Overnight Plan, Build Backlog + Initial Decisions (2026-07-13)

Everything I could build, how hard each is, how much of you it needs, and what I will grind tonight while you sleep. Plus my first-pass decisions on the three open questions, laid out for you to sort and approve in the morning.

The build backlog

Difficulty: S (an hour-ish), M (a few hours), L (deep). Needs-you: none = I decide and build, some = I build a first pass you steer later, high = do not start without you.

What I will run tonight, in this order

1. Wheel to code spec (item 2) so DATA can start the real build at first light.
2. Art fixes spec (item 3), bundled with the wheel spec.
3. Star inventory v2 (item 4).
4. Feedback interfaces (item 5).
5. Greenlight admin control (item 6).
6. Listen player (item 8) and request-flow polish (item 12) if time holds. Left for you in the morning because they need your hand: onboarding (9), reports (11), nav icons (13), and the final greenlight/tool sign-offs below.

Two app fixes to relay to the code chat

• BRIGHTNESS: the app reads too dark with the shadow figures on deep space. Lift the base a couple of stops toward the emerald in this prototype, and raise the figure/nebula luminance so the silhouettes are not pure shadow. I brightened the prototype tonight as the reference.
• ROTATED PLATE EDGES (Pisces, Virgo): when a figure plate is rotated, its rectangular edge shows like a turned sheet of paper. Fix is to alpha-feather each plate (a soft radial mask so the edges fade to transparent with generous bleed), or re-render the plate already at its resting rotation. Feathering is cheaper and fixes all twelve at once. And publish under a new versioned R2 key, never overwrite.

A. Star counts per constellation

I recommend trimming the biggest ones so no constellation feels like homework. Proposed counts, change any:

B. Greenlight and release mode, launch state

This gives free users a real path (Aries plus four open constellations), a gamified reason to finish Aries (four more unlock), and three premium constellations as the paid tier. Change any cell.

C. Gemini Toolkit, first ten tools

EFT tapping, Visualization, Breathwork, Memory Reconsolidation, Gratitude install, Parts check-in, The Reframe, Somatic grounding, Future-self rehearsal, Coherence breathing. These map cleanly to corpus families we already have. Tell me which to cut or add, and which come from your corpus tools doc.
