This Agreement is between Affirmology and the individual signing below ("Recipient"), effective on the date of signature.
1. Purpose. Recipient is given access to a confidential pre-release demonstration of Affirmology's product, technology, methods, and related materials (the "Confidential Information") solely to evaluate and provide feedback.
2. Confidential Information. Includes the demo and its contents, the product concept and experience, the underlying methods and Subconscious Operating System framework, audio outputs, and business and pricing plans, whether disclosed orally, in writing, or visually.
3. Obligations. Recipient agrees to keep the Confidential Information strictly confidential; not to disclose, publish, screenshot, record, or share it; to use it only for the stated purpose; and to protect it with reasonable care.
4. Exclusions. Information that is or becomes public through no fault of Recipient, was lawfully known beforehand, or is independently developed without use of the Confidential Information.
5. No License. No rights or ownership are granted. All intellectual property remains Affirmology's.
6. Term. These obligations continue for three (3) years from the date of signature.
7. No Obligation. This Agreement does not obligate either party to proceed with any transaction or relationship.
