The premise: in Human Design, a small business of 3 to 5 people generates a group aura called a Penta, built from six channels (twelve gates) running Sacral to G to Throat, the circuit of doing the work, knowing the direction, and speaking it. A thriving company fills its Penta. We can hire to fill ours deliberately, instead of guessing at culture fit.

Hire and partner to complete the aura, in rough priority: 1. Gate 7 - completes Sol's 31 into the full Alpha channel of leadership-in-flow. A person with Gate 7 lets the leadership land smoothly and be followed. 2. Gate 29 - completes Sol's 46 into the Discovery channel of commitment and success: the one who says the deep yes and sticks. Strong for an operator or head of delivery. 3. Gates 1 and 8 (Inspiration) - the creative role model and public identity. A brand, design, or storytelling lead who makes the company known for something. 4. Gates 13 and 33 (The Prodigal) - the witness who holds memory and story. A person who keeps the company's experience, learns from it, and tells it back. Strong for culture, ops history, or community stewardship.
