Affirmology turns a person's cosmic blueprint (astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, numerology) into a hyper-personalized first-person affirmation audio, the Sacred Audio, framed as a software update for the Subconscious Operating System. Behind every audio is a COUNCIL of named oracle-agents who each play a role in making it. They appear beside their voices in the reports and the Studio composer, and one of them (Hermes) is the in-app assistant. We need a distinct visual character for each.
Living marble-and-gold Hellenistic statues with inner constellations. Greek idealism, cinematic, a little witchy, premium. Deep emerald and gold and cream palette. Each figure is the same sculptural "family" (so they read as one pantheon) but with a distinguishing attribute and a distinct SILHOUETTE, because they are used small (a portrait beside their voice). Equal billing, none cartoonish, none cheesy. Transparent background, square crop, readable at a glance at small size. Lock ONE reference style frame first (a single statue portrait), then generate all others to match it.
The makers (the generation council): - SOPHIA, Western Astrology + the Synthesist. The lead, most client-facing oracle: she reads the stars (Sun, Moon, Rising) AND weaves all four systems into one. Serene; a zodiac band or star-map, with many constellation threads gathering to a single point at her heart. Warmest presence of the council. - ORPHEUS, the Mythopoet. The storyteller who writes the script; a lyre, words and notes becoming light. Romantic, lyrical. - CHIRON, the Technique Healer. Chooses the neuroscience and meditation methods; a healer-sage with a staff or herb, an old scar mended in gold (kintsugi), gentle hands. Wounded healer. - PERSEPHONE, the Transformation gate. Ensures the real shadow-to-gift arc; split light and dark, a pomegranate, half in bloom and half in shadow, descending and rising. Unflinching, deep. - APOLLO, the Critic and Conductor. Runs the critique loop and the gates; a sun-disc behind the head, a conductor's poised hand, an exacting gaze. Precise. - HYPNOS, the Subconscious gate. Judges whether it reaches the deep mind; closed eyes, a poppy, a soft downward descent. Languid, dreamlike.
The interface and the listener: - HERMES, the Messenger. The in-app assistant and go-between (the Atlas chat face). Winged cap or sandals, a sealed letter or a caduceus of light, quick and poised. Warm, quick. - ECHO, the Listener. Hears the recurring note across feedback and audios; sound-rings and ripples, a listening posture, a mirror. Reflective.
The tradition experts (each owns one system; Western astrology = Sophia above, Human Design = Prometheus below): - ATHENA, the Gene Keys expert. Shadow to gift to siddhi, the gift hidden in the wound; owl, an opening seed or chrysalis, calm clear eyes. - PARASHARA, the Vedic Sage. The sidereal second opinion; a nakshatra wheel, an older and deeper light, an elder. Venerable. - PYTHAGORAS, the Number-Mystic. The numerology; a luminous tetractys, sacred geometry, glowing numerals. Precise, pattern-delighted.
The Human Design expert and the relationship lenses (the lenses sit on the shared synastry engine; Prometheus reads the Human Design connection that feeds it): - PROMETHEUS, the Human Design expert and fire-bringer. The bodygraph of light, a held flame; he reads a person's energetic wiring, and the connection mechanics between two charts. Forward-leaning, bold. - EROS, attraction. A bow and a heart-spark, two drawn together, warm magnetism. - CONCORDIA, harmony. Clasped hands, balanced scales of light, a bridge. - HESTIA, the hearth. A tended flame in cupped hands, a warm home glow, belonging. - GAIA, earth and foundation. Roots and stone, a world held, deep and slow.
Full personality, humor, and speech profiles are in Affirmology_CouncilCharacters_VoiceProfiles_v1.md. The short version for visuals: they are NOT all the same energy. Sophia is warm gravity, Apollo is exacting, Persephone is deep and unflinching, Hypnos is half-asleep, Hermes is quick and warm, Pythagoras is delighted by patterns, Gaia is bedrock-still, Parashara is ancient. The face should carry that temperament. Humor is mostly low across the council; the visuals should feel sacred and premium, not jokey.
The five tradition experts are locked: Western astrology = SOPHIA (she also synthesizes the whole blueprint, and is the lead, most client-facing oracle), Gene Keys = ATHENA, Human Design = PROMETHEUS, Vedic = PARASHARA, Numerology = PYTHAGORAS. HERMES is the assistant and ROUTER (the warm front desk who answers and hands each question to the expert who owns it), deliberately NOT a tradition specialist. Note: the older brief (Affirmology_CouncilCharacters_Project_v1.md) already had Athena = Gene Keys and Prometheus = Human Design correct; the single change is that Western astrology moved from Hermes to Sophia, because Hermes became the Atlas assistant.
Optional later voices (flagged by Jeff, NOT in this first pass unless you choose to include them): a depth-psychology elder (a "Young" / Jungian figure), Campbell (the Mythkeeper), Wilber (the Integralist), Laozi (the Taoist), and an "Earthkeeper" (handled respectfully, no appropriation). Decide whether any join the first character pass or wait.
