Per the runbook: Jeff texts each person a warm personal line + the ONE public TestFlight link (same for everyone): https://testflight.apple.com/join/nDJacr85 (serves approved build #24). Send individually, one at a time, so it reads like a real message, not a blast.

The "bear with us" thread is woven in (early beta, bumps expected, gets better daily).
