Subject: The Affirmology North Star, where we are headed (and where we are right now)
Hey Colin and Sol,
I want to share where Affirmology is going, because the vision has gotten clear and it is exciting. This is the heart of what we are building.
The North Star is simple: get a new user to come back every single day for their first week, so it truly clicks. Everything serves that.
Here is how we win that week.
The moment someone comes in, they go through the demo, we read their progression and ask a few quick questions, and we hand them a program charted just for them. Their first audios and readings hit their identity and what is most pertinent in their life so hard that they think "holy shit, this is the app for me." We lead with recognition, with making them feel seen, and only then offer the information, because once they feel seen, they believe it.
Then we keep them coming back all day with a daily suite: something for bedtime, something for waking up, a visioning track to magnify their day, and a midday identity-based motivational track, plus a couple of deep readings to really know themselves. That daily rhythm is the whole point, because repetition is how this reaches the subconscious.
A few things that make it ours and no one else's:
We do not silo the systems. We integrate Human Design, Gene Keys, astrology, numerology, and Vedic into one powerful identity hit, and we can drop synthesis across them ("this is outside what you are focused on, but your Sun here puts it in context"). Taking that overwhelming map and turning it into usable, personal meaning is our genius.
The believability bed. Generic affirmations fail because the subconscious does not believe them. We lay a real, chart-grounded identity first, and then the motivation and transformation finally stick. That is why ours work when others bounce off.
The constellation. Daily practice lights up their personal sky and unlocks deeper journeys, into wealth, relationships, the Gene Keys sequences, and more. They see a map of where they have been and where they have not, which keeps pulling them back. It is the engagement and the upgrade path in one.
Relationships are a category and a growth engine at once. People will add the birth info of the people in their lives, partners, family, friends, business partners, and learn the synergy and the challenges. To share those revelations with the other person, that person has to join, so it is one button to invite them, and when they arrive their relationship reading is already unlocked and waiting. Every relationship becomes a personal invitation, and each new member lands in a holy-shit moment about someone real in their life.
And a fun one: the in-app guide who slips in the journaling prompts, the little practices, the "take a few breaths and repeat this mantra" moments, is the Mindset Ninja, immortalized in the app, helping people through their day.
Where we are right now: we are building the apps natively. The user app and the back-end studio (Atlas) share one foundation. The studio lets us talk to Hermes and the council to create these audios on the fly, which is exactly what Sol and I will be doing from the car on our trip, making pieces for each other, listening, and feeding the system. We are aiming to get the founding beta into people's hands around July 4th, with the initial experience built and refined this week.
