Part A · Account + upload the NDA

Go to signwell.com, create your account (or sign in).

Go to Templates, click Create Template, and upload the file I just made: Affirmology_NDA_Signable_v2.pdf.
Part B · Place the signer fields

On the last page (the signature block), drag SignWell fields onto the
Party B (Recipient) side:
a Signature field, a Full name field, an Email field, and a Date field.

Leave the Party A side as-is (that is you, already filled in). Set the one signer's role to something like Recipient. Save the template.
Part C · Get the reusable link

Open the template and find Template Link (sometimes under a Share or link icon). This makes one link that any number of people can open and sign their own copy.

Copy that Template Link. This is the link the demo will send people through. Paste it to me here.
Part D · Get the API key (so I can wire it up)

Go to your account Settings, then API (SignWell uses an API key sent as X-Api-Key).

Create / copy your API key. Paste it to me here, and I will store it with your other keys (you can rotate it anytime).

In the same API area, note where Webhooks are. We will point a "document completed" webhook at the CRM so a signed NDA automatically creates the person and opens demo access. I will give you the exact webhook URL once the endpoint exists.
When you are done, paste me two things:
the Template Link and the API key
and I will wire the NDA into the demo gate.
Why SignWell over the in-page checkbox: everyone signs the real, full NDA before they see anything, the signed PDF is stored, and the moment they finish it creates their CRM record and opens their demo access. Robust enough to send to a hundred people.
Heads up on the NDA text: I made it more robust (no recording or screenshots, non-circumvention, no reverse engineering, a feedback license, attorneys' fees, and more). It is a strong draft, and it is still smart to have counsel glance at the final before it goes wide. I can also give you an editable Word version if you want to tweak any wording.
