Date: 2026-06-27. Single place for who each figure is (gender, region/tradition, material, distinctive notes) across BOTH councils, so casting is deliberate and consistent. Core-council art prompts live in Affirmology_OracleFullSheets_BrowserWalkthrough_v1.md.
Council/OracleSheets/Sophia_v2_CosmicMatriarch_base.png; ANIMATED/ACTIVE = hair flowing out = Council/OracleSheets/Sophia_v2_CosmicMatriarch_master.png. She rests as the matriarch and her starlight hair releases forward into the master look when she speaks/activates (the idle-to-active animation). PENDING regeneration of her assets: roster bust Council/Roster/cast/sophia.png + heads/sophia.png, chat avatar loop Product/ConstellationJourney/chat-avatars/sophia.mp4, any scene plates featuring Sophia (Lunar Salon, Library synthesis, Atlas+Sophia, council rings/boards), and the constellation-prototype guide entry. (Old ivory Sophia archived, never deleted.)Apply these when we build the Wisdom Circle sheets (roster source: the Wisdom Circle pointer doc / Affirmology_CouncilArchitecture_WisdomCircle_v1.md).
- The Tao - KEEP as East Asian woman (yin/receptive/water/jade; absorbed Quan Yin's compassion). Do NOT gender-flip her.
- Laozi - ADD as the East Asian man (Taoist sage, on his ox). This fills the East Asian male lane without losing the Tao. (Was already listed as "planned/optional.")
- Sound Healer - RECAST as a Tibetan singing-bowl master (man) (Himalayan), replacing the former Polynesian priestess (Pacific Islander is now carried by Echo in the core council).
- Ix Chel (Maya moon/medicine/cycles) - stays; idea on file to upgrade her art to "utterly splendid": jade-and-gold over warm copper-brown skin, towering crescent + quetzal-feather headdress, jade jewelry, woven huipil, and a jade-and-gold jaguar companion.
- Oshun - stays in the Wisdom Circle (West African; not the core council).
- Others unchanged: Rumi (Persian Sufi, M), Siddhartha (South Asian, M), Lakshmi (South Asian, F), Isis (Egyptian, F), Earthkeeper (N. American Indigenous), Taliesin (Celtic, M), Hildegard (European mystic, F), "Young" (Jungian, M), Neuroscientist (modern), Sol Ballard (founder).
By region/tradition, with gender. (C) = core council, (W) = Wisdom Circle. - Mediterranean / Greek: Atlas M, Orpheus M, Apollo M, Hermes M, Eros M, Sophia F, Athena F, Persephone F (mythic) - all (C). Heavy, and skews the core male roster Greek. - South Asian: Agastya M (C); Siddhartha M, Lakshmi F (W). - East Asian: the Tao F, Laozi M (W). (None in the core council.) - Himalayan / Tibetan: Sound Healer M (W, new). - Southeast Asian: none yet - the clearest remaining gap. - Middle Eastern / Persian: Pythagoras M, Chiron M (Levantine), Hestia F (C); Rumi M (W). - Black / African: Prometheus M, Concordia F-blind (C); Oshun F (W). - Egyptian / North African: Isis F (W). - Polynesian / Pacific Islander: Echo F (C). - Native American / Indigenous: Gaia F (C); Earthkeeper (W). - Mesoamerican: Ix Chel F (W). - Celtic / European: Taliesin M, Hildegard F, "Young" M (W). - Modern / other: Neuroscientist (W), Sol Ballard F (W), Hypnos M (C, dark-stone, ethnicity left mythic/ambiguous).
Gender tally: Core council ~10 M / 7 F (skews male, but the Greek archetypes are fixed). Wisdom Circle ~7 M / 7 F (balanced). Overall close to even.
Gaps to consider: Southeast Asian (none); East Asian absent from the core council specifically; the core male roster is Greek-heavy. None urgent given the combined spread is broad.
