The methods layer the Studio draws on, on top of a person's chart. Each technique is a tool the engine can weave into an audio. This is v1, distilled from our neuroscience and meditation research and to be enriched (and structured into the corpus as a "techniques" tradition) in Claude Code, with Jeff's heart-coherence technique added when he uploads it.
How to use this: the generator picks techniques that fit the audio's structure and the person, weaves them into the script, and the team build-report names which techniques were used and where, so testing and feedback reveal what actually lands. Proof is in the pudding. We keep what works.
Brand rules honored: never name Joe Dispenza; use "heart coherence breath" / "embodied gratitude induction." No em dashes. First person.
Heart coherence breath. Slow paced breath, roughly five seconds in and five out, attention at the heart. Settles the nervous system toward coherence and parasympathetic calm, opening receptivity before the affirmations land. Use to open most audios. Render: 3 to 5 soft lines guiding the breath and a hand on the heart before the first "I am."
Embodied gratitude induction. Evoke a felt, present sense of gratitude or an already-received state before the identity work. Primes an elevated emotional baseline so the new self-concept encodes against a positive state. Use in confidence, abundance, and founder audios. Render: a short evocation of something already true and good in the body.
Tap-in / orienting pause. A brief settling and orienting to the room and the body. Signals safety, lowers vigilance. Use at the very start (the demo's "Listen." plus framing line is this).
First-person present-tense "I am." The listener voices their own truth, never "you are." Self-referential, present-tense statements engage self-processing and are the core mechanism of affirmation. Always on. This is the house default.
"Already" framing (predictive-brain identity change). State the new identity as already true ("Grace is already mine"), not as a future goal. Works with the brain's predictive, identity-confirming tendency. Use in the carry-forward cluster and closings.
Recognition over instruction. Phrase chart truths as something the body already knew, not new advice. Lowers resistance, increases the "this is so me" hit. Always on.
Body-anchored integration. Map qualities to body parts (hands, chest, bones, gut) tied to chart placements. Embodiment deepens encoding and felt truth. Use as the body-integration section.
EFT tapping sequence. Guided tapping on acupressure points while speaking the block and the reframe. Somatic downregulation of the stress response while re-storing the belief. Use in the EFT category and for releasing a specific block shown in the chart. Render: a setup statement, then a round of points with paired phrases.
Sensory imagery anchoring. Land lines on rooted sensory images (light, water, root, breath, hearth, stone, current) rather than concepts. Imagery embeds better than abstraction. Always on (the poetic-priority rule).
Pre-sleep / hypnagogic delivery. Slower, softer, descending cadence for before-bed audios, using the drowsy, suggestible window as the listener falls asleep. Use in the before-bed category. Render: longer pauses, falling intonation, no calls to act.
Walking-tempo pacing. Short chant-fragment lines at a walking rhythm, for audios meant to be listened to while walking. Paced cadence supports entrainment and a steady parasympathetic state. Use in natal walks and movement audios.
Repetition and the dose. The same audio listened to repeatedly (research suggests roughly once a day for eight weeks) for measurable shift in self-concept. Not a script technique but a usage instruction to include in the report and delivery copy.
Binaural beats (theta/delta). Two tones offset by the beat rate, one per ear, layered under the voice. Our own research (Affirmology_Neuroscience_AudioEfficacy_Research_v1.md section 10, Garcia-Argibay et al. 2019 meta-analysis) supports a modest anxiety-reduction effect at theta/delta, with the honest caveat that true neural entrainment is unproven. Use as an optional calming bed for relaxation, sleep, and crisis audios. Claim the felt calm, never "this puts your brain in theta." Requires headphones.
Tonal / Solfeggio layer (528Hz and similar). Tuned tones or a drone under the voice. The metaphysical claims (DNA repair, "love frequency") are not scientifically supported, so we offer this purely as an experiential, aesthetic element our audience values, marketed as feeling, never as a health claim. Easy to generate and layer with FFmpeg. A good Studio variant to A/B against the music bed. Marketing framing (Jeff, 2026-06-15): include tones and beats because they raise user and buyer confidence and are expected in this space; when asked directly, be transparent that our research on these specific elements is inconclusive while the other techniques we use are stronger. Use them, market the feeling, stay honest on the science.
Source: heal-manifest.com, an app built on the Bengston Method (rapid image cycling). Researched 2026-06-17. Benchmark and inspiration only. We do not adopt their trademarked naming, their "flash 20 images in 2 seconds" strobe mechanic, or any healing-of-illness or disease-remission claims (medical-claim and regulatory risk, and off-frame for the Subconscious Operating System). What transfers is the anchoring and pacing craft, plus a future visual layer.
P1. Keyword-to-image anchoring. Lock a chart-derived intention to a single trigger word, so that one word later fires the full first-person visualization on its own. The audio installs the anchor once (vivid image plus its keyword), then later in the script the keyword alone re-fires it. Pairs naturally with our "already" framing and sensory imagery anchoring. Render: one slow line that builds the image and names its word, then a later one-word callback at a peak moment. Fits the body-integration and carry-forward clusters.
P2. Focused detachment (non-striving pacing). The principle that effortful concentration interferes, so the listener is kept gently occupied and relaxed while the new self-concept encodes underneath. Not a new section, a pacing argument that reinforces our induction approach (heart coherence breath, embodied gratitude). Use it to justify a relaxed, non-demanding cadence rather than instructing the listener to "focus" or "try."
P3. Chart-driven visual companion (future version). A personalized image, and eventually video, layer generated from the same blueprint that drives the script, played alongside the Sacred Audio. Jeff confirmed this direction for a future version (2026-06-17). Audio stays primary; the visual is an accompaniment, not a strobe. Strong demo and product-extension asset. Keep visuals chart-driven and never shared across people, same as the audio content rule.
cd affirmology-agent && PYTHONPATH=src .venv/bin/python -m affirmology.corpus.techniques. STILL TO DO: structure the fuller research docs (Affirmology_Neuroscience_AudioEfficacy_Research_v1.md, Affirmology_PredictiveBrain_IdentityChange_Research_v1.md, Affirmology_DepthPsychology_JungianIntegration_Research_v1.md, Affirmology_TeachingAudio_TransitAware_Research_v1.md, Affirmology_GroupAudio_Research_v1.md, Affirmology_CrisisJourney_Research_v1.md, Affirmology_PlantMedicineJourney_Research_v1.md) into the same tradition to enrich it.script_generator to pull from this layer and have the build-report name the techniques used.
