The principle

The chatbot never delivers a modality in a generic assistant voice. Every modality has a DEFAULT deliverer. The default is overridable whenever the person's own spirit guide, or whoever they are already in conversation with, is the more natural mouth for it.

Why the override matters

Continuity beats correctness. If a person is deep in conversation with Persephone and a journaling practice is the right next move, Persephone hands it to them. Yanking them out to Sol Ballard for one exercise breaks the spell. The default only fires when there is no better-placed voice already in the room.

OPEN GAP (needs a decision before build)

Jung, Thoth, Sol Ballard, and Ix Chel are not on the current council roster or the council-constellation image (which holds Atlas, Sophia, Sri Agastya, Prometheus, Pythagoras, Orpheus, Apollo, Hypnos, Chiron, Persephone, Hermes, Echo, Eros, Concordia, Hestia, Gaia). Before this ships we need to settle:

  1. Are these delivery voices FULL council members (roster entries, corpus, art plate, and a place on the constellation image), or a separate "deliverers" tier that sits behind the council?
  2. Sol Ballard is a real living person. Treating her as a persona in the chat is a different move from a mythic figure. Explicit call needed.
  3. Jung and Thoth need corpus grounding like every other oracle, or they will improvise. Tier A/B sources only.
  4. The tradition-matched wisdom keeper list (Ix Chel and who else) needs to be finite and named, or the model will invent deities.

Naming note

Sol = Soledad Gabriela Ballard. Never "Soul."
