Purpose. Discover surprising, legitimate, published esoteric and somatic systems that can be layered onto a user's astrology / Vedic / Gene Keys / Human Design / numerology chart to create "how did you know this about me?" moments. Each system below has at least one named practitioner, a citable lineage, and a clear correspondence rule that maps a chart element to a feature of the system. The "audio integration" notes show how to bake the system into an Affirmology product without naming the source.
Gene Keys uses Hexagram 1 through 64 as a cover for archetypal contemplation. Almost no one in the Gene Keys audience has read the source material the system was extracted from, which means a layered I Ching reading reads as completely new.
Key practitioners and works. - Richard Wilhelm and Cary F. Baynes, The I Ching, or Book of Changes (Princeton/Bollingen, 1950). The canonical English translation Gene Keys is built on top of. (Wilhelm Translation reference) - Stephen Karcher, Total I Ching and Ta Chuan: The Great Treatise (St. Martin's, 2000). Karcher adds oracle keywords and a "Contrasts" section that highlights each hexagram's pair relationship. (Yijing Dao on Karcher) - Carol K. Anthony, A Guide to the I Ching and The Philosophy of the I Ching. Anthony reads each hexagram as a self-development koan rather than a divinatory verdict. (Carol Anthony at Internet Archive) - Rudolf Ritsema and Stephen Karcher, I Ching: The First Complete Translation with Concordance.
The trigram body map (Shuogua Zhuan, Wing 8). This is the part Gene Keys ignores. The eight trigrams are explicitly mapped to body parts in the source text:
| Trigram | Image | Body part |
|---|---|---|
| Qian | Heaven | Head |
| Kun | Earth | Belly |
| Zhen | Thunder | Foot |
| Xun | Wind | Thigh |
| Kan | Water | Ear |
| Li | Fire | Eye |
| Gen | Mountain | Hand |
| Dui | Lake | Mouth |
In Daoist internal alchemy, every hexagram is read three lines deep into the body: top line = head/heaven, middle line = heart/earth, lower line = belly/water. (Master Sean Chan on the 8 trigrams, Vertical Time Yoga ICHB Hexagram Etymology)
Chart correspondence rule. Take the four hexagrams already in the Gene Keys profile (Life's Work, Evolution, Radiance, Purpose). Decompose each into its lower and upper trigram. Map each trigram to its body part. The audio names the four body zones the user's Gene Keys "live in" without ever referencing Gene Keys language.
Audio integration. "Your inner script writes itself between two parts of your body. The foot (Zhen, Thunder) and the hand (Gen, Mountain). When you feel stuck, the foot wants to move first. The hand wants to wait." This reads as a body insight no other personality product gives.
Key practitioners. - Edred Thorsson, Futhark: A Handbook of Rune Magic (Weiser, 1984). Thorsson is the founder of the Rune-Gild and proposed that the three aettir encode an initiatory curriculum. - Freya Aswynn, Leaves of Yggdrasil and Northern Mysteries and Magick. Aswynn ran the UK branch of the Ring of Troth and developed god/goddess correspondences for each rune. (Freya Aswynn home, Wikipedia on Aswynn) - Nigel Pennick, Runes and Astrology (Inner Traditions). Pennick divides the year into 24 runic half-months and assigns Norse deities to the planets. (Pennick at Simon & Schuster)
Sample planetary correspondences. - Tiwaz (Tyr) = Mars. Tyr is the god of war and justice; the rune is a self-sacrifice/courage rune. (Three Aettir overview) - Fehu / Uruz = Taurus (with Fehu's wealth-symbolism and Uruz's primal strength). - Ansuz (Odin's breath, mind) = Mercury. - Berkano (the birch goddess) = Venus / Moon. - Sowilo = Sun. Wunjo = Jupiter joy. Kenaz = Mars-light / inner fire. - Hagalaz = Saturn-Pluto (initiatory disruption).
Chart correspondence rule. Cast a rune for each of the user's Big Three (Sun, Moon, Rising). Then for any planet in dignity or detriment, cast the planet's matching rune as a "challenge rune" or "gift rune." The "runic birth chart" arrangement is Pennick's published method.
Audio integration. "If your inner life were written in the Elder Futhark, your Sun would sound like Sowilo - the rune of solar will. Your Moon would echo as Laguz - water, intuition, the unseen tide. Your Mars would carve itself as Tiwaz - the rune of the just warrior. Hold these three sounds: Sowilo, Laguz, Tiwaz. You have always carried them."
Lineage. Yucatec Tzolkin (260-day count) reframed in the 1980s/90s by Jose and Lloydine Argüelles as the Dreamspell. Anchor date is July 26, 1987 = Kin 34 = White Galactic Wizard. Leap days are 0.0 Hunab Ku, outside the count.
Key components for each user's Galactic Signature. 1. Kin Number (1-260): position in the cycle. 2. Solar Seal (1-20): Red Dragon, White Wind, Blue Night, Yellow Seed, Red Serpent, White Worldbridger, Blue Hand, Yellow Star, Red Moon, White Dog, Blue Monkey, Yellow Human, Red Skywalker, White Wizard, Blue Eagle, Yellow Warrior, Red Earth, White Mirror, Blue Storm, Yellow Sun. 3. Galactic Tone (1-13): Magnetic, Lunar, Electric, Self-Existing, Overtone, Rhythmic, Resonant, Galactic, Solar, Planetary, Spectral, Crystal, Cosmic.
(MayanKin Tzolkin basics, Galactic Signature Calculator, Mystic Mamma Mayan calculator)
Chart correspondence rule. Take user's birth date, compute Galactic Signature. Cross-reference the Solar Seal archetype against their Sun sign for surprising contrast or confirmation. The Galactic Tone (1-13) often resonates eerily with the Life Path number (1-9) and Numerology cycle.
Audio integration. "In another count, older than Greek astrology, you are Kin 184 - Yellow Resonant Seed. The seed remembers what wants to flower. The Resonant tone is the seventh of thirteen - the channeler, the one whose voice carries other voices through." A user who has only ever heard Sun/Moon/Rising will go silent.
Lineage. Robert Graves's The White Goddess (1948) assigns 13 lunar months to specific Ogham trees. Historians note this is Graves's invention rather than authentic pre-Christian Celtic practice, but the system is internally coherent and reads as deeply meaningful to users with any Celtic/Northern European interest.
The 13 months (approximate). - Birch / Beith (Dec 24 - Jan 20): new beginnings, purification. - Rowan / Luis (Jan 21 - Feb 17): protection, intuition. - Ash / Nion (Feb 18 - Mar 17). - Alder / Fearn (Mar 18 - Apr 14). - Willow / Saille (Apr 15 - May 12). - Hawthorn / Huath (May 13 - Jun 9). - Oak / Duir (Jun 10 - Jul 7). - Holly / Tinne (Jul 8 - Aug 4). - Hazel / Coll (Aug 5 - Sep 1). - Vine / Muin (Sep 2 - Sep 29). - Ivy / Gort (Sep 30 - Oct 27). - Reed / Ngetal (Oct 28 - Nov 24). - Elder / Ruis (Nov 25 - Dec 23).
(LearnReligions Celtic Tree Calendar, Divine Ogham Tree Calendar)
Chart correspondence rule. User's birthday maps to a tree. Tree assigns a poetic correspondence (mythic animal, deity, virtue). Cross-reference with their Western Sun sign for a second botanical anchor.
Audio integration. "You were born in the month of the Hawthorn - the threshold tree, the gate between worlds. Hawthorn knows that protection and tenderness are the same gesture." Highly cinematic, especially layered with strings and wind.
Lineage. Hermetic Qabalah (Golden Dawn → Crowley → Dion Fortune → modern Hermetic schools), built on Lurianic Kabbalah. The Tree of Life has 10 Sephiroth + 22 paths corresponding to the Hebrew alphabet.
Key references. - Aleister Crowley, 777 and Other Qabalistic Writings (1909). The standard reference table of correspondences. (Wikipedia on 777, Thelemapedia Tree of Life) - Dion Fortune, The Mystical Qabalah (1935). Frames the Tree as a psychological training ground. (Hermetic Qabalah guide at ioccult.com)
Planetary correspondences (Sephiroth). - Kether = First Swirlings / Primum Mobile. - Chokmah = Zodiac (sphere of the fixed stars). - Binah = Saturn. - Chesed = Jupiter. - Geburah = Mars. - Tiphareth = Sun. - Netzach = Venus. - Hod = Mercury. - Yesod = Moon. - Malkuth = Earth / elements.
The 22 paths connect the Sephiroth and each carries a Hebrew letter, a Tarot card, and a zodiac sign or planet.
Chart correspondence rule. Identify which Sephiroth "light up" for a user. Strong Saturn lights Binah. Sun in dignity lights Tiphareth. Venus-Mars aspect activates the Netzach-Geburah path. Map the user's chart as an illuminated Tree.
Audio integration. "There is a map called the Tree. On this map, your Saturn lives in the dark mother sphere - Binah - the place where form is made. Your Sun lives in the heart sphere - Tiphareth - the place where the human being remembers it is sun-born. Between them runs a path." The geometry alone is a "psychic" moment.
Key practitioners. - Renée Sills, Embodied Astrology (embodiedastrology.com). Second-generation astrologer and somatic teacher. Offers weekly somatic classes and a "Your Chart Is a Body" course. Sills teaches each sign and planet as a posture, breath, and movement pattern. (Embodied Astrology, Sills on Insight Timer) - Bernie Clark, The Complete Guide to Yin Yoga (Wild Strawberry Productions, 2012). The standard yin yoga reference. (yinyoga.com) - Stephanie Fulgencio writes on astrology + human design + somatic healing. (Stephanie Fulgencio on somatic healing) - Trauma Informed Astrology school. (Trauma Informed Astrology classes)
Classical sign-body rulership. | Sign | Body region | |---|---| | Aries | Head, brain, eyes | | Taurus | Throat, neck, thyroid, vocal tract | | Gemini | Shoulders, arms, lungs, hands, nervous system | | Cancer | Chest, breasts, stomach, alimentary canal | | Leo | Heart, spine, upper back | | Virgo | Intestines, spleen, nervous system | | Libra | Kidneys, skin, lumbar region | | Scorpio | Reproductive organs, bowels, excretory system | | Sagittarius | Hips, thighs, liver, sciatic nerve | | Capricorn | Knees, joints, skeletal system, teeth | | Aquarius | Ankles, calves, circulatory system | | Pisces | Feet, lymphatic system |
(Old Farmer's Almanac Zodiac Man, Emerald Lotus on body parts ruled by zodiac signs)
Chart correspondence rule. Identify the body region of the user's Sun, Moon, Rising. Identify pose/practice that addresses that region. Suggest yin yoga, fascia release, or breath for that zone.
Audio integration. "Your Sun lives in your thighs and hips - the running muscles, the river of your body. A long Dragonfly hold tonight is your nervous system coming home." This is a complete pattern interrupt for a user who has only ever read "I'm a Sagittarius."
This combination is not yet established in academic literature, which is precisely the opening. A small but growing field of "trauma-informed astrologers" is building it.
Key references. - Stephen Porges, The Polyvagal Theory (Norton, 2011). Three branches: ventral vagal (safety, social engagement), sympathetic (mobilization, fight/flight), dorsal vagal (immobilization, freeze). (Unyte on Polyvagal Theory) - Chai Astrology has published an "Astrological Self-Care Guide: Find Your Nervous System Rhythm in Your Birth Chart." (Chai Astrology nervous system rhythm guide) - Astrology With Heather covers the nervous system in medical astrology - Moon = limbic system, Mercury = brain and vagus nerve, Mars = nerve tissue, Saturn = chronic rigidity. (Astrology With Heather nervous system)
Provisional correspondence rule (defensible, not dogmatic). - Ventral vagal (safe, connected): Venus, Jupiter, well-aspected Moon, Sun-Venus, Sun-Jupiter trines. - Sympathetic (mobilized): Mars, Mercury under stress, Uranus, hard Mars aspects. - Dorsal vagal (frozen/withdrawn): Saturn, Pluto-Moon, Neptune-Sun, 12th house stelliums, hard Saturn aspects.
Audio integration. "Your chart tells a nervous system story. When you collapse, you collapse into a Saturn freeze. When you fire up, it's Mars-Mercury speed. Your way home is through Venus - softness, beauty, the unhurried." Pair with a 4-7-8 breath cued to ventral vagal. This is the cutting edge of trauma-informed astrology and almost no consumer product uses the vocabulary.
Lineage. Classical color attributions from Agrippa and the Golden Dawn, refined by Vedic color therapy and modern chakra-color systems.
Planetary colors (consensus across Western Hermetic and Vedic sources). - Sun: gold, orange-red. - Moon: silver, pale blue, white. - Mercury: green / yellow / mixed iridescent. - Venus: green / pink / emerald. - Mars: red, scarlet. - Jupiter: blue, purple, royal blue. - Saturn: black, indigo, lead-gray. - Rahu: ultraviolet/smoky. Ketu: infrared. (Vedic.)
(Color Therapy in Astrology guide, All Things Vedic on colour therapy astrology)
Practitioners. Cyndi Dale (The Subtle Body, Llewellyn's Complete Book of Chakras) is the most cited author on planet-chakra-color crossovers. Roxie Sarhangi is an astrologer and color therapist. Tobias Lars is associated with color-and-aura work, though specific astrology integration is unclear.
Chart correspondence rule. Derive a 3-color palette from the user's Sun, Moon, Rising. Derive a "shadow color" from their hardest planetary aspect. Derive a "medicine color" from their most exalted planet.
Audio integration. The audio is paired with a static visual palette and a single line: "Your chart's three colors are gold, indigo, rose-quartz. Your medicine color is deep green." User screenshots their palette card. Built-in shareability.
Lineage A: Bija mantras. Each chakra has a Sanskrit seed sound: - Muladhara (root) = LAM. - Svadhisthana (sacral) = VAM. - Manipura (solar plexus) = RAM. - Anahata (heart) = YAM. - Vishuddha (throat) = HAM. - Ajna (third eye) = OM/AUM (or KSHAM). - Sahasrara (crown) = silence or OM.
(Brett Larkin bija mantras, Asivana Yoga bija mantras)
Lineage B: Cousto / Cosmic Octave planetary tones. Swiss mathematician Hans Cousto's method converts each planet's orbital period to a frequency, then octaves it into the audible range. Used by Paiste, Meinl, and most planetary singing bowl makers. - Sun = 126.22 Hz (~B). - Mars = 144.72 Hz. - Saturn = 147.85 Hz (~D). - Moon (sidereal day) = ~210 Hz. - Earth Year = 136.10 Hz (the OM frequency).
(Cosmic Octave / Planetary Frequencies guide, Heaven of Sound Saturn frequencies, Planetary Tone Singing Bowls Ongnamo)
Lineage C: Western solfege chakra notes. - Root = C, Sacral = D, Solar Plexus = E, Heart = F, Throat = G, Third Eye = A, Crown = B. (Shanti Bowl Chakra notes complete guide)
Chart correspondence rule. For each user, compute (a) their dominant planet's Cousto frequency, (b) the bija sound of the chakra ruled by their Sun sign, (c) the Western note of that chakra. Layer all three as the audio key signature of their track.
Audio integration. The Affirmology track for a Capricorn with strong Saturn is rendered in D (Saturn's Cousto pitch), opens with a Saturn bowl at 147.85 Hz, and seeds the affirmations with a held LAM (root chakra, Saturn-rules-root). The user has no idea why the track feels so personal. It feels personal because the carrier frequencies are personal.
Key practitioner. Robert Moss, creator of Active Dreaming. Books: Conscious Dreaming, Active Dreaming, The Three "Only" Things. Former Australian National University lecturer in ancient history. (Robert Moss / Way of the Dreamer, Moss on Shift Network)
Moss's core practice. Dream incubation is a deliberate request to the dreaming mind to address a specific question, posed before sleep with a written sentence and a sleep ritual. He calls it "the oldest preferred way of seeking life direction." (Moss on dream incubation)
Astrological correspondence rule. - Neptune house = the life arena where dream/imaginal material breaks through most easily. - 12th house Neptune: bed, sanctuary, hypnopompic state on waking. - 8th house Neptune: dreams of intimacy, death, shared resource. - 9th house Neptune: dreams of travel, teachers, foreign lands. - Moon sign = the emotional flavor / element of incoming dreams. - Pisces placements = the dreaming faculty in general.
Audio integration. A 5-minute "incubation coda" at the end of the user's track is custom-written to their Neptune house. "Tonight, before sleep, write this sentence on paper: Show me what wants to be seen in my house of [Neptune's house theme]. Place it under your pillow." Pair with a delta-band drone. Has the texture of a private esoteric instruction.
Lineage. Nicholas Culpeper, The English Physitian (1652) / Complete Herbal, assigns every common English herb to a planet and often a zodiac sign. The "doctrine of signatures" is the underlying principle: herb resembles or strengthens the organ ruled by the planet.
(Culpeper's Planetary Herbal Table, Culpeper's Planetary Rulers paper, Annie's Remedy Herbs in Astrology)
Sample correspondences. - Sun: chamomile, calendula, rosemary, St. John's Wort, eyebright. - Moon: mugwort, willow, water lily, cucumber. - Mercury: lavender, fennel, dill, valerian. - Venus: rose, yarrow, vervain, raspberry leaf. - Mars: nettle, garlic, ginger, basil. - Jupiter: sage, dandelion, borage, lemon balm. - Saturn: comfrey, horsetail, hemlock, mullein.
Chart correspondence rule. For each strongly placed planet, suggest one herb to "befriend." For each afflicted planet, suggest one herb to "tend."
Audio integration. Closing line: "This week, sit with yarrow (your Venus plant) and nettle (your Mars plant). You don't have to ingest them - just look at them. Let them recognize you." Reads as ancestral and informed.
Lineage. Modern essential-oil practice cross-mapped with classical planetary-herbal lore.
Practitioners. - Carmen Turner-Schott (Deep Soul Divers Astrology). Psychological astrologer focused on 8th and 12th house healing; touches on holistic correspondences. (Carmen Turner-Schott bio, Your Astrological Energy) - Suzanne Bovenizer (essential oils and astrology). (Suzanne Bovenizer essential oils and astrology) - AromaWeb's astrology + aromatherapy guide. (AromaWeb aromatherapy and astrology)
Sample oil correspondences. - Sun: frankincense, bergamot, orange, neroli. - Moon: jasmine, ylang-ylang, sandalwood. - Mercury: peppermint, lavender, dill. - Venus: rose, geranium, ylang-ylang. - Mars: black pepper, ginger, basil. - Jupiter: cedarwood, juniper, sage. - Saturn: vetiver, myrrh, patchouli, oakmoss.
Chart correspondence rule. Three-oil "chart blend" using Sun, Moon, dominant planet.
Audio integration. Closing card recommends a "Your Chart Blend": e.g., "rose (Venus rising), sandalwood (Cancer Moon), vetiver (Saturn in 10th)." User can order or DIY. Highly Instagrammable.
Lineage A: Vedic Nakshatras. Each of the 27 lunar mansions has a yoni animal:
| Nakshatra | Animal |

| Pushya | Goat (Ram) |
| Ashlesha | Cat |
| Magha | Rat |
| Purva Phalguni | Rat |
| Uttara Phalguni | Cow (Bull) |
| Hasta | Buffalo |
| Chitra | Tiger |
| Swati | Buffalo |
| Vishakha | Tiger |
| Anuradha | Deer |
| Jyeshtha | Deer |
| Mula | Dog |
| Purva Ashadha | Monkey |
| Uttara Ashadha | Mongoose |
| Shravana | Monkey |
| Dhanishta | Lion |
| Shatabhisha | Horse |
| Purva Bhadrapada | Lion |
| Uttara Bhadrapada | Cow |
| Revati | Elephant |
(Lubomira Kourteva on Nakshatra animals, Animal Symbols of the Nakshatras at BAVA)
Lineage B: Native American animal totems crossed with Western Sun sign months (Sun Bear, Jamie Sams). Less canonical but resonant.
Chart correspondence rule. Compute user's Moon's Nakshatra → primary animal totem. Compute user's Sun's Nakshatra → secondary. Cross-reference with Western Sun sign for a third.
Audio integration. "Your Moon was born under Mrigashira - the deer. The deer is the one who hears what others miss." Visual: deer silhouette. This works immediately on a user who has only ever known Western astrology.
This is a smaller field, mostly Ayurvedic ritual oil work and chakra-anointing schools.
Practices documented. - Chakra anointing oils applied clockwise at each energy center. (Essential Chakra Chart Dr. DeeAnna Merz Nagel, Kates Magik chakras and aromatherapy) - Vibrational ritual oils customized to intent and chart. (Aadhunik Ayurveda Vibrational Skincare) - Tantric body marking (yantra-drawing on the skin) from South Indian Shakta lineages.
Chart correspondence rule. Combine medical-astrology body zone (Section 6) + planetary color (Section 8) + planetary oil (Section 12). Result: a personalized self-anointing ritual.
Audio integration. A guided "self-anointing" practice. "Take one drop of oil onto your right ring finger. Touch the place where your Sun lives - the heart, the chest, the spine. Move slowly. This is the consecration of your own light." Cinematic, embodied, intimate.
Lineage. Drunvalo Melchizedek, The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life (Vols I & II, Light Technology, 1998/2000). Modern revival of Merkaba meditation, sacred geometry, and the star tetrahedron. (Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life Vol 1, Merkaba in Sacred Geometry at Nature of Flowers)
Platonic solid / element correspondence (Plato's Timaeus). - Fire = Tetrahedron (4 triangular faces). - Earth = Hexahedron / Cube (6 square faces). - Air = Octahedron (8 triangular faces). - Water = Icosahedron (20 triangular faces). - Ether / Aether = Dodecahedron (12 pentagonal faces).
Chart correspondence rule. Tally the user's elemental distribution: count of planets in fire, earth, air, water signs. Their dominant element = their primary Platonic solid. Lacking elements = the contemplation that integrates them.
Audio integration. "Your chart is fire-heavy and water-light. Your tetrahedron is strong. Your icosahedron is small. Today, sit with a glass of water for one minute. Watch the surface. This is your medicine geometry." Pair with a visual rendering of their personal "solid distribution."
Lineage. Jim Lewis, The Psychology of AstroCartoGraphy (1970s, Continuum). Maps planetary lines onto Earth's surface.
Body metaphor in the system. Each chart angle is a body axis: - Ascendant (rising) = right arm extending into the world. - Descendant (setting) = left arm receiving / the other. - Midheaven (MC) = head, public crown. - Imum Coeli (IC) = feet, roots, ancestry.
(My Astro Diary on astrocartography lines, Brett Larkin on astrocartography)
Chart correspondence rule. For each major planet line in the user's chart, identify the body axis. Pair with the geographic place where that line "fires." User receives: "Your Venus-MC line runs through Lisbon. In your body, this is the line from your heart to your crown - the line of beauty becoming public."
Audio integration. "There is a place on Earth where your Saturn rises with the morning Sun. There is a place where your Venus crowns the sky. These are not just maps. They are zones in your body. Find Lisbon in your chest." Mythic and shareable.
Lineage. - David Frawley (Pandit Vamadeva Shastri), Astrology of the Seers (Lotus, 1990) and Ayurvedic Astrology (Lotus, 2005). The standard reference. (Hinduism Today on Ayurvedic Astrology, Vedanet on Ayurvedic Astrology) - American Institute of Vedic Studies (Frawley's school). - Yogi Cameron, Maya Tiwari for Ayurveda-only foundation.
Dosha correspondences. - Vata (air + ether): Mercury, Saturn, Rahu. Signs: Gemini, Virgo, Libra, Capricorn, Aquarius. (Astrology Ayurveda planetary forces) - Pitta (fire + water): Mars, Sun, Ketu. Signs: Aries, Leo, Scorpio, Sagittarius. - Kapha (earth + water): Moon, Venus, Jupiter. Signs: Taurus, Cancer, Pisces.
Chart correspondence rule. Tally dosha tally from planets in signs. Identify the vikriti (current imbalance) vs prakriti (natal constitution). Recommend cooling vs warming vs grounding practice accordingly.
Audio integration. "Your chart is Vata-Pitta. When you are well, you are wind and fire - fast and bright. When you collapse, you collapse into ungrounded thought-storm and fevered burnout. Tonight: warm sesame oil on the soles of your feet. Slow your breath to four counts in, six counts out." This is Ayurveda dressed as personalized whisper.
Lineage. Edward Bach (1930s) created 38 remedies. Astrologers Douglas Baker (An Astrological Guide to the Bach Flower Repertoires, 1976+) and Ernst Wilhelm (vedic-astrology.net) wrote chart-mapping systems on top of Bach's work.
(Crystal Herbs blog on Bach Flowers & astrology, Ernst Wilhelm on Bach Flowers PDF, Positive Health on Bach Flower Maintenance Remedy)
Sample sign correspondences. - Aries → Impatiens (irritation, hurry). - Taurus → Gentian (despondency over slow progress). - Gemini → Cerato (doubt about own judgment). - Cancer → Clematis (dreaminess, escape). - Leo → Vervain (over-enthusiasm). - Virgo → Centaury (over-service). - Libra → Scleranthus (indecision). - Scorpio → Chicory (possessive love). - Sagittarius → Agrimony (hiding pain behind cheer). - Capricorn → Mimulus (named fears). - Aquarius → Water Violet (aloofness). - Pisces → Rock Rose (terror, panic).
Planetary remedies (Ernst Wilhelm system): a weak Mars → Larch / Centaury / Vine for confidence. Weak Saturn → Oak / Elm for boundary capacity.
Chart correspondence rule. Identify two flower remedies: one for the user's Sun sign archetype, one for the weakest/afflicted planet.
Audio integration. "There is a flower called Mimulus. It was named in 1930. It was selected for those who name their fears in detail. This is your remedy this season." Highly intimate, deeply researchable by user (proves the source).
Lineage A: Vedic Jyotish gemstone prescription (Navaratna). Nine gemstones, one per navagraha:
| Planet | Primary Gem |
|---|---|
| Sun | Ruby |
| Moon | Natural Pearl |
| Mars | Red Coral |
| Mercury | Emerald |
| Jupiter | Yellow Sapphire |
| Venus | Diamond |
| Saturn | Blue Sapphire |
| Rahu | Hessonite Garnet |
| Ketu | Cat's Eye Chrysoberyl |
Stones must be natural and untreated to "absorb planetary rays." Prescribed only by trained Jyotishis because of strength of effect (especially Blue Sapphire). (Natural Sapphire Company on Vedic Astrology, Nine Jyotish Gems at Planetary Gems, Gem Pundit on Gemstones of Vedic Astrology)
Lineage B: Western Hermetic stones. - Sun = topaz/sunstone. Moon = moonstone. Mars = bloodstone/carnelian. Mercury = agate. Jupiter = lapis lazuli. Venus = rose quartz/emerald. Saturn = onyx/jet/obsidian. Uranus = labradorite. Neptune = amethyst. Pluto = obsidian.
Chart correspondence rule. Identify user's weakest classical planet via dignity scoring. Suggest the corresponding stone (with caution language for Blue Sapphire). Also: stone for benefic planet to "amplify the gift."
Audio integration. "Your Mercury is the bright key in your chart. The stone that resonates with Mercury is emerald - green agate is the gentler cousin. Carry one in your left pocket this week." Layer with a "deeper note": "Blue Sapphire is the Saturn stone. Powerful and not for everyone. Don't begin there." Both reads as authority and protection.
Lineage. - Sally Kempton (d. 2023), Awakening Shakti (Sounds True, 2013), Meditation for the Love of It. Senior teacher of Kashmir Shaivism / Trika tantra. Sounds True catalog has 30+ courses. (Sally Kempton home, Sounds True on Kempton) - Daniel Odier, Desire: The Tantric Path to Awakening (Inner Traditions), Tantric Quest, Tantric Kali. Trained in Kashmiri Shaivite Tantra. (Spiral Nature on Tantric Kali)
Core teaching. "In Tantric teachings, the human body is a mirror of the cosmic body." The body has 7 chakras + 72,000 nadis + 5 pranic winds, each ruling a domain that maps cleanly onto planetary archetypes: - Apana (downward wind) = Saturn / root. - Samana (digestive wind) = Mars-Sun / belly. - Prana (upward wind) = Mercury / chest-throat. - Udana (rising/speech wind) = Jupiter / throat-crown. - Vyana (pervasive wind) = Venus / whole body.
Goddess correspondences (Sally Kempton's Awakening Shakti maps the Mahavidyas): - Kali = Saturn-Pluto. - Tara = Moon-Mercury (deliverer). - Tripura Sundari = Venus. - Bhuvaneshvari = Jupiter (queen of space). - Bhairavi = Mars (fierce warmth). - Chinnamasta = Mars-Pluto (radical self-offering). - Dhumavati = Saturn (the widow, void). - Bagalamukhi = Mars (paralyzing the enemy). - Matangi = Mercury (outsider speech). - Kamala = Venus-Lakshmi (abundance).
Chart correspondence rule. Match user's dominant feminine archetype (strongest planet or sign goddess) to a Mahavidya. Recommend Kempton's specific practice for that goddess.
Audio integration. "There is a goddess in the Tantric tradition who is the daytime face of Kali - Tripura Sundari. She is Venus in her most awake form. Your Venus is in Libra, in the seventh house. This is her ground in you. Tonight you may simply say her name three times." This is the highest-stakes esoteric layer: it requires Affirmology to be honest about lineage in the source notes but allows the audio to deliver an immensely intimate prompt.
For any user, the engine can compute and deliver a 12-layer cross-system signature without ever naming the source systems unless the user clicks "Sources":
The audio script can pull two or three of these per minute, woven into the affirmation language without ever using the technical vocabulary. The user experiences a stream of intimately specific images - thigh, deer, vetiver, indigo, hawthorn, Tara - and the cumulative effect is the "this product is psychic" reaction the founders are after. Each one independently is verifiable in a published source the user can find, which is what separates this from generic mysticism.
If picking the top 5 to lead with for the demo product, these have the highest hit-to-effort ratio:
