AFFIRMOLOGY

A Focused Raise to Launch: $50K, with a $30K Fallback

Prepared for Norman Adams · Affirmology LLC · Confidential · v7, July 2026

Affirmology turns a person's cosmic blueprint (astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, numerology) into personalized, first-person Sacred Audio: a software update for the subconscious.

We are weeks from launching the app, with two major Miami stages this fall: our Sept 11 debut, and the Faena Ultimate Wellness Conference on Sept 24 to 26, where both founders are Masters of Ceremonies. This is a focused ask to reach that launch and our first paying members.

The Ask

Primary: $50,000. This is the version that lets us launch and immediately start pressing on what works.

Fallback: $30,000. If $50K is not liquid right now, $30K still gets us fully to launch and first revenue, just leaner.

Either can be structured as direct LLC membership units at a $1.5M post-money valuation, or as a simple promissory note for a fixed return. As the round's first investor, founding-investor bonus terms apply (see the term sheet).

What it funds, line by line

This is exactly what the money does. Nothing here is speculative overhead. Every line either gets the product in front of people, buys the first customers, or keeps the founders building.

These are first estimates, made before vendor quotes. As we start buying, some lines will come in under and some over; we hunt savings line by line and reallocate as circumstances require.

Line item$50K$30KWhat it actually buys
Audio beds$4,000$2,500Professional, commercially licensed music beds. A quality product comes first: fresh, rich beds are what keep the audios feeling premium and personal.
API credits and software$1,800$1,800Claude, ElevenLabs and Fish Audio credits. The engine runs on these.
Oracle card decks$1,000$1,000Custom gold-leaf oracle cards as our flyer: beautiful enough to keep, a QR code to the person's own demo on the back, coded per representative so every signup is attributed. One run covers the fall.
Demo area and event gear$5,500$3,500Sept 11 and Faena: chaise, vest, eye masks, headphones, tables and banners, iPads and displays, green upholstery. At $50K adds the vibro mat, green-finished headphones, rug and bean bags. The thing people will remember.
Video editor$1,000$1,000Editing the social and ad creative Sol is steering.
Graphics support$500$400On-brand carousels and social assets.
Sept 11 venue$1,000$1,000Our debut night. The 11/11 gathering is designed to fund itself through tickets and revenue; it is not drawn from this raise.
Sol's laptop$1,000$1,000The brand's content machine: the laptop Sol's video, social, and community work runs on. A purchase we need to move forward, prioritized ahead of studio hardware.
Mac mini$1,500not in this tierAn always-on machine to run models locally and take the load off Jeff's laptop.
App and tech help$5,000$0Gets build and maintenance partly off Jeff's plate. At $30K, Jeff does all of it himself, which costs us his time everywhere else.
Accounting + bookkeeper$300$300Clean books from day one.
Founder support$20,000$16,000About $8,000 per month combined, per the signed Founder Compensation Letter. August is already covered by the founders. At $50K: September and October in full, plus a November bridge. At $30K: September and October. Keeps both founders undivided through launch and follow-up instead of taking outside client work.
Ad budget$6,500$1,000At $50K: micro-test hooks, find a winner, then put real money behind it. At $30K: pure test mode, dialing in creative and the funnel; scaling money is easier to raise once ad ROI is proven.
Buffer$900$500Contingency, including any event staff support that carpooling does not solve.
Total$50,000$30,000

Founder support is a ceiling, not a target. In months where founder client income covers living costs, unused support stays in the company and goes to advertising first. Event wardrobe comes from founder client income, outside this raise.

Where the extra $20,000 makes us stronger

It buys the technology support this business runs on. App and tech help is a $50K line only. It gets build and maintenance off Jeff's plate, keeps the product fast and steady as new people arrive, and adds the always-on Mac mini that pulls API load in-house.

It moves ads from testing to early scaling. At $30K we dial in creative, message, and funnel. At $50K, once something works, we put real money behind it and start compounding.

It makes the demo experience better. The full demo kit and richer, commercially licensed audio beds mean September lands harder: a better room, a better sound, more people through it.

Why this is sustainable, not a gamble

Either amount is sized to a milestone it can reach on its own: through the two fall launch events and into first recurring revenue. Your investment buys a live app, real paying customers, and a validated cost to acquire them, the exact proof points that de-risk everything after. Founder client income continues to bridge gaps.

The bigger money comes later, and is lower-risk

Scaling paid advertising is a separate, later step, and a safer one. Once return on ad spend is proven (a subscriber pays back their acquisition cost in about two months at our pricing), ad growth can be funded largely from revenue and non-dilutive growth capital. That is exactly where you could help most, both as an investor and as a connector to the next investor, once the engine is proven.

What your investment buys, in one line: a live app, first paying members, two flagship Miami launch events, and a validated acquisition cost, the foundation everything else is built on.
