mov on a track above your space/nebula background. The black is already keyed out.
  2. Do NOT rescale or reposition the title clips relative to each other - they are all anchored to the canonical frame, so they already align. Position the whole stack once.
  3. To extend the title on screen, freeze-frame the canonical end of any clip (or drop in AFFIRMOLOGY_canonical_ALPHA.png) for as long as you want, then play the outro.
  4. To build a sequence: [any INTRO] → hold on canonical → [name-morph or OUTRO]. They cut together cleanly because the AFFIRMOLOGY frame matches.

Affirmology_TitleSystem_v1 - the canonical AFFIRMOLOGY is the lock; everything aligns to it. Nothing here touches the demo.
