Affirmology Investor Video Production Kit

For: Jeff and Sol Status: RECONCILED to Affirmology_InvestorVideoScriptBrief_v2.md (the source of truth for the investor video) and to Affirmology_PROJECT_STATE.md. This supersedes the earlier pre-brief version of this kit, which had a female narrator, leaned on the corpus as the moat, and lacked the Loft, the launch-chart, the Aphrodite layer, the macro moment, and the movement/CTA. Those are now corrected here. Hard rules (from the brief and project state): no em dashes anywhere. "Subconscious Operating System" is the core frame. Sol, never "Soul." Joe Dispenza may be named only as an external reference point, never as our method. No investment terms, valuation, or equity on screen; those live in the separate written doc.


THE SHAPE (per the brief)


PART A: THE NARRATOR VO SCRIPT (male, ElevenLabs-ready)

Pacing note: the <break time="1.0s" /> tags are real ElevenLabs syntax. Deliver slower and heavier than the trailer, with weight on the pauses. [CLIP] marks where a short founder clip is woven in (narration ducks under or hands off). [CARD] points to Part B. Target 6.5 to 7.5 minutes.

1. Cold open, authority and revelation (0:00 to 0:50)

The night you were born, the sky made a shape it had never made before. Your astrology. Your Gene Keys. Your Human Design. A blueprint as specific as a fingerprint, written in a language you were never taught.

For thousands of years we have tried to read it with the thinking mind. Books. Charts. Years of study. Affirmology does something no one has done. It takes that blueprint and speaks it directly to your subconscious, as sound.

We call it your Subconscious Operating System. And we just learned how to update it. [CLIP: Jeff, one line of genuine conviction about what this is.]

2. Why nothing else has worked (0:50 to 1:35)

Affirmations are everywhere, and for most people they do not work. The reason is in the brain. The mind holds one prediction above all others, the model of who you already are, and it rejects anything that does not match. Say "I am wealthy" and a quiet voice says, "no you are not."

The fix is not to say it louder. It is to speak in your own blueprint, in a calm and open state, until the guardian mind steps aside and the truth can land. That is the whole design.

3. The science, briefly and hard (1:35 to 2:20)

None of this is woo. It is built on published neuroscience. A heart-coherence breath that settles the nervous system. A voice slow and low enough to read as safety. The theta state where new self-belief encodes. Repetition across nights, the way memory is actually built. The same wave that made neuroscience-optimized meditation mainstream, with figures like Joe Dispenza, we built into a system, and made personal.

4. The real moat, told honestly (2:20 to 3:10)

Let us be honest about defensibility, because the honest version is the convincing one. The data, the code, even the research could be rebuilt by a good team with money. That is not the moat.

The moat is three things that cannot be scraped. Taste, the judgment to refuse the generic and make this feel sacred instead of synthetic. A real community, Sol's Miami, trust and relationships that compound and cannot be cloned. And Jeff, rare in his ability to hold the system and the soul of this at the same time. Velocity, plus community, plus taste. The gap widens every night. [CLIP: Sol, one line on the community and the feeling of it.]

5. The macro moment, why now (3:10 to 3:55)

And the timing is not an accident. AI is reshaping work. People are leaving corporations, or being let go, and more people than ever are becoming creators and entrepreneurs. This moment calls for a new kind of builder. Self-actualized, empowered by AI instead of replaced by it. Many of them think differently, a neurodivergent generation finally finding tools that fit. Affirmology is the inner operating system for the people building what comes next.

6. The range, lightly (3:55 to 4:35)

One engine, many doors. A reading for a relationship, or a business partnership. The branding and the path of a founder finding their voice. The depth-psychology underneath the work. Even the timing of a launch.

In fact, this company's own launch was timed by the same method. [CARD: June 20, 2026.] We filed on June twentieth, a date chosen by electional astrology. All planets direct. The Moon in Virgo, at first quarter, the phase for committed action. A Saturday, ruled by Saturn, the planet of lasting structure. The launch date is the first proof of the product.

7. The founders, the mirror (4:35 to 5:15)

This was built by two people whose own charts explain why they build well together. [CARD: Jeff & Sol synastry.] An exact Cancer Moon conjunction. A reversed nodal mirror, their destinies reflected in each other. The partnership is itself a worked example of what Affirmology reveals. [CLIP: Jeff and Sol together, brief, warm.]

And they have built movements before. Aurea. Gratitude and Giving. Sold-out three-day events, men's circles, sacred union work. This is a repeatable motion, not a first attempt.

8. The movement and the Loft (5:15 to 6:10)

Because Affirmology is not just an app. It is a movement, and it gathers in person. [CARD: The Affirmology Loft.] A five-thousand-square-foot loft in Miami. By day, a showroom and studio, lounge chairs and headsets, the way people actually live with this. By night, an activational space, vibroacoustic chairs, light devices, cacao, community.

And a network beyond the founders. Affirmologists, trained space holders who carry the headsets into the experiences that already work. Sound healings. Ecstatic dance. Ceremony. The headsets have already proven themselves in these rooms. Miami first, then festivals and conferences city by city.

9. The invitation and the window (6:10 to 7:00)

Here is the truth about investors in a movement like this. The best ones are not only here to get rich. They are here to belong to something, to drop into the magic and be part of building it. Jeff has created that magic before. This time it is tangible, sustainable, and built to spread.

This early window closes the moment the revenue turns on. So this is an invitation, with a door for everyone. Invest while it is open. Bring it into your community. Carry it into the rooms you already hold. Or simply introduce us to the person who should know.

Optional wink (brief §2): a single beat where "AFFIRMOLOGY" is on screen and the letters "APHRO" quietly catch light, then a small line, "the conscious mind reads Affirmology, the subconscious hears Aphrodite." Use once, lightly.


PART C: PRODUCTION FORMAT AND FOOTAGE


PART D: MUSIC

Different from the consumer trailer. Confident, building, cinematic-documentary, with emotional swells at the cold open, the moat line, the June 20 reveal, the Loft/movement, and the close. Suno prompt: "Cinematic documentary-trailer score, deep and authoritative, building. Low resonant drones and a steady pulse open, strings and subtle percussion enter and lift, two or three emotional swells, resolves confident and uplifting and communal. Not a hype track. Around 7 minutes, dynamic range for a deep male voice on top." Mix the bed under the narrator at about 18%, swelling in gaps. (Music add-on is blocked on the current ElevenLabs key; generate in Suno.)

PART F: WHAT THIS RECONCILED (so future chats are not confused)

Changed from the pre-brief version of this kit: - Narrator is now MALE (was female/Charlotte). Per brief §1. - Moat reframed to taste plus Sol/Miami community plus Jeff plus velocity, told honestly, and explicitly NOT the corpus/database. Was "you can't do this in ChatGPT / data flywheel." Per brief §3. - Core frame is "Subconscious Operating System" throughout. - Added: the Aphrodite name layer, the June 20 electional launch chart, the Jeff-and-Sol synastry, the macro "AI reshaping work / new builder / neurodivergent" moment, the Affirmology Loft, the Affirmologist/affiliate network in ceremony spaces, the belong-to-the-movement investor psychology, and the multi-door CTA. - Production format set: narrator spine plus woven founder clips from the office studio (resolves the old open question about to-camera). - Joe Dispenza: allowed as an external reference point only (per Jeff's 2026-06-13 update in PROJECT_STATE), not as our method. Note this is looser than the brief's blanket "no Dispenza," and the project-state file governs.

Still to reconcile elsewhere (flagged, not yet done): the written Affirmology_InvestorBrief_v1 PDF and the investor section of Affirmology_VideoStrategy_v3.md predate the v2 brief and still lead with the database/bridge moat and the older rollout. They should be brought to the brief's moat framing, SOS frame, Loft, June 20 chart, and macro moment when you want that pass.


PART G: Concept and direction (pre-script, captured 2026-06-14)

Not the script yet. This is the filing of the latest direction from Jeff and Colin. We script later, with Colin and Sol.

G1. Reframe: this is not an "investor video," it is a participation / mission film

We are recruiting three kinds of people, not just investors: - Beta testers (inner circle, to build the audio suite with us). - Ambassadors / affiliates / co-creators (carry it into the rooms they already hold). - Investors / team (believers who pour money and belief into the mission). Name options to replace "investor video": The Invitation, Join the Movement, The Founding, The Founding Circle, Participate, An Invitation to the Subconscious Operating System. Pick later.

The film clearly shows: what it is; the assets we already have; how this is the next big thing for Jeff Parker, a man on an important mission; how people participate and interact; how easy the money is because it is digital and scalable; and that it all leads to the Subconscious Operating System (know thyself more deeply, unblock yourself, align with the template of who you are and who you came here to be).

G2. The two characters (hosts, in dialogue)

Unifying device that solves every concern at once: both are LIVING STATUES, marble veined with gold and inner constellations (kintsugi-cosmic), intact and dignified, who animate as they speak with gold light moving through them. This keeps it elevated (not cartoon, not fantasy kitsch), makes a matched ownable pair, and avoids objectification.

Dynamic: she is the heart, he is the structure and the opportunity. Together they embody the brand's marriage of soul and system, and quietly mirror Sol and Jeff. They trade the narration as a dialogue (he opens authoritative, she turns it to invitation). The deep male voice is his; a warm female voice is hers (could be Lily or a distinct voice). Jeff and Sol appear in their own words, filmed separately in the office studio, woven in near the end as the human payoff, distinct from the statues, carrying real enthusiasm.

G3. Psychology and objection-handling map (hit these throughout, speak to what they care about)

G4. The "how it works" / agentic-system beat (the educational core, the place for dense graphics)

Animate the architecture so they see the machine: birth data -> verified chart engines (astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, numerology) -> the corpus / knowledge base (~10,600 structured records) -> AI agents (personalization + script) -> voice synthesis -> mix -> the personalized audio plus the Sacred Audio Report. Show what is already built and what is being tested right now (the initial audio suite with the inner circle) and the membership forms / what becomes possible. This is the most information-dense section and the strongest argument that this is real and defensible.

G5. The audience and the ask (capture, do not put dollar terms on screen)

Investment tiers Jeff is willing to take: $5k, $10k, $15k, $20k, $25k, $30k. Target at least $30k through the summer; would like $50k or more. Small amounts welcome (technology makes 20 small investors as easy as 2), which widens who we can share the experience with in the coming weeks. Josh Parini ideally lays down $30k to $50k or a path to more and owns more of the company; if not, gather more from many. (These numbers live in the written investor doc and the conversation, never on screen.)


PART H: Tooling decision (GSAP and Remotion)


PART G addendum (2026-06-15): character names and the under-the-radar positioning

Positioning: a mission film that quietly seeds investor conversations

The film is openly about the mission and the movement, and it invites participation of several kinds. It can mention that, because this is a movement, participation can start small (technology makes 20 small backers as easy as 2). But all financial details, tiers, terms, and projections live in a SEPARATE PDF shared only if someone is interested. This keeps the film inspiring and under the radar: most recipients are people we hope to move into an investor conversation, and the mission framing lets them get excited first, then opt into the money conversation. On screen: mission, movement, participation, "there is a place for you," and a soft line that small participation is welcome. Off screen, in the separate PDF: the $5k to $30k tiers, the targets ($30k+ this summer, $50k+ desired), and the return story.
