Affirmology turns a person's unique cosmic blueprint into a hyper-personalized, first-person affirmation audio we call the Sacred Audio. We combine four systems (astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, and numerology) with a neuroscience-grounded affirmation methodology, and we frame the experience as a software update for the subconscious mind: the listener hears their own truth spoken back to them in their own voice-of-self, scored to music, designed to reprogram limiting beliefs.
Every audio is generated from the individual's real birth chart by an agentic engine: a council of specialist AI agents reads the chart against a 25,000-record corpus of source material, composes a personalized script, and renders it to a finished, music-mixed audio with a written report. No two audios are the same, because no two charts are the same.
Voice is the heart of the product. The entire value is a person hearing their own personalized transformation spoken aloud, which makes high-quality, natural, emotionally resonant text-to-speech the single most important technology in our stack.
ElevenLabs is already our primary voice render engine for the Sacred Audio. We use it to synthesize personalized affirmation scripts into warm, natural, emotionally grounded speech, mixed under music beds. We run a quality gate on every render to reject any artifact or dropout before it reaches a listener.
With the grant we would scale voice generation across three growing demand lines: (1) our beta cohort and members, each of whom receives a personalized suite of audios; (2) ad-driven trial users at public launch; and (3) new long-form formats we are developing, including before-bed and daytime activation tracks and longer master readings. As our user base grows, voice synthesis becomes our most usage-intensive cost, which is exactly where the grant's character allowance has the most impact.
Subscription-first, with a membership and upsell ladder. Members pay for an ongoing personalized audio practice (a starter kit, then escalating tiers and suites), with premium long-form readings as upsells and in-person and retreat experiences as a higher tier. The unit economics are strong: production cost per standard audio is well under a dollar, against subscription pricing, so each additional member is high-margin. We are also opening a friends-and-family investment round to fund the August launch.
We are an independent, founder-funded company building a genuinely new category at the intersection of voice AI and personal transformation. Voice is not a feature for us, it is the product. The grant would let us scale voice generation across our beta and launch without the usage cost throttling how generously we can serve early users, which is exactly the window where being able to give people a full, rich experience drives word of mouth. Beyond the credits, we would value being part of the ElevenLabs founder community as we take a voice-native product to market for the long term.
