Group A: Already beta committed (3). Gift-ready and warmest.

CAVEAT ADDED 7/4 (the Norm lesson): this triage graded birth data from the CRM rows, but THE PROFILE STORE IS CANONICAL (standing principle). Any "no birth data" verdict below is provisional until the engine chat cross-checks Group D against the profile store; more of them may already have full profiles under slightly different names/emails.

Suggested course for pre-confirmation gifts (Jeff to confirm, voicenote pending)

1. First gift wave (when the new Mirror structure passes): Group A's Alex + Arezu, plus Group B. These 15 have everything needed and have already tasted the demo.
2. Birth-data capture mini-push: a warm one-line ask to Group D (especially Norm and Staci) folded into the Inner Orbit invite flow: "to make your pieces, we need your birth details" with the capture link.
3. Data fixes before any render: Randy's place/time, Olga's time, Colin's duplicate merge.
4. Trim decisions: Jeff said he may trim a few; mark trims in Airtable (suggest a "Not in Inner Orbit" stage rather than deletion, nothing is ever deleted).

Nothing renders until Jeff picks the audience and the new structure is validated. This doc is the sorting, not the send list.
