What happened

Jeff pitched Norm as the "ideal investor collaborator" for Affirmology. Framing used: Jeff's full-circle story (technology engineer plus 13 years patent attorney gives him the abstract-systems skill that AI now rewards), plus the Aurea activation movement building, now backed by a strong financial model. Product framing: cosmic blueprint alignment as the identity piece, transformational tools layered on top (including Jeff's own validated heart coherence breath meditation in the app), gamified self-discovery contexts (wired for money, relationships, career change), audios for before bed, morning, gym. Positioned as a massive lead engine that feeds retreats and transformational programs.

Proposed deal shape for Norm: his investment sits under the Coherence brand, presented as a sponsor at Affirmology events, with mini retreats (one day, or one night two day) held at his center starting in the fall, plus facilitator gatherings there.
