C29 Kickoff: Belief Installation as the organizing spine

Status: started. This is the first concrete deliverable for C29 (the P0 core craft spine). Parent doc: Affirmology_BeliefInstallation_CoreCraft_v1.md (the 10 rules and the install arc). Two parts here: (1) the form + rule tagging schema to add to the craft / practitioners corpus, and (2) the first set of journaling prompts and mindset practices for the wealth-and-breakthrough journey, as the first working example of the app picture.

Part 1: the tagging schema (what to add to the corpus)

Every craft entry and every researched practitioner entry gets sorted two ways, so the corpus becomes a library of deployable parts the app and the council can pull from.

Add two fields to the craft table (and the practitioners/wisdom area when C28 builds): - rule: which belief-installation rule it serves, 1 to 10 (multi-valued allowed; an entry can serve more than one). The 10 rules: 1. State before content 2. Bypass the critical faculty via the hypnagogic window 3. Small steps, never a leap (the ladder) 4. Identity over outcome, anchored in real evidence 5. Feeling is the encoder 6. First person, present tense, sensory 7. Questions that let the subconscious search 8. Pace and lead, soften resistance 9. Repetition with spacing and sleep 10. Consistency momentum - form: what it can ship as. One or more of: - audio_craft (induction, opening, question sequence, close) - journaling_prompt (a written exercise alongside a journey) - mindset_practice (a daily technique: autosuggestion on waking, the evening reckoning) - journey_companion (a practice paired with an unlocked journey) - breath_somatic - frequency_sound

How to populate: the seeder and the nightly grower already write "how it could serve an audio" per entry. Extend that step so the model also emits rule and form. Backfill existing entries with a one-time tagging pass (cheapest model, same cap discipline). This is a small, additive schema change; do it WITH Jeff before running the backfill, and keep it Studio-side (no demo impact, no engine math change).

Why it matters: once tagged, the app can ask the corpus for "the journaling prompts and mindset practices that serve the wealth journey" and get a real answer, and Apollo can check that an install audio actually covers the arc (a rule-1 induction, a rule-7 question, a rule-9 close, and so on).

Part 2: first journaling prompts (wealth + breakthrough journey)

These pair with the wealth journey audio. Each is tagged with the rule it serves. They make the belief explicit and gather the evidence the audio then installs.

  1. (rule 4) The receipt: write three times you walked into confusion or scarcity and came out holding something real, something others could use. Name what you carried out. This is the evidence your new identity stands on.
  2. (rule 3) The honest ladder: write the wealth belief you wish were true. Now write the nearest version of it you can say without your mind arguing back. That smaller true sentence is where we start.
  3. (rule 5) The felt scene: describe one moment, real or near-real, where money arrived in right order and you felt settled, not anxious. Write what your body felt. We are training the feeling, not the fantasy.
  4. (rule 7) The open question: finish this in writing, slowly: "Why is it becoming easier for me to receive?" Do not force an answer. List whatever your mind offers over the next day.
  5. (rule 10) The vote: name one small action this week that someone with your new wealth identity would take. Doing it is a vote for that identity.

Part 2: first mindset practices (wealth + breakthrough journey)

Daily techniques that carry the install off the headphones and into the day.

  1. (rules 1, 6) On waking, before the phone: three slow breaths at the heart, then one first-person present sentence from your ladder, spoken quietly as your own voice. Thirty seconds.
  2. (rule 7) Carry one question for the day: "What is one way order is already returning to my finances?" Let the subconscious answer in the background. Note anything it surfaces.
  3. (rules 2, 9) The evening reckoning, in the hypnagogic window: as you settle to sleep, replay one moment from the day that fit the new identity, and feel it as already true. This is the consolidation pass.
  4. (rules 4, 5) The evidence jar (weekly): write one piece of real evidence that the new belief is becoming true, and keep it. You are building the proof the self-image defends.

Honesty note

These mix the strongly evidenced (sleep consolidation, emotional encoding, the affirmation-backfire finding that forces the ladder) with the traditional and craft-tested (the hypnagogic install, afformations, pacing and leading). We keep that distinction visible and never sell the traditional as proven science.

Next steps (for Jeff to greenlight)

  1. Approve the rule + form schema fields, then I write the small Code paste to add them and run the one-time tagging backfill (Studio side, additive, demo untouched).
  2. Review the journaling prompts + mindset practices above. Tell me to refine, expand, or lock them as the wealth journey's companion set.
  3. Decide whether these ship first as a simple list in the app beside the journey, or wait for the fuller Living Profile (C20) UI.
