Shared, live tracker for ONE effort: get Sol a Mirror we are confident in (she will be upset if it is bad), and in doing it, finally build The Understanding the right way. Jeff and DATA chat track this together. Nothing spends past a DONE step without Jeff's go. No em dashes.
Nail Sol's Mirror. Build The Understanding FIRST (the robust foundation), draw the robust Mirror from it, then compare against the cheap single-pass Mirror. Correct the order I got backwards.

One structured, reusable object per person, from the 12-field schema: ranked salient findings, cross-system convergences, aha moves, wound/gift/gap/North-Node, mechanisms (causal chains), low/high roads, metaphor bank, one-liners, fear preemptions, timing (current transits), plus a context store and learned-info store that grow over time. Built ONCE, then every audio is a cheap shaping of it. For Sol it is grounded in her existing corpus-grounded deep read (no new retrieval needed for v1).
