Affirmology Demo Audio - Script Round 1

For: Jeff Parker Target length: 6:15 to align with Suno heavenly track Voice target: ElevenLabs, warm and slow, ~110 to 115 wpm Spoken word count: ~520 words, with pauses bringing total to roughly 6:00 to 6:15 Spine: Activation Sequence / Cross of Rulership (47.2 → 22.2 → 45.5 → 26.5) Structure: Arrival → Descent → Standing → Reorientation → Return

How to Use

Paste the script section below into ElevenLabs. The [pause Xs] markers are timing cues. If your ElevenLabs plan supports SSML, swap them for <break time="3s"/> style tags. If not, leave them as is and ElevenLabs will treat them as soft natural breaks. Test once, listen for shoulder tension, then iterate.

One section to flag for testing: the "say this one with me" beat in Standing. It is a deliberate Throat-center activation for your design. If the voice delivers it warmly, it lands. If it delivers it instructively, cut it.

Script

[pause 3s]

Welcome.

[pause 3s]

Place your feet on the floor. Both of them. Notice that they are flat, and held by the ground.

[pause 4s]

Whatever you walked in here carrying, you do not have to put it down yet. Just notice it. Notice that you have been carrying.

[pause 4s]

Let your breath slow. Five seconds in. Five seconds out.

[pause 3s]

In.

[pause 5s]

Out.

[pause 5s]

In.

[pause 5s]

Out.

[pause 5s]

Some of what you have been holding is not yours. It came in through the open spaces in you, and you have been running it through your body as if it belonged.

[pause 4s]

Set it down for the next few minutes. It will still be there if you decide you want it back. For now, let your body know it is allowed to rest.

[pause 5s]

Place a hand on your chest. Underneath everything you have been holding, there is a steady pulse. It has been with you the entire time.

[pause 6s]

I am the alchemist. What moves through me becomes light.

[pause 4s]

I am becoming the calm in the middle of the storm.

[pause 4s]

I am safe inside the unknown. The mystery is not a threat. It is a room I know how to walk in.

[pause 5s]

I am graceful in the presence of pressure. I am soft, and softness is my strength.

[pause 4s]

I am becoming the one who stays open when life closes in.

[pause 4s]

I am met by life, exactly as I am.

[pause 5s]

I am a generous leader. My power is shared.

[pause 4s]

I am the steward of what I have been given. I am safe to lead. I am safe to be seen.

[pause 4s]

Say this one with me, if you want.

[pause 3s]

I am the bridge that lets others rise with me.

[pause 6s]

I am becoming the field where people remember themselves.

[pause 6s]

Now let your mind soften, and let these questions move through you. You do not need to find the answers. The question alone is the work.

[pause 4s]

Why is grace so naturally available to me?

[pause 6s]

Why am I so deeply trusted by the people I serve?

[pause 6s]

Why are the people meant to walk beside me already finding me?

[pause 6s]

Why does abundance keep finding its way to me, and to the people I love?

[pause 6s]

Why am I so good at building circles where everyone rises?

[pause 6s]

Why does my voice land so deeply in the people who hear it?

[pause 6s]

Now picture yourself standing in your own body. Just as you are.

[pause 4s]

In your hands, there is devotion. The careful, patient craft of someone who refines what they touch.

[pause 4s]

In your chest, there is sanctuary. A warm hearth, lit from inside, that other people can come close to without being burned.

[pause 4s]

In your bones, there is foundation. Old stone. Roots that go down further than you can see.

[pause 5s]

This is the body you were born into. This is the field you walk through life inside of.

[pause 4s]

Feel it land in your gut before you respond to it.

[pause 6s]

I am safe to lead. Soft enough to listen. Strong enough to stay.

[pause 6s]

When you are ready, in your own time, return to your day.

[pause 8s]

ElevenLabs Voice Settings (Suggested Starting Point)

If the first generation sounds rushed, lower the speed by 10 to 15 percent in post, or pick a different voice entirely. Do not just push through. Your open Solar Plexus will absorb whatever the voice is actually feeling.

What to Listen For on Round 1 Playback

  1. Do your shoulders rise when the voice starts? If yes, voice is wrong, not script.
  2. Does the descent beat (the part about setting things down) land or feel skipped over? If skipped, add longer pauses there.
  3. Does the "say this one with me" line feel intimate or instructive? If instructive, cut it for Round 2.
  4. Does the closing anchor ("I am safe to lead. Soft enough to listen. Strong enough to stay.") arrive as a body sensation or as a sentence? If it stays as a sentence, the body installation is not working yet, and we need more space before it.

Round 2 notes go below as you listen.
