Purpose: set the expectation, warmly and up front, that this is an early, living beta. Rough edges, things that break, and shifting timelines are NOT failures, they are what being first looks like. This reframes every delay as intimacy and shared adventure instead of frustration. Thread it through the text, the agreement page, the confirmation, the hub, the app, the emails, and the wiki.
"You're among the very first, which means you're seeing Affirmology while it's still being built. Expect rough edges, a few things that break, and timelines that shift, we're even learning as we go (like how long Apple takes to approve each app update before we can push it to everyone). Bear with us. Every bump is something we're fixing, and your patience and honesty are part of what makes this work. It's a living thing, and it gets better every single day."
TEXT (Friday): "Heads up, we're building this live, so bear with us on the bumps and the timing. It's all part of being first, and it gets better every day."
AGREEMENT PAGE ("what we ask"): "This is an early beta, so expect rough edges and shifting timelines. Bear with us, and send feedback instead of frustration, that's the whole point."
