Affirmology Character Sheet Build Standard (v1)

Purpose: the standard for building COMPLETE oracle character sheets. Use this to rebuild the avatars properly. The current sheets are incomplete (too few poses, head and bust only, no full body). This doc says exactly what a finished sheet must contain and how to keep each character on-model. Sourced from the Night Scout research (2026-06-17) on how top Seedance/SYNTX creators build character model sheets.

Visual example to study first (and what it is missing)

Open ./Affirmology_HeroCharacterSheets_Sophia-Atlas_v1.html in this same folder. It shows the locked look for Sophia and Atlas (marble-and-gold, two eye states, the bible per character). It is the right STYLE and a good start.

What it is missing, and what this standard adds: - It shows head and bust only. We need FULL BODY, head to toe. - It shows 3/4, front, profile, speaking. We need a full TURNAROUND including the BACK view. - It has no POSE set. We need several full-body postures. - It has no EXPRESSION STRIP. We need a row of expressions. Rebuild each character to the spec below, keeping that exact style and each character's bible.

What a complete character model sheet must contain (one canvas, per character)

  1. Full-body TURNAROUND: front, 3/4, side, and BACK views of the same figure, head to toe, consistent height and scale across all four.
  2. EXPRESSION STRIP: 4 to 6 facial expressions that match the character's temperament (for the oracles, mostly serene and sacred, not jokey).
  3. KEY POSES: 3 to 5 full-body postures, for example standing neutral, gesturing or mid-action, seated, and the character's signature stance with their attribute.
  4. DETAIL CALLOUTS: a face close-up, a close-up of the signature attribute or prop, and short wardrobe notes.
  5. COLOR SWATCHES: the 4 to 6 locked brand hex tones shown as a swatch row.
  6. Clean or transparent background, even lighting, the figure readable at small size.

Consistency rules (this is what keeps them identical across every use)

Prompt template (image model, for example Nano Banana Pro or GPT Image 2)

"Character model sheet of [NAME], one canvas, clean background. Show the SAME original character in: - a full-body turnaround: front, 3/4, side, and BACK, head to toe, identical scale; - an expression strip of [4 to 6 expressions]; - [4] full-body poses: [standing neutral, gesturing, seated, signature stance with attribute]; - a face close-up and a close-up of [signature attribute]. Add short wardrobe notes and a color-swatch row. STYLE (brand-locked, do not drift): living marble-and-gold Hellenistic statue with faint inner constellations, cream Parian marble with fine gold kintsugi veins, deep emerald and gold and cream palette, cinematic and premium, transparent or clean background, consistent scale. CHARACTER BIBLE: [paste the locked descriptor for this oracle, including attribute, silhouette, material, eye states, temperament]. CRITICAL: fully original character, no real-person likeness and no existing IP; identical face and identical body proportions across every view; no morphing; name all details; readable at small size."

Make the lock permanent

After a sheet is approved, train a Higgsfield character Element / Soul ID from 10 to 25 of its views so the character stays identical in every future report image, scene still, and video. Sophia and Atlas are already set up as reusable Higgsfield Elements; do the same for each new oracle.
