The named starter palette as data rows for Code to seed into the backend (the structures the apps fetch, so the palette changes with no app release). Each row carries its directive (what shapes the script), format, length, voice, time-of-day, three-step stage, and the per-audio metrics from the North Star vision. Jeff reviews and approves; this is the content layer, so it is a with-Jeff step per CLAUDE.md.
Guiding rule baked into every directive: NAIL IDENTITY first by INTEGRATING all modalities, then let the named theme lead. Even a single-system piece (a Gene Keys reading) opens with the integrated identity hit and can drop cross-system asides. Style is shared, content is always from the person's own chart.

UPDATE 2026-06-26 (Jeff): natal_sacred is KILLED, gone everywhere. origin_soul_song is the SINGLE canonical Origin Soul Song. Its length is LOCKED to a 3 to 4 minute goal (4.5 max), NOT A/B-ed on length: quick high impact, leave them wanting more, then super stimulated to see the rest. The old "demo stays locked" caveat no longer applies (demo lock lifted, see PROJECT_STATE).
