Three windows stand out. Each is grounded in real planetary positions for the date, not a generalized forecast.
The single best window is Saturday June 20 through Sunday June 21, 2026. All planets are direct, the Moon is in your Sun sign (Virgo), the Moon is waxing toward Full, and Saturday itself is the traditional day for filings that need to last. This is the window I would file on if the decision were mine.
The strongest alternative is Saturday June 27, 2026, the last fully clean Saturday before Mercury stations retrograde on June 30. Same all-direct conditions, Moon in Sagittarius (ambition, vision), still waxing.
The most natal-chart-aligned date is Sunday August 23 through Monday August 24, 2026, when the Sun has just entered Virgo (your Sun) and the Moon is in Capricorn (your Rising). Personally extraordinary, but Saturn is retrograde in this window, which is a workable caveat rather than a hard veto.
Mercury retrograde: June 30 to July 24, 2026. Do not file in this window. Mercury retrograde corrupts paperwork, naming, contracts, and the legal apparatus that an LLC depends on. This is the firmest rule in electional astrology for business filings and the only one I would treat as non-negotiable.
Mercury shadow periods. Mercury enters its retrograde shadow about two weeks before the station and leaves it about two weeks after. Conservatively, avoid June 15 to August 7. Practically, the dates June 18 to June 29 are still very strong because the station has not yet occurred, but the most conservative interpretation skips them. Use your judgment.
Saturn retrograde: July 27 to November 27, 2026. Saturn retrograde is not a hard veto for an LLC filing, but it is a friction factor. Saturn rules structure, contracts, and longevity, all things you want supporting an LLC. Modern electional astrologers tend to avoid launching during Saturn retrograde; traditional astrologers consider it acceptable for slow-building, conservative ventures. An LLC is by nature slow-building and conservative, so the case for August 23 to 24 holds despite Saturn being retrograde.
Sun in Gemini moving into Cancer over the weekend. Moon in Virgo, your Sun sign, at First Quarter, the classic phase for committed action on something growing. Mercury, Saturn, Jupiter, all direct. No major retrogrades active in the window. Saturday is ruled by Saturn, the planet of legal structure and enduring institutions, which is exactly what an LLC is. Filing Saturday morning gives the chart a foundation moment that matches your Capricorn Ascendant and your Life Path 22 master-builder energy.
If you can only act on one window, this is the one.
Waxing Gibbous Moon in Sagittarius, the sign of vision and outward expansion. Sun in Cancer, your Moon sign, which supports the emotional and protective dimension of starting something you care about. All planets direct. Saturday for Saturn-day filing. This is your last clean Saturday before Mercury stations retrograde, so use it if June 20 is not workable.
The trade-off versus June 20 is that the Moon is no longer in your Sun sign and is closer to Full, which favors completion of existing things over launching new ones. Still strong, just slightly less personally aligned.
Sun just ingressed into Virgo on August 23, which means for two days the transiting Sun is conjunct your natal Virgo Sun, an annual peak in personal solar power. The Moon is in Capricorn, conjunct your Ascendant, supporting visible identity and public-facing structure. Mercury is direct and out of retrograde shadow. The Moon is waxing toward Full. Jupiter is direct.
The caveat is Saturn retrograde, which has been active since July 27 and continues until November 27. For an LLC, Saturn retrograde is a yellow light rather than a red one. If your business is meant to be slow-built and conservative, which an Affirmology LLC almost certainly is, this window can be defended on classical grounds.
The honest framing: this date offers the strongest personal-chart resonance of the entire summer, and the Saturn caveat means your structure may take longer to find traction than it would under a Saturn-direct filing. Worth it if personal-chart alignment matters more to you than fastest-possible traction.

Each day in the window June 4 to September 8 was scored on six factors:
Mercury direct or retrograde, weighted heaviest because paperwork. Saturn and Jupiter direct or retrograde, weighted moderately for structure and expansion. Moon waxing or waning, weighted for growth-phase versus completion-phase energy. Moon sign, with earth signs (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn) weighted positive for your earth-heavy chart, fire signs weighted positive for ambition. Sun sign, with bonus for transits through Virgo (your Sun) or Cancer (your Moon). Day of the week, with bonus for Thursday (Jupiter, expansion) and Saturday (Saturn, structure), the two days traditionally assigned to business and legal filings.
Mercury retrograde was treated as a hard veto, dropping the day's score below any acceptance threshold. The full daily scan with scores is in backend/electional_scan_2026.txt if you want to read individual days.
This is electional astrology, which is an old tradition with a real internal logic but no controlled-trial evidence base. It is best used as a tiebreaker between days that are otherwise equivalent, rather than as a determinative factor that overrides legal, financial, or operational considerations. If your tax counsel says file Q3, file Q3, and pick the best Q3 day from above.
The natal-chart factor uses your Virgo Sun, Cancer Moon, and Capricorn Ascendant. A full natal electional reading would also weigh transits to your Midheaven (your 10th-house cusp, which governs public reputation and the business your name attaches to) and the ruler of your second house (governing money flow). Those refinements would likely sharpen August 23 to 24 as the standout chart-aligned date and would not change the standing of June 20 to 21 as the most operationally clean date.
The exact filing time within a day matters in a strict electional reading. If you want to optimize further, file in the morning Mountain Time so the Wyoming filing chart has the Sun above the horizon at the moment of submission, which symbolically supports visibility and clarity.
File Saturday June 20, 2026, mid-morning Mountain Time. If that is not possible, file Saturday June 27. If you can wait, Sunday August 23 or Monday August 24 is the most personally aligned date in the entire window, with a Saturn-retrograde asterisk you should be aware of.
