Status: action doc, 2026-06-21. Goal: by the July 4 kickoff, one PASSABLE bed for every use-case category, each made extendable so it covers any audio length. The magic people will love is the words and the identification; the beds only need to be passable now. They get upgraded by launch and beyond (buy $50 to $200 tracks from the library sites, hire the sound-bed company, bring in the studio-engineer friend to interface and polish). The stem-library plus engine plan absorbs all of that later with no rework.
Companion: Affirmology_SoundLayering_PlainEnglish_Playbook_v1.md (full sound how-to + Sol's recipe), Affirmology_AudioSuites_BuildQueue_v1.md (the audios).
So four of five categories are covered passably. Generate one calm/neutral bed and every category is met.
The Gym beds drive on staccato strings, no drums (Sol excludes them), which is passable for July 4. If you later want real felt beats for longer activation or walking, two options: a soft pulse layer the engine adds, or a Suno variant allowing "soft rhythmic pulse, gentle heartbeat, no drum kit." Not required now.
METHOD A: Suno Extend (best for EVOLVING beds, keeps the natural development) 1. Open the song in Suno. 2. Click Extend (continue the song). 3. Pick the point to continue from, generate. 4. Repeat until it reaches the length you need. 5. Download the WAV or MP3. Use for the evolving ones: Grounded Flow, Journey Rise Above, Morning Aware.
METHOD B: Audacity loop a steady window (best for STEADY beds, dead simple, free) 1. Download Audacity free from audacityteam.org, install, open. 2. Drag the bed's file into the Audacity window to import it. 3. At the very bottom, in the selection time boxes (Start and End of Selection), type the Start and End from the table in section 4. 4. Click Edit, then Remove Special, then Trim Audio. Only that window remains. 5. Press Select All (Cmd or Ctrl + A). Click Effect, then Repeat, set the number of repeats to reach your target length (a 40-second window repeated 30 times is 20 minutes), click OK. 6. Click File, then Export, then Export as WAV. Name it clearly. Use for the steady ones: Sleep Deep Drift, Journey Sustained Awakening, Gym Sacred Momentum. Tip: the windows below were chosen so the start and end levels match, so Repeat joins cleanly. If you ever hear a faint click at a join, add a 0.2 second crossfade, or just hand us the trimmed window and the engine smooths it.
| Bed | Key | Type | Best method | Loop window |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sleep Deep Drift | C | steady | Audacity Repeat | 3:48 to 4:28 |
| Journey Sustained Awakening | A minor (deep) | steady | Audacity Repeat | 1:24 to 2:04 |
| Gym Sacred Momentum (5m and 7m) | D minor | steady-ish | Audacity Repeat | 1:57 to 2:37 |
| Journey Rise Above | F major (airy) | evolving | Suno Extend (or Audacity 6:10 to 6:50) | 6:10 to 6:50 |
| Morning Aware | A minor | building | Suno Extend (or Audacity 5:22 to 6:02) | 5:22 to 6:02 |
| Gym Grounded Flow | D minor | evolving | Suno Extend (or Audacity 7:15 to 7:55) | 7:15 to 7:55 |
Rule of thumb: steady beds loop cleanly in Audacity; evolving beds sound better Extended in Suno. Either works for passable.
NEUTRAL / CALM - Open Heart Style: 60 BPM, warm minimalist chamber strings, soft sustained crystal singing bowls, gentle quartz shimmer, spacious sacred stillness, intimate and grounded, continuous seamless flow Exclude: drums, percussion, beats, rhythm, techno, electronic, 80s, retro, synths, piano, grand piano, keyboards, brass, vocals, dark, dissonant, loud, sound bath Weirdness 50% / Style influence 50% Generate a few, keep the steadiest, then loop it with Method B. This one bed covers EFT, pre-pitch, gratitude, the demo, and default affirmations.
Buy a few $50 to $200 signature tracks from the library sites for the highest-use states, hire the sound-bed company for owned signature beds, and bring in the studio-engineer friend to interface and master. Everything here is the passable floor; none of it is wasted, the engine just swaps in better layers.
