Your hub for the two films and the investor report. It catalogs the relevant docs by theme, and separates what we have CLARITY on from the OPEN QUESTIONS still to decide. Start here, keep it fresh. No em dashes.
THE SPINE (read these first, in this order):
1. Affirmology_CoreThesis_BrandMission_v2.md - the merged central narrative (destination, two paths, the bridge, the movement). The one thing everything else expresses.

OPEN: whether to put amounts on screen (you floated $5k to $50k checks, about $150k target), and how the raise narrative pairs with the movement appeal. The detailed numbers live in the report, not the film.

Affirmology_Investor_Positioning_Research_v1.md (high value). How Calm, Headspace, and MindValley actually raised, and what investors fund in this category now: a consumer brand plus distribution plus a durable category or clinical story, with pure meditation apps treated as commoditized and re-rated down. Use it to position Affirmology as NOT a meditation app but personalized-blueprint plus a movement plus a built backend, and to frame the comps and the raise in the opportunity beat and the report. Strong material.Affirmology_NarrativeAnalysis_v1.md. The audio must honor the descent before the ascent, the shadow acknowledged with tenderness before the gift, because the founder profile and the best listeners are allergic to spiritual bypass. A believability and authenticity principle for both the audio craft and how the film talks about the product: we meet people where they actually are, we do not skip the shadow. Affirmology_KnowledgePack_v1.md lists Apollo as conductor, Hermes as Western astrology, Sophia as synthesist; Affirmology_Atlas_Overview_v1.md has Hermes as the router and concierge and Sophia as Western astrology. Before any film shows the council, lock ONE canonical roster and naming (check Affirmology_AgentRegistry_v1.md and Affirmology_AgenticCouncil_Design_v1.md and reconcile). The film cannot show two different councils.
A long written investor report (state of the company, the plan, the tech, the team, the raise) that the film points to for depth. Most of its content already exists across the docs above; it is assembly plus the new spine. The film is the spine, the report is the appendix.
