Affirmology Oracle Hero Spec - Sophia + Hermes (the look lock, v1)

Purpose: lock the marble-and-gold Hellenistic look on the two most important council faces for the investor video, Sophia (lead oracle) and Hermes (the Atlas chat face). The approved Sophia frame becomes the REFERENCE the whole 16-oracle pantheon inherits, so we nail the family once and generate everyone else against it. Brand source: affirmology-design. Note on terms (corrected 2026-06-18, Jeff): ATLAS is not just the assistant app, he is the WHOLE SYSTEM personified, the Titan who bears the entire heavens, meaning he carries the whole cosmic blueprint and the whole council on his shoulders. He is the authoritative, grounded, older embodiment of Affirmology itself (the booming-voice, investor-trust face). The named oracles (Sophia, Athena, Prometheus, etc.) are the specialists working WITHIN Atlas's sky. HERMES stays the quick, warm messenger and in-app router inside the system, a different and smaller scale than Atlas. The two heroes for the investor video are therefore SOPHIA (the warm lead oracle) and ATLAS (the system itself).

1. The defaults I baked in (react to these, change anything)

Three choices drive the whole pantheon. I set them to my recommendation so you react to a concrete look instead of abstractions:

1. Living eyes, marble skin. Polished cream marble flesh, but the eyes are alive: irises lit with a soft warm-gold inner light, present and aware, not blank carved stone. This is what makes them living deities that can carry a temperament at small size, exactly the "living statues" line in the brief.
2. Classical gender per name. Sophia reads feminine, Hermes masculine, same sculptural family. The full council follows its names (Athena/Persephone/Hestia/Gaia/Concordia/Echo feminine; Apollo/Orpheus/Prometheus/Hypnos/Chiron/Eros/Parashara/Pythagoras masculine).
3. Sophia is the reference anchor. Her frame, once approved, is the style key we feed into every other generation. She is the lead and the warmest presence, so anchoring on her keeps the pantheon warm rather than cold.

If you would rather anchor on a neutral nameless archetype, or go androgynous, or pure carved (non-living) eyes, say so and I respec before generating.

2. Shared house style (the pantheon DNA, every oracle inherits this)

• Medium. A living marble-and-gold Hellenistic bust, a museum sculpture subtly brought to life. Polished cream-white Parian marble flesh, warm ivory with faint translucency like light through alabaster. The planes of the face and the waves of the hair are traced with fine veins of inlaid gold in the kintsugi manner.
• Inner constellations. Beneath the marble surface, faint constellations glow: tiny star-points and thin gold constellation linework lit from within, strongest at the brow, the throat, and the heart.
• The eyes. Alive. Irises carry a soft warm golden inner light, present and aware. Gaze direction is set per character.
• Lighting. Cinematic chiaroscuro. A single warm-gold rim light from the upper left, deep emerald ambient shadow, volumetric glow, subsurface scattering through the marble.
• Palette, strict. Deep emerald (#0a2014, #082c18, #061b10), gold (#c89b3c, #d9b15a, #ecd9a8), cream (#faf6ee, #cdbfa3). No other hues. No teal-blue, no purple, no skin pinks. This single rule is most of what keeps it from looking like generic AI fantasy art.
• Composition. Square 1:1. Chest-up bust, collarbone to just above the crown. Slight three-quarter turn for sculptural depth. The figure fills about 70 percent of the frame, centered. A distinct, readable silhouette is mandatory: each oracle is identified at 64px by headdress and attribute alone.
• Finish. Fine film grain, faint gold bokeh motes, a soft vignette. Premium, sacred, a little witchy, Awwwards-level. Never glossy plastic 3D, never cartoon, never fantasy kitsch, never smooth CGI skin.
• Two deliverables per oracle. (a) A HERO frame on a deep-emerald starfield void, for judging the look and for full-bleed use. (b) A TRANSPARENT-background square PNG of the same bust, for the small portrait beside their voice in reports and the Studio composer.

3. Sophia - the lead oracle (Western astrology + the Synthesist)

• Read in one glance. The warm center of the pantheon. Of everyone, she meets your eyes most directly and most kindly.
• Temperament in the face. Serene, ageless, warm gravity. A calm knowing warmth at the mouth, not a smile, the soft wit of recognition. Eyes meeting the viewer, grounding, unhurried.
• Attribute and silhouette. A slender gold zodiac diadem arcs across her brow, set with the twelve zodiac glyphs. From constellation threads spread across her shoulders, many fine gold star-lines gather and converge to a single bright golden star burning at her heart: the four systems woven into one. Her silhouette signature is the diadem plus the gathered threads converging to the heart-star.
• Hair and gaze. Long marble hair in classical waves threaded with gold, lifting almost imperceptibly as if suspended in still water. Gaze direct to viewer.

4. Atlas - the whole system, personified (the investor-video authority)

• What he is. Not a peer oracle and not just the app. Atlas IS Affirmology: the Titan who holds the entire constellated heavens, so he carries the whole blueprint and the whole council on his shoulders. The grounded, booming-voice, older male presence that earns investor trust.
• Temperament in the face. Weathered nobility, deep calm command, steady gravity. Eyes that meet you and hold. Strength without strain, the cosmos carried as if it weighs nothing.
• Attribute and silhouette. A glowing golden celestial sphere, an armillary of constellation lines and star-points, resting upon and above his broad shoulders: the whole system he bears. Short marble beard threaded with gold, heavy brow, thick neck, solid frame. His silhouette signature is the sphere crowning his shoulders.
• Gaze. Direct, steady, authoritative.

• Read in one glance. The friendly one. Quick, warm, the only oracle who carries the faintest play.
• Temperament in the face. Younger, alert, poised, lightly mischievous. The faintest knowing half-smile at one corner of the mouth, bright present eyes lifted toward the viewer as if just turning to greet you mid-stride.
• Attribute and silhouette. A marble winged cap (petasos) with small outstretched gold wings at the temples: the instantly readable silhouette. A slender caduceus of pure golden light is suggested rising at one shoulder, with a faint sealed letter of light. His silhouette signature is the temple-wings.
• Hair and gaze. Short tousled marble hair threaded with gold. Gaze toward viewer, quick and friendly, a slight upward lift.

5. Generation settings and consistency workflow

• Engine. Nano Banana Pro (nano_banana_pro) through the in-chat Higgsfield image tool. Uses your Nano Banana / Higgsfield budget in one place. aspect_ratio: "1:1", count: 4 for options on the first pass.
• The consistency mechanic. Generate Sophia first, pick the keeper, then feed that exact frame back in as a reference image (medias) on every later oracle so the whole council shares one marble tone, one light, one gold treatment, one crop. Only face, attribute, silhouette and gaze change.
• Transparent portraits. Generate the hero frame on emerald, then run background removal for the small square portrait used beside each voice. Two assets per oracle, named per file convention.
• Always avoid. Extra colors, glossy plastic CGI skin, symmetrical kitsch, fantasy armor, rendered text or letterforms in the image, cartoon proportions, more than one figure.

6. After these two

Once Sophia and Hermes are locked, the same DNA generates the other 14 (Athena, Prometheus, Parashara, Pythagoras, Orpheus, Apollo, Hypnos, Chiron, Persephone, Echo, Eros, Concordia, Hestia, Gaia) each against the Sophia reference, each with their own attribute and silhouette from the VisualBlurb.

Separate track, tracked but not in this spec: the two CLIENT avatars for the investor video (the already-convinced woman and the personal-development dabbler man), shown using the app. Those are people, not marble oracles, and get their own look spec plus the market-research validation pass.
