Hi Sol,
Quick context, then exactly what to do. Our Sacred Audios sit on top of a quiet instrumental "bed." Right now we only have one (the locked demo bed). To make audios feel varied across moods, we need a small library of beds for four use cases: Sleep, Journey, Morning, and Gym. You generating these in Suno is the whole task. It is bounded and it is fun.
The good news up front: you do not need to make long files. You make short, beautiful, even-textured beds (4 to 8 minutes). Our engine stretches and loops them to whatever length each audio needs, from 15 minutes to 90. More on that at the end.
A bed sits under a calm, first-person voice without ever competing with it. Before you keep any take, run it through this test:
Our house sound (keep every bed in this family so the suite feels like one brand): warm analog pads, soft felt piano or Rhodes, gentle sub bass, airy reverb, a little tape warmth. Sacred, cosmic, intimate. No drums, except for Gym.
Three variants per use case. Generate across all of them, keep the best.

Our audios run anywhere from 15 minutes to 90 minutes. You will not make 90-minute files in Suno, and you do not need to. Here is how it actually works:
In short: make beautiful, even, loopable 4 to 8 minute beds, plus a few phase variants for journeys. We handle every length from there. The seamless looping and the frequency layer (binaural / solfeggio under the bed) are on Jeff and the engine, not on you.
For every bed that passes the test, capture it in the audition log so nothing gets lost. For each keeper, note:
A first pass is a real win if you bring back:
Then Jeff drops the best ones under a real Sacred Audio voiceover in the Studio to confirm the voice stays on top. The locked demo bed (Heavenly Circuit) stays untouched. This is all additive.
That is the whole thing. Generate, listen, keep the calm ones, log them. Have fun with it, your ear for this is the point.
With love,
Jeff
