Recently folded in (missing from the first pass)

FLAG, real inconsistency to resolve: the agent and oracle council is named DIFFERENTLY across docs. Affirmology_KnowledgePack_v1.md lists Apollo as conductor, Hermes as Western astrology, Sophia as synthesist; Affirmology_Atlas_Overview_v1.md has Hermes as the router and concierge and Sophia as Western astrology. Before any film shows the council, lock ONE canonical roster and naming (check Affirmology_AgentRegistry_v1.md and Affirmology_AgenticCouncil_Design_v1.md and reconcile). The film cannot show two different councils.

The big OPEN questions to decide (the short list that actually matters)

  1. On-screen style: provocative QUESTIONS, declarative STATEMENTS, or a mix. (My recommendation in chat: mostly declarative, with questions reserved for the 2 to 3 biggest reflex objections.)
  2. One big rewatchable video plus a long report, or an experiential video that clicks through to more. (You lean one video, I agree.)
  3. How much to include without overstuffing. The fix is the report carries the depth, the film carries the spine. Decide the cut line per layer.
  4. Exact gamified mechanics to name (confirm what is built).
  5. Whether raise amounts go on screen.
  6. Which 3 to 4 market stats and which "it is really built" backend proofs to feature.
  7. Council naming is resolved elsewhere and is NOT a blocker for this film. The council beat simply screen-captures the existing council photo gallery (HTML). Keep the broader roster reconciliation as housekeeping, not film-critical. Atlas and Sophia are the two on-screen hosts who take turns narrating and walk in to hint at our character ability.
  8. How to use the comps (Calm, Headspace, MindValley) from the positioning research: as a "category is proven, here is the next chapter" beat, without inviting a direct meditation-app comparison that the market has re-rated down.

The other deliverable in flight

A long written investor report (state of the company, the plan, the tech, the team, the raise) that the film points to for depth. Most of its content already exists across the docs above; it is assembly plus the new spine. The film is the spine, the report is the appendix.
