Graphics Production List v1 (2026-07-13)

What art we actually need to make, in priority order, versus what stays free as code. Rule of thumb we have proven all week: anything geometric, glowing, or animated is CODE (free, precise, tweakable); anything painted or textured is HIGGSFIELD (costs credits, render once, version the R2 key, never overwrite).

Needs real art (Higgsfield), in priority order

1. The 12 theme icon chips (HIGH, blocks the wheel top text + rails) A small painted emblem per constellation pairing the animal/symbol with the theme: the ram, the bull, the twins... Painted miniature style, gold on deep emerald, circular chip composition, consistent set. Used beside the theme name in the sun view and wheel view, and in the Explore rails. One render each, plus a spare take to pick from: ~24 images. Prompt starter: "miniature painted emblem of [animal/symbol], antique gold leaf on deep emerald, circular medallion, painterly, classical, no text, no vector flatness, subtle glow"

2. Plate luminance pass (HIGH, fixes 'too dark') The figure plates read as pure shadow in the app. Two options, try in order: a. CODE FIRST: a brightness/levels filter on the art layer in-app (free, instant, A/B-able). b. If the filter looks washed instead of luminous, re-render the worst offenders with "luminous nebula-lit figure, inner glow" added to the original prompts.

3. Edge feathering (HIGH, fixes the Pisces/Virgo rotated-paper edge) CODE FIRST: radial alpha mask on each plate so edges fade to transparent before the rectangle shows. One mask fixes all 12 at every rotation. Only if a figure sits too close to its plate edge to feather does that plate get re-rendered with more sky bleed.

4. The Sun (DONE-ish) We have Sun_Swirl_loop.mp4 as the hero motion asset, and the code sun in the prototypes for cheap contexts. Decide later whether the app's center sun is the video loop (rich, heavier) or the code sun (light, always smooth). No new render needed now.

5. Beyond-the-rim art (LATER, post-launch tier) Chiron / The Healing, the Golden Path gate, The Becoming. Same painted sky language. Not needed for the founding group.

6. Nav icons (WAITING ON JEFF) You are sending reference examples. When they arrive I design the set; small enough to hand-craft as code/SVG in the brand style unless the refs point to painted chips.

Stays code, no art spend

• All gameplay stars, lines, fills, and progress states (locked in the FINAL alignment spec).
• The bodygraph, natal wheel, numerology cards, and Gene Keys spheres in the Blueprint (built tonight as SVG; they animate and personalize for free).
• The starfield, auras, grain, vignette, sun glow.
• The dial ring of 12, tray, and all interface chrome.

Standing art rules (do not break)

• Painted style only, never vector aesthetics.
• New renders publish under a NEW versioned R2 key. Never overwrite; the CDN will serve stale art.
• Any image with stars in it: the painted stars are decorative only; code stars own gameplay.
