Jeff's prompt, 2026-06-26. Long-term vision: the app steers people into in-person experiences that grow and push edges in community, which spin off retreats and year-long transformational programs (Sacred Synergy). Jeff uses collaborators, conducts the symphonies, then gets them self-operating and spreading. Channels: the email list, his podcast (The Relational Futurist), and live events (early: Jeff does outreach/demo; later: a team demos at events). Jeff's instinct: he belongs in the transformation area if anywhere, but think outside the box.
Do NOT seat Jeff as a chart-oracle. The "this gets me" magic is the cosmos reading the person; a founder-guru in that seat dilutes it (see [[chart-leads-never-their-words-first]]). Jeff's axis is the OPPOSITE of the personal-cosmic: the relational and collective. Give him a lane no oracle can touch.
The oracles read your chart; Jeff reads the room and the relational field, and conducts people from solo practice into shared transformation. He appears at thresholds, frames, and invites; he does not diagnose.
JEFF'S STEER (2026-06-26): "we need some extra from Jeff, maybe partly #1 and #2." So the answer is a BLEND: a measured amount of Jeff in the transformation framing (#1) plus owning the on-ramp into community (#2). Not a daily-audio presence.
REFINEMENT (2026-06-26): Jeff's presence in the relational + transformation lanes is specifically to ONBOARD people into the events/experiences (the conductor / on-ramp role). Crucially these lanes are collaborator-extensible by design: eventually OTHER facilitators own pieces of them (the webinars, live events, retreats), so it self-operates and spreads (Jeff conducts, then hands off, per his thesis). Build the relational/transformation/events surface as multi-host from the start (a host can be Jeff, Sol, or a collaborator). BUT Jeff's brand must remain the through-line even as lanes are delegated, he stays the founding face/conductor of the relational vision. So: not Jeff-everywhere, and not Jeff-only, but Jeff-as-founding-conductor with a delegatable host model under him.
Jeff DECLINED a council seat ("a bit of hubris", 2026-06-26). Keep him OUT of the oracle council. The useful function still stands: a voice that reads the RELATIONAL FIELD rather than the chart ("who should I be in a room with," "what is my relational edge," "how do I lead this group," "who are my people"). Route that to the existing relational oracles Concordia / Eros, not to a Jeff-as-oracle character.
Users record/upload a short (~5s) inspirational/motivational message. A TikTok-style feed in the app where people swipe through them one at a time. Every video is AI-moderated (passes an acceptability-standards check) before it can appear. Upside: adds people + personality + warmth to an otherwise solo app, motivational messages from real humans, organic/viral growth loop. Jeff: "may not be worthwhile," not sure. Open: moderation cost/liability, does it dilute the intimate cosmic tone, is a social feed on-brand for a subconscious-OS product or a distraction.
A tasteful in-app offer to buy the Win Together couples conflict book/program, shown specifically to people who are exploring the RELATIONSHIP content in the app (Relationships / Synergy lane). Targeted, not a blanket ad. Jeff: "not 100%, but I think there is a tasteful way for this." This pairs naturally with Jeff's relational lane (#2) and Sacred Synergy. Open: how to surface without feeling like an ad, right trigger (after a relationship audio / synastry reading), revenue share / fulfillment.
STATUS: open question. LEADING/anchored: #2 (Jeff as the on-ramp into community / Sacred Synergy), blended with a measured amount of #1 (transformation framing). Jeff is OUT of the council. The viral video feed and the Win Together pitch are logged but uncommitted. Revisit when the consumer app's transformation + relationships lanes are being built.
