Summary. Date: 2026-07-10. Everything the app needs to make Sophia glorious in the chatbot. She is the DEFAULT / most-used guide. All videos are silent MP4s, 1:1 square, on a deep-emerald cosmic background (crop to a circle for the avatar). Loop them.

Sophia v2 - Code Handoff (the animated guide)

Date: 2026-07-10. Everything the app needs to make Sophia glorious in the chatbot. She is the DEFAULT / most-used guide. All videos are silent MP4s, 1:1 square, on a deep-emerald cosmic background (crop to a circle for the avatar). Loop them.

Who she is: the indigenous-pleiadian cosmic matriarch - warm bronze living-marble skin, kintsugi gold veins, glowing gold eyes, white-silver starlight hair with faint galaxies in it, gold gorget, gold-and-jade forehead ornament.

portraits/ (static fallbacks / poster frames) - sophia_portrait_resting.png - DEFAULT portrait, hair settled behind the shoulders. Use as the resting still and as the poster/first frame. - sophia_portrait_active_wild.png - active state, hair fully out in a starlight halo.

animations/ (silent, 1:1, loopable) - sophia_idle_eyes.mp4 (5s) - minimal: just glowing-eye pulse + slow blink. The calmest idle; safe default loop. - sophia_idle_head.mp4 (5s) - subtle head tilt/turn + breathing. Alternate idle for variety. - sophia_idle_gentle.mp4 (6s) - gentle all-over life, hair drifts a little. Warmer idle. - sophia_activate_resting_to_wild.mp4 (6s) - TRANSITION: resting → hair blazes out to the wild starlight halo. Play when she starts speaking / is invoked. - sophia_idle_wavy_full.mp4 (6s) - SUSTAINED active loop: hair fully out, waving/undulating. Loop this while she is "speaking"/active. - sophia_return_to_baseline.mp4 (6s) - TRANSITION: wild → settles back to resting. Play when she finishes.

Rotate the three resting idles occasionally so she does not feel robotic. Crossfade ~200-300ms between clips for smoothness. The resting portrait/first frames line up, so transitions match.
