What are you building?

Affirmology turns a person's unique cosmic blueprint into a hyper-personalized, first-person affirmation audio we call the Soul Song. We combine four systems (astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, and numerology) with a neuroscience-grounded affirmation methodology, and we frame the experience as a software update for the subconscious mind: the listener hears their own truth spoken back to them, scored to music, designed to reprogram limiting beliefs.

Every audio is generated from the individual's real birth chart by an agentic engine: a council of specialist AI agents reads the chart against a 25,000-record corpus of source material, composes a personalized script, and renders it to a finished, music-mixed audio with a written report. No two audios are the same, because no two charts are the same.

Voice is the heart of the product. The entire value is a person hearing their own personalized transformation spoken aloud, which makes high-quality, natural, emotionally resonant text-to-speech the single most important technology in our stack.

How do you use, or plan to use, ElevenLabs?

ElevenLabs is already our primary voice render engine. Every personalized Soul Song a user receives is synthesized with ElevenLabs: warm, natural, emotionally grounded speech, mixed under music beds, with a quality gate on every render that rejects any artifact or dropout before it reaches a listener. (The short cinematic intro film in the demo uses pre-produced narration; the personalized audio the product generates for each user, the part that scales with every new member, is rendered with ElevenLabs.)

With the grant we would scale voice generation across three growing demand lines: (1) our beta cohort and members, each of whom receives a personalized suite of audios; (2) ad-driven trial users at public launch; and (3) new long-form formats we are developing, including before-bed and daytime activation tracks and longer master readings. As our user base grows, voice synthesis becomes our most usage-intensive cost, which is exactly where the grant's character allowance has the most impact.

This link bypasses the confidentiality agreement our demo normally asks pre-release visitors to sign, so you can go straight to the experience.

1. Open the link. A short cinematic intro plays (skippable with the Skip button).
2. Enter a first and last name, an email, and a birth date, time, and place. Real birth data gives the truest result, but any plausible birth data works for review.
3. Watch the origin film, then your personalized Soul Song is generated from the birth chart you entered: a unique script composed by our agent council and voiced with ElevenLabs, mixed under music.
4. Listen for the voice quality: pacing, warmth, and the fact that the words are specific to the chart you entered. Generate a second one with different birth data to confirm no two are the same.

Business model and monetization

Subscription-first, with a membership and upsell ladder. Members pay for an ongoing personalized audio practice (a starter kit, then escalating tiers and suites), with premium long-form readings as upsells and in-person and retreat experiences as a higher tier. The unit economics are strong: production cost per standard audio is well under a dollar, against subscription pricing, so each additional member is high-margin. We are also opening a friends-and-family investment round to fund the August launch.

Traction and roadmap

• Working agentic engine: chart math verified against real charts, full script-to-audio-to-report pipeline running in the cloud, laptop-independent.
• Live product demo at demo.affirmology.ai, plus an internal studio for creating and testing audios.
• Private beta opening July 2026, free, with an existing inner circle and waitlist.
• Public commercial launch targeted August 2026 with paid subscriptions and paid acquisition.
• In-person activations through autumn 2026, including a wellness conference at the Faena (Miami) in September and a gathering in November.
• Native consumer app in build for the App Store, media-first with offline and background audio.

Why the grant matters to us

We are an independent, founder-funded company building a genuinely new category at the intersection of voice AI and personal transformation. Voice is not a feature for us, it is the product. The grant would let us scale voice generation across our beta and launch without the usage cost throttling how generously we can serve early users, which is exactly the window where being able to give people a full, rich experience drives word of mouth. Beyond the credits, we would value being part of the ElevenLabs founder community as we take a voice-native product to market for the long term.

Notes for Jeff before submitting

• PUSH THE BYPASS FIRST. The reviewer link only works after the index.html change is pushed (commands in the chat). Verify by opening https://demo.affirmology.ai/?review=one-sky-2026 in a private window: you should land on the intake form with NO NDA wall.
• Run one full demo render end to end the day you submit, so a reviewer never hits a broken flow.
• The bypass link is used ONLY in this application. Never publish it anywhere else. After the grant decision, we can remove the param with a one-line revert.
• Fill any form fields asking for exact user counts or revenue honestly. Round, do not inflate.
• After the grant period, or once credits run low, the plan auto-converts to Free unless you choose otherwise. Plan the 12 months as runway on the voice line, not a permanent zero.
• Relationship angle: if you can get a warm intro through Gazelle (the future-self app already in the program), mention the connection. Their program also includes founder events worth showing up to.
