DRAFT for Jeff/Cowork review. Staged, NOT sent. Purpose: since Jeff can't text these two and doesn't place them, this warm personal note (a) gives them their Mirror, (b) opens a real conversation, and (c) gets them to reveal how they found Affirmology, which places them - without an awkward "who are you."
