The plan (locked)
- Today/tomorrow (7/4-7/5): beta invite email goes out (craft-first framing, one small trip line, human-answers service line, reply "Yes, I'm in" as the affirmation). File:

- Gift drip: Sun 7/5 The Mirror (NEW structure, only when it passes your read). Mon/Tue a new gift audio. Wed/Thu the Origin Blueprint PDF.
- Wed 7/8-Thu 7/9 (back in office): nail starting audios, beds, render QC, TestFlight.
- Fri 7/10: beta opens. Full plan:

The architecture (locked, Cowork and Code now agree)
Code's "structured Understanding" and Cowork's "Deep Map" are THE SAME THING. One name going forward: the Understanding. Council builds it once per committed person (ranked salient findings, convergences, aha moves, wound/gift/gap, metaphor bank, one-liners, timing, growing context + learned-info stores). Every audio after (Mirror, Origin, bedtime, wealth, custom) is a cheap shaping of it: select facets + apply craft. Chatbot reads it with a light model. Never recompute, only append. Build it INSIDE the reading-craft rebuild (Code's recommendation, agreed). Detail: Affirmology_FlagshipReading_Proposal_v1.md section 3.
The craft (locked)
- New first reading structure (replaces the Mirror walk):
Affirmology_FirstReading_Structure_v1.md. Promise, Being Seen, Three Doors, Install, Seal; one threaded symbol; loops always open; 12-rule QC gate. Test on Sol first.
- Origin Soul Song B variant (six slight changes, separate from The Recognition A/B):

Affirmology_FlagshipReading_Proposal_v1.md section 3 (ranked salient findings, convergences, aha moves, wound/gift/gap, mechanisms, roads, metaphor bank, one-liners, fear preemptions, timing, context store, learned-info store). Two tiers stand.
- Tier 2 trigger: what earns someone the deep council run. Recommended: the "Yes, I'm in" reply itself (they are committed, and it makes their whole gift drip cheap and epic).
- Starting audios set: which audios new testers get first (you said you would define within ~2 days).
Small extra: chase the ElevenLabs free year (Code flagged it; Fish keeps readings cheap, ElevenLabs is the song-voice lever).
Who owns what (do not carry this in your head)
- Code: engine, craft-menu trim, Understanding build, Mirror v4 + Origin B implementation, gift renders, cost-safe generation, beta checkbox bug.
- Cowork: beta agreement text (drafting next), email copy (done, pending your read), Sol's TestFlight data problem, wiki/FAQ.
